Check-in was pleasant. Wait time was short. Evaluation was thorough and my questions were answered. Procedure from start to finish was relatively pain free. The Dentist and assistant performed as a highly organized and efficient team. I was given adequate post procedure instructions and was on my way in a probably an hour or less. My post procedure pain days one and two was almost nonexistent. Not bad for the old dreaded root canal! 5 Stars!

Going in, I heard so many painful, horror stories from others regarding root canals. However, my experience was just the opposite. At the age of 54, today was my very FIRST root canal ever and Dr. White and his assistant were so reassuring. Dr. White's overall mannerism was well received. In the beginning I was nervous, tense but as I watched his hands at work, I became more relaxed and at ease. He's very skilled. Articulate. He's a craftsman at what he do but let's not forget his "second set" of hands (Assistant). Dr. White and his WONDERFUL Assistant were as ONE with each other! They worked well together. In all honesty the entire staff I interacted with during my visit, were professional, warm and friendly. I told my family and friends the root canal was done so well I wouldn't mind having another one. They all gasp. Lol!

Very pleasant experience under difficult circumstances. I was referred by another dentist practice to determine appropriate and most cost effective treatment for raging toothache. Crissy scheduled my consultation in a very professional and compassionate manner. Dr. Cook immediately assessed my condition and recommended a root canal. This procedure was successfully performed on the same day and provided me instant relief from the pain I was in. Definitely recommend Highland Endodontics.

My recent visit to Highland Endodontics was a very pleasant experience. Surprisingly to me, never having a root canal before, I was very anxious but Misty And Dr. Cook were very considerate of my feelings and took very good care of me letting me know everything they were about to do and making me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend anyone that needs this type of procedure done to call Highland Endodontics and setup an appointment.

My experience with Highland Endodontics was all rainbows. With COVID-19 I felt so safe at this facility. Having not had a root canal since the 70's, this was a wonderful experience. Dr. White and his staff made me feel so comfortable and safe. I experienced no pain or discomfort whatsoever. His expertise is phenomenal. Everyone involved with my appointment and paperwork online were so very nice and helpful. I called Dr. Burns as soon as I arrived home and thanked him for his recommending Dr. White. Every employee that I came in contact with was knowledgeable and helpful. From the front desk ladies helping me get a pretreatment estimate using my new insurance policy to Dr White helping me determine which tooth actually was causing my pain, I was very pleased with my experience. I am so happy with the results. My post-root canal recovery was almost non-exsistant. I was enjoying cold watermelon that evening; a summertime treat I had been missing.!

This establishment has very friendly staff whom greet patients and make them feel welcome as you enter the building. Service was provided promptly and throughout my visit I was well accommodated and concern for comfort was often asked. Additionally, Dr. Derek White provided exceptional care. I'm definitely a fan!
