I had a wonderful experience with Highland Endodontics. Dr. Cooke and her assistant were very friendly and put me at ease immediately. They talked me through the procedure as they were doing it. I was very comfortable with them. I enjoyed my experience (as much as a root canal can be enjoyed).

Everyone at your clinic was very nice and worked toward making my visit there very good. The Doctor and his assistant took care of my needs. I am very pleased.

I am quite pleased with my visit to Highland Endodontics. I would recommend them to anyone who is in need of a root canal. Dr. Ratcliff was professional and friendly. He reviewed the image of my tooth and described the procedure and why he agreed with my excellent general dentist, Dr. Reece Myers, that it was necessary. Before starting, he checked the sensitivity of the procedure area. I still had some sensation, so he pumped a bit more numbing elixir into the area. Once it was completely numb, he started. During the procedure, he constantly explained what he was doing and asked me several times if I was experiencing any discomfort. His voice and demeanor were both calming and reassuring. He and his assistant (To whom I apologize for forgetting her name!) explained the post-op procedure in detail and asked if I had any questions. The support staff were friendly and professional. The office has a wonderful view of the outside. Bright and open. Calming animal videos play while you wait for the procedure to start. This is a first-class operation. Today, I am two days post-procedure. I have not needed a single Ibuprofen. I would highly recommend Dr. David Ratcliff and Highland Endodontics to anyone who is in need of a root canal. Of course, I hope to never have the need to see them again, but, if I do, I will do so with no apprehension. Mucho Kudos to all of you!!

A nice and professional experience overall with everyone I met. My first root canal and actually was not nearly as bad of an experience as people have told me it was in past years. Dr. White and his assistant were absolutely fantastic.

The quality of care was outstanding and the level of experience of the staff was very good. Customer service was evident from my arrival to the departure from the facility.

This was my first time at Highland Endodontics. From the moment I entered the building until the time I left, I was greeted with a smile by everyone whom I came in contact with. Catherine, who checked me in was so friendly and nice and made me feel very welcome. Jessica , who assisted Dr. Watts during my root canal, was so wonderful. She acknowledged the fact that I was nervous and she made sure to explain everything to me and made sure I was comfortable at all times. Dr. Watts was amazing!! He is very professional yet super friendly. He did a great job and I never felt any pain. Christy, who checked my insurance and made my appointment was so nice too! Thank you all!! In the future, if I have to have dental work done, I will definitely use Highland Endodontics!!!
