I received the most friendliest service. The staff is wonderful and the offices were very comfortable. I arrived on time and was shown to a treatment room right away. My treatment was painless and I felt no discomfort. Dr White is the best!

I was very nervous the morning of my root canal as I had never had the procedure done before. I was in a lot of pain by the time I made it to the office. The staff was very friendly. Dr. Cook was very friendly and effecient. It was a very good experience. I left with no pain at all and have felt 100% better since the procedure. While I hope I never have to have it done again, if I do, I will definetly be back to Highland Endodontics. Thank you so much for taking care of me.

I was referred to Dr. White and Dr. Cook during an acute and painful dental problem. I was seen for a consultation and treatment was offered the same day!!! The staff and dentists were the most helpful and kind ever!! I’m in the medical field and their professionalism was absolutely 2nd to none. I would refer my closest family and friends because I know they would be well taken care of. Thank you so much for making an uncomfortable situation a most pleasant one!!!

My experience was great. They were able to get me an appointment the next morning. Everyone was friendly, concerned and explained the process. They also called to check on me the next day.

This is one of the most professional and nicest medical offices I have ever been in. The receptionist at check in, the dental assistant, and the doctor were all amazing! This is a procedure most people dread but I have to say, they made it as easy and painless as possible. I would recommend this group to anyone who needs a root canal.

Root canals are never fun, but if you have to have one, this is the place to go. Dr. White was able to see me the same day and worked very patiently on a complicated tooth, while all the time making me comfortable and keeping me pain free. Best experience ever and I highly recommend this clinic. His staff was exceptional as well. Overall a very pleasant visit. I had a follow up call the next day and I was happy to report that I felt great and was doing well. Thank you for your compassion, comfort and and patient care.

The staff went out of their way to ensure I could get an appointment that fit my schedule. They gave me excellent directions when I called from their old location and took me in right away even though I was 10 minutes late because Google hadn’t updated their location. Dr. White is an artist! Not only a professional man of science, his work is so delicate it amounts to art. I felt no pain with my root canal. I have been to Dr. White twice and have no hesitation in recommending him.

Staff were friendly and professional. I knew well before the appointment what I would be expected to pay so I wasn't surprised at the visit. I can't say the experience was fun, but Dr. White and his staff made it as painless and pleasant as possible. I would recommend him and his staff to anyone!

I have been using Dr Derek White for just short of 10 years. He and his staff are amazing! My comfort and BEST care are definitely the most important thing to Dr.White and all his staff. The great part is they not only assure me,in word, but in deed. I, honestly, KNOW when I am in his chair, he and his staff, will take the BEST possible care of me. He has always been very honest and forth-coming with needed care options. I am so pleased to have a Dr, and staff, that show such integrity!

I can only say great things about my experience. The staff was super nice. I was made to feel very comfortable. The procedure went well and it was probably the best root canal I've had so far. I hope I don't have to have another root canal but if I do, I will definitely be back.

A++++++++. My first root canal experience in my 47 years. Dr. Cook described it perfectly, "It's a lot like getting a filling but takes a little longer." She was exactly right. The tooth pain I was experiencing the night before was unbearable. Left a message for my dentist at 5am to call as soon as they could. Dr. Malley opens at 8am and I received a call at 8:01 from his office. Told her what was going on and within 30 minutes I had an appointment with Dr. Cook the same day at 1pm. They actually were ahead of schedule and saw me about 30 min early. Start to finish was exactly 90 minutes and the tooth pain was gone. Every person I came into contact with from appointment, check in, procedure and check out were all the nicest people and extremely helpful. Even the unexpected costs of dental procedures they understand and offered me a few different scenarios to ease to burden. NO NEED TO ASK ME IF I WOULD RECOMMEND DR COOK AND HIGHLAND ENDODONTICS, I ALREADY HAVE SINCE MY VISIT ON WEDNSDAY 2 TIMES. Thank you and I'm writing this 4 days later and all is very well. NO PAIN! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I was referred to Highland Endodontics and Dr. Cook was able to see me the same day as the referral for a root canal. Dr. Cook was kind and explained all parts of the root canal for me. The entire staff was excellent and I will definitely return if any other endodontic procedures are needed.
