I have used Highland Endodontics for several years. I have always been treated with utmost respect and courtesy. I am impressed with the knowledge of Dr. White and all of his staff. I have always had great success with my treatment and would return at any time if the need arises.

Staff were friendly and professional. I knew well before the appointment what I would be expected to pay so I wasn't surprised at the visit. I can't say the experience was fun, but Dr. White and his staff made it as painless and pleasant as possible. I would recommend him and his staff to anyone!

I have been using Dr Derek White for just short of 10 years. He and his staff are amazing! My comfort and BEST care are definitely the most important thing to Dr.White and all his staff. The great part is they not only assure me,in word, but in deed. I, honestly, KNOW when I am in his chair, he and his staff, will take the BEST possible care of me. He has always been very honest and forth-coming with needed care options. I am so pleased to have a Dr, and staff, that show such integrity!

I can only say great things about my experience. The staff was super nice. I was made to feel very comfortable. The procedure went well and it was probably the best root canal I've had so far. I hope I don't have to have another root canal but if I do, I will definitely be back.

A++++++++. My first root canal experience in my 47 years. Dr. Cook described it perfectly, "It's a lot like getting a filling but takes a little longer." She was exactly right. The tooth pain I was experiencing the night before was unbearable. Left a message for my dentist at 5am to call as soon as they could. Dr. Malley opens at 8am and I received a call at 8:01 from his office. Told her what was going on and within 30 minutes I had an appointment with Dr. Cook the same day at 1pm. They actually were ahead of schedule and saw me about 30 min early. Start to finish was exactly 90 minutes and the tooth pain was gone. Every person I came into contact with from appointment, check in, procedure and check out were all the nicest people and extremely helpful. Even the unexpected costs of dental procedures they understand and offered me a few different scenarios to ease to burden. NO NEED TO ASK ME IF I WOULD RECOMMEND DR COOK AND HIGHLAND ENDODONTICS, I ALREADY HAVE SINCE MY VISIT ON WEDNSDAY 2 TIMES. Thank you and I'm writing this 4 days later and all is very well. NO PAIN! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I was referred to Highland Endodontics and Dr. Cook was able to see me the same day as the referral for a root canal. Dr. Cook was kind and explained all parts of the root canal for me. The entire staff was excellent and I will definitely return if any other endodontic procedures are needed.

Everyone was so caring and wonderful! By far the friendliest staff I have ever met. Dr. White is awesome! The only pain I went through really was just getting the shots to deaden my mouth.

My first visit to Highland Endodontics was today to have a root canal. The check in staff were very friendly, helpful and courteous. The procedure was done to my satisfaction and Dr Cook and her staff were excellent!

I found out I needed a root canal after a checkup on a sore tooth. My dentist referred me to Dr. White and they had an opening for that same day. My first impression was how nice and compassionate the receptionist was. She helped me with a payment plan, which immediately put me at ease. The hygienist explained every step from x-rays to an impression and made sure I was comfortable. Dr. White was kind and explained step-by-step the root canal. He worked quickly and checked on me frequently. I was prescribed pain medication and given his number to call in case of emergency. My pain and discomfort level has been very minimal and even though I hope I never have to have a root canal again, Dr. White and his staff will be my go to!

You met and surpassed my concerns. You calmed me by. Your friendly manner and the Doctor was wonderful too. He did the procedure without any pain and was so nice and friendly. Considering all the visits to the dentist, endodontist etc., I would rate your clinic a 10. There were no hidden fees, no surprises, & everyone at the clinic was very helpful. The older I get my nerves get the best of me when someone is working on my teeth, and because my mouth is the size of a child...it's very hard on the dentist and me as a patient. Thanks for the blanket and walking me through every step of the procedure. I was surprised when I left the office, that I wasn't a nervous wreck. Thank You!

The entire staff that I dealt with at this clinic, was top notch. From the moment I walked in, during the procedure, and untill I left, everyone was great. Including the Doctor. If I ever need another root canal, Dr White and his clinic is where I'll go.
