There is only one place that I will go for a root canal and that is Highland Endodontics with Dr Derek White and his awesome staff. Everyone is always Friendly, very patient and caring from the initial phone call thru the door and the procedure to ready to go home. The Quality of Care here is exceptional and far exceeds that word with their way of comforting the patient through the root canal process especially with scaredy cats like me. Information was shared through the process and I had no questions upon checking out. I would recommend Highland Endodontics to anyone needing a root canal. If I was more up on social media sites I would have been happy to post my comments there. Thank you all. Judy C.

My experience in the past with root canals is terrible. In fact, I had a tooth pulled so I wouldn't have to go through that again. Today was totally different. I had no discomfort during procedure at all. Everyone was very personable and I highly recommend Dr. White to anyone who has to have a root canal done. I will definitely return if I have to have this procedure done again!

The quality of care was exceptional. The facility is just beautiful. The staff made me feel welcome and was very attentive. Dr. White was patient and explained the procedure with knowledge and caring. During the procedure he constantly checked to be sure I was OK. Again, I would highly recommend this group!

I can't express my gratitude to the extent that you Dr. White truly deserve, after contacting Amanda at 10 am, I was seen just a few hours later. Only moments after arrival I was cared for by Janice who diligently prepared the dental theater. With great relief the entire root canal procedure was completed virtually pain free within approximately 45 minutes! The care provided was superb! Dr. White, Janice, and Amanda sincerely care about their patients! Thank You!!!

Dr. White was exceptional, I felt no pain through an entire root canal. Entire staff was wonderful and accommodating. I was able to get in the day I called. I hope I do not ever need another root canal, but if I do that is where I will go.

First of all, I was really pleased to get an appointment so quickly yesterday. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed. Dr. White and his staff were courteous, professional and thorough in their explanations of what would occur, and also with what I should do afterward. There was no pain during the procedure nor have I experienced any since. A follow-up call this morning to check on me was very much appreciated!

This was my first time to use Dr. White. I had a root canal procedure on Monday, July 10th and was very pleased with everything. They were very professional, and I did not feel a thing during and after the procedure! I have had two other root canals in the past by other dentist and it was painful during and after the procedure. The staff are very friendly as well as dr. White. I would highly recommend them!!

Dr. White and his staff made a not so anticipated situation as pleasant as could be. His chair side manner was exemplary. Dr. White explained the procedure extensively before beginning as well as what to expect. His assistant was very professional and made me feel comfortable and welcome which put me at ease. She actually seemed to enjoyed her job and was quite knowledgeable. I can't say enough about Dr. White! He's great and his skills are awesome. Finished a root canal in as little as 45 minutes. No swelling!!!!!!

The staff was friendly and provided a relaxed atmosphere. Also, Dr. White put me at ease and took great care in outlining the various options I had available to treat my problem. I opted for an apicoectomy and was very pleased with the result. I feel very confident that Dr. White took good care of me, as did his staff. While this procedure is never an easy one, I felt Dr. White did everything in his power to make it as painless and thorough as possible. I appreciate the time he spent in explaining all details. If I have to have additional work done, I'm certain I will return to Highland Endodontics.

This was my first visit to Dr. White. I was nervous, but Dr. White, his assistant Candice and all of his staff welcomed me and made me feel very comfortable. I was only there for a consultation, since the first available procedure appointment was a week away. Dr. White went ahead and did the root canal, staying until almost 6:00 - because he knew I was hurting and he didn't want me to have to wait a week for the procedure. They have my gratitude and recommendation.

The staff was very friendly and courteous. This was my first experience with a root canal and they were very patient and understanding. Of course it was uncomfortable but I had been all worked up about it for nothing. I would definitely use Dr. White again in the future if need be and I would definitely not hesitate to refer someone to their office for their endodontic needs.

The environment was very relaxing and a non typical doctor's or dental office. Very nice décor, calming colors, generally pleasing and inviting. The staff was friendly, courteous and professional.
