My appointment/referral to Highland Endodontics was quicker than expected, the next day actually. My visit was just as quick. I was there just a little over an hour & left with my procedure complete. Doctor Radcliff & the staff were very nice & professional.

Dr. Olivia Cook is an absolute doll! Very informative during procedure as well as compassionate. Would recommend her for anyone that needs endodontic care. Thank you!

Everyone was so friendly and caring. I never once felt any pain, even after the root canal. The told me to expect a little soreness and irritation but as soon as the local anesthetic wore off, I never felt any discomfort. Dr. Ratcliff did an amazing job

Absolutely wonderful! Very quick! The doctor was very reassuring and reminded me of my dentists from when I was a kid. He was patient and made sure that I was comfortable and not too nervous. The assistant was also super sweet! I accidentally squeezed the life out of her hand during the numbing part but she didn't mind at all! Would highly recommend and continue to use if I ever needed to again! Currently my tooth is much, much better. No sensitivity and I can eat again! Thank you so much!

Dr.Cook and staff made my experience phenomenal! She was very thorough and explained each detail of the procedure. She was VERY gentle and made my procedure painless. She was very attentive and informative about my postprocedural care. Would highly recommend to anyone needing endodontic care ❤

I was an add on patient and was able to get an acute painful condition fixed. I did not even need the prescribed pain medication to get through the night. I am taking the prescribed antibiotics and I feel great the next day. Thanks for the excellent care!!

Highland Endodontics has some of the friendliest staff members, and they provide quality care. Everyone I’ve interacted with from the front desk staff, to the medical assistants, billing dept, and dentists are all wonderful.

Through my 62 years, I have had many root canals. None of my root canal experiences could I have considered 'enjoyable'. Dr. Ratcliff was genuinely concerned about my comfort during my procedure and after with instructions and answering my questions. Thank you so much for such a 'great' experience.

I had an amazing experience at this office with Dr. White. They were very friendly and comforting. I would go here for any dental treatment that they offer. It was my first root canal and I was very nervous. After they were done, I realized I had absolutely nothing to worry about.

I opted for sedation to undergo this procedure, and the staff cheerfully worked with me on rescheduling and caring for my ailing tooth until that day. The procedure went very well. Once upon a time I was not afraid of dentists. Then, starting about 7 years ago I had a series of terrible experiences. I haves a small mouth, TMJ, and my nerves are difficult to get to. The trifecta of dental nightmares. Normally people state Root canals as the end al be all of torture but this was absolutely the farthest thing from the truth. My experience with Dr Ratcliff and his staff was the best I’ve had in a long long LONG time. Dr. Ratcliff was compassionate, professional and took his time making the numbing process as gentle as possible. In between he allowed me to rest my jaw and not use a bite block which made my after experience much more pleasant as I did not Get lock jaw. He took into account all of my concerns and I had a relatively pain free procedure . On top of that, his staff were professional and friendly, the office was beautiful and inviting and there were great puppies on a TV playing which was surprisingly relaxing. I highly recommend this office for all of your in depth dental needs.

The quality of care is second to none. Everyone from the ladies at the front desk to Sarah the assistant were very kind and did everything possible to ensure I was comfortable. Dr. Ratcliff was super kind and concerned about my comfort. It was a pleasant experience and I’m thankful for the care I received.
