Everyone I encountered in your office was very friendly and helpful. I walked in, signed in, and was taken back immediately. Dr. Ratcliff did a wonderful job on my tooth, and made sure that I was comfortable throughout the process. This was my first root canal and I was very nervous about it but everyone in your office made sure it was a pleasant experience for me. I would definitely recommend your office to all my friends and family.

The quality of my care was excellent! Dr. White was very thorough in diagnosing my dental problem. He explained the procedure precisely and continuously evaluated my comfort during the procedure. The staff was very friendly and engaging from the check-in to the check-out, providing necessary instructions/directions. Covid 19 safeguards were clearly in place and effectively maintained. I sincerely appreciate the professional dental care I received by Dr. White and his staff.

I wanted to take a few minutes to express my appreciation to Dr. James White & Staff at Highland Endodontics. Everyone was so friendly which made me feel very comfortable about the appointment. Dr. White did an exceptional job performing my root canal. I didn't experience any pain or soreness from the procedure and was able to get back to my normal life the next day. It could be dangerous asking for a review from a guy who’s not a fan of dentist or dental procedures. On the other hand, the info you get from such a guy would be without prejudice. Highland Endodontics and the personal there were professional, and caring. Dr. White continuously asked throughout my procedure: “How are you doing? Are you comfortable? Are you feeling any discomfort?” He and his nurse made my comfort, their priority. Both during my visit, and afterwards. The staff their seem to be taking extra precautions because of the Covid-19 pandemic, which I greatly appreciated. They were clean, courteous, and respectful. Both my procedure and the days following has been with minimum discomfort, for which I’m grateful. I believe an honesty review requires both, pro’s and con’s. The only thing I would change about my experience would be the chair that I was in during my procedure. The way the back was designed caused the only real discomfort I experienced. Very impressed with Dr. Cook and the entire staff. Friendly, courteous, and extremely helpful. I have several issues going on and have been in pain for over 2 years and no one could find out what was causing the issues. Dr. Cook identified several problems quickly and recommended treatment options and a path forward. I am a research engineer and I really appreciate Dr. Cook’s approach to solving my issues. She is a skilled professional.

Check-in was pleasant. Wait time was short. Evaluation was thorough and my questions were answered. Procedure from start to finish was relatively pain free. The Dentist and assistant performed as a highly organized and efficient team. I was given adequate post procedure instructions and was on my way in a probably an hour or less. My post procedure pain days one and two was almost nonexistent. Not bad for the old dreaded root canal! 5 Stars!

Going in, I heard so many painful, horror stories from others regarding root canals. However, my experience was just the opposite. At the age of 54, today was my very FIRST root canal ever and Dr. White and his assistant were so reassuring. Dr. White's overall mannerism was well received. In the beginning I was nervous, tense but as I watched his hands at work, I became more relaxed and at ease. He's very skilled. Articulate. He's a craftsman at what he do but let's not forget his "second set" of hands (Assistant). Dr. White and his WONDERFUL Assistant were as ONE with each other! They worked well together. In all honesty the entire staff I interacted with during my visit, were professional, warm and friendly. I told my family and friends the root canal was done so well I wouldn't mind having another one. They all gasp. Lol!

Very pleasant experience under difficult circumstances. I was referred by another dentist practice to determine appropriate and most cost effective treatment for raging toothache. Crissy scheduled my consultation in a very professional and compassionate manner. Dr. Cook immediately assessed my condition and recommended a root canal. This procedure was successfully performed on the same day and provided me instant relief from the pain I was in. Definitely recommend Highland Endodontics.

My recent visit to Highland Endodontics was a very pleasant experience.
