Staff very courteous, doctor kept me informed and always made sure I was comfortable

Highland Endodontics was great! It was clean , comfortable, the staff was very warm and Dr White was nice! I highly recommend this place!

Staff were so kind and helpful with getting everything set up for my appointment. On arrival, I was quickly taken back and service begun. I felt very comfortable with the precautions and cleanliness of the office as well as Dr Watts and the staff. All of my questions were answered and i was given detailed information before I left. Very well taken care of. Thanks to everyone.

My experience was quite good...I appreciated the professionalism, especially during this Covid virus time. Dr. Watts updated me all during the procedure for my root canal. Grateful to be out of pain & so glad not to have had an abscess! Thank you for taking such good care of me.

Dr. Cook was wonderful she put me at ease and explained everything that she did. If I had any discomfort she wanted me to mention it and she would take care of it. I would highly recommend Highland Endodontics to anyone needing their specialized treatment.

Even the pain in a strategic tooth which is a part of a parcel could not over shadow the caring staff and Dr. White. I was prepared, at the very least, to control my nerves. I could hardly believe that the only pain was the prick of a shot in the jaw. I told Dr. White that I had received dental work from some of our best known and admired dentists in MS. A few who taught our dentists and not one of them surpassed him. This is five days later and I still am a Highland Endodontics FAN! Their facility and their staff check all the right boxes. Very friendly, I felt very comfortable the whole time Olivia was working on my tooth, she constantly ask me if I was ok, I think she did a excellent job and her assistant was very friendly and knowledgeable also, I also want to say your office personal were very friendly to.

Great experience. I was nervous about my root canal, but no pain and all went great. Thanks to Dr. Cook and her staff for making my experience the best that it could possibly be. I will definitely go back, if I need to.

Dr Cook is the best. I have never had a root canal and had heard a lot about them. Dr Cook made me feel very comfortable and informed me of each procedure she was doing and made me feel very comfortable. If you are in need of a roof canal I would highly recommend Dr Cook.

Dr. White is friendly and great at what he does. He is very gentle, patient and accommodating if you are nervous about the procedure. The staff are all kind, friendly and helpful as well!

It was a wonderful experience-if you can call a root canal wonderful. Dr. White and his assistant know what they are doing! He speaks in a low respectful tone to his assistant and then the passing of tools begin, very efficiently! I felt NO pain. Now I know why Dr. White is in such demand. He knows his job and he is a genius at it.

So far, a really great experience! The office is super nice and comfortable and the staff at check-in are really friendly and professional. Dr. Watts and his nurse gave me such a feeling of calm when I felt nervous about the procedure. Again, great experience. I would definitely recommend!

I thought my second to back tooth was the problem. After reviewing the x-rays and talking to me, the doctor felt like it was the very back tooth. The doctor did a few additional tests on me and determined the doctor was right - it was my very back tooth! I really appreciate the extra time the doctor spent making sure he was working on the right tooth! He did a great job. Staff was very friendly.

I consider myself fortunate and blessed to have been referred to Highland Endodontics. I went to my dentist complaining of the worse toothache, only to be referred to Dr. White within the same day. I was apprehensive because I did not know what a root canal was and not sure if I could endure more pain. As I have described to other's The experience was above and beyond what I expected. The dental office staff called and I was seen within a short span of my arrival to Dr. White's office. Customer Services means every thing and from the moment I arrived, the front office staff and the support staff were GREAT!! Dr. White...PERFECT!!! Atmosphere EXCEPTIONAL! I give Highland Endodontics a 10 across the board. I would highly recommend this Endodontic Clinic to anyone seeking quality oral care. I am forever grateful to the TEAM.
