My dentist confirmed I needed a root canal at 8:15 AM and they called Dr. White's office and they were able to see me immediately on a Monday morning. After being in pain all weekend, I was hopeful to get my ordeal over with. Within a few minutes, I was in their chair! I'm not sure if any other Endodontist in the Jackson area use the Gentle Wave treatment or not, but Dr. White is proficient with this new technology. The GentleWave Procedure is a minimally invasive approach to root canal therapy that delivers a higher standard of cleaning while typically requiring fewer files. Using advanced fluid dynamics to create a vortex of procedure fluids that travel throughout the root canal system, broad-spectrum acoustic energy helps remove the tissue and debris that cause infection. The GentleWave Procedure is able to reach all throughout the root canal system – even into the deepest, most complex portions and microscopic spaces that standard root canal treatments frequently cannot. I was able to get back to my normal routine almost immediately! I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. White and his pleasant staff!

Dr. Cook explained my options very thoroughly and honestly. She communicated well with me during the procedure and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. I appreciated the large screen so that I could better understand the issues as she explained it to me. Jessica ( hygienist) and the entire staff were very professional - the facilities were very clean & well maintained and appear to have the latest technology. I also appreciated the telephone follow up the next day. If I need this procedure in the future I will definitely ask for Dr. Cook.

I had a root canal performed recently and it was the most comfortable experience I've ever had during any kind of procedure at a dental office. I literally did not feel anything except for a very slight prick with the initial injection. The procedure was done fairly fast too. I was referred by my own dentist and was able to get in the same day for which I was very thankful since I was in some pain. Thank you for your prompt and comfortable service.

The entire staff was friendly and professional. Everyone was concerned with minimizing any pain or discomfort I may have experienced and they were successful.

This was my very first root canal. I was nervous but was put at ease right away. Everyone was very friendly and courteous. Dr White and his assistant explained everything they were doing which added to my comfort level. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dr White services to anyone.

Great experience! Friendly, caring staff. Dr. Cook was fantastic - even though she told me that I could expect pain for a couple of days after my root canal, I have had no pain whatsoever!

Dr. Derek White and his staff are very professional and personable. Dr. White takes his time to make sure you're comfortable before he starts a procedure and he also educates you on what is going on with your tooth/teeth. When I was advised that I would need another root canal, I specifically asked my Dentist to refer me to Highland Endodontics. I would highly recommend him to all my friends and family.

I am more than pleased with the quality of service from Dr. Olivia Cook and her staff. They set me at ease knowing my anxiety towards any dental procedures. Dr. Cook and her assistant Kathy were simply amazing. Customer Experience is very important to me and they went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. I always get nervous with dental procedures but I was at ease shortly after I sat in the chair. They are extremely friendly and informative. I don’t like spending money, but I would spend it all over again for the Experience alone. Thank you ladies!

I called them so many times throughout that day and not once did they make me feel like I was getting on their nerves. I love the way they greet you with a smile. The place itself is amazing very homelike to the point you gmforget where you are. The Doctor walks in and greets you with this big smile and white teeth and you know you’re in good hands. Dr White explains everything to you and ask constantly are you okay. Even his assistant is very friendly. Thank you for the best dental experience ever.

Entire office visit for root canal was 75 minutes. After the injections the procedure was painless. Very satisfied.
