Great place with great customer service. Called to have emergency work done during this COVID 19 crises. I could not find no other office to schedule me in. So my dentist contacted #HE. The next morning I walked in with pain walked out feeling better. 5star

I needed an emergency root canal at the worst possible time, at the height of the COVID-19 social distancing orders. I was so grateful that Highland Endo was seeing new patients! Everyone there was very helpful and kind, even though it was a stressful time. Dr. Olivia Cook performed the procedure and she was just great! She kept me informed throughout the process and asked if all was well periodically. There was very little pain getting started with anesthetic, and NO pain during the procedure. I have to say I was VERY impressed with Dr. Cook and the entire staff.

My experience with Highland. Endodontics was great. Everyone was very friendly, the procedure started on time, Dr Ratcliff and his dental assistance outstanding, no pain. I think the request for the survey should be three or four days after the procedure, because a patient just might have some type of compilations afterwards.

I loved the experience the staff was so comforting and friendly. Dr White is so honest and gentle, mind you I was nervous as ever!! They assured me comfort and I didn’t feel a thing I almost fell asleep.I’m so very pleased with the experience

I had an acute problem with an abscessed tooth. When my family dentist called the referral to Dr. White's office, I was given an immediate appointment. The employees are courteous and competent. Dr. Ratliff looked at my problem. He was reassuring and made sure I understood everything. Dr. White performed the root canal the next morning. Also, during the evening before the root canal, I became in severe pain. I called the evening phone number, and Dr. White returned my call and explained to me how to treat the pain. I was tremendously grateful.

You get 5 stars on all of the three! Super fast and friendly service. Procedure was done in less time than expected and was painless. Didn’t even have pain after the anesthesia wore off.

I was referred to Dr. White by my dentist. Highland Endodontics was able to work me in that afternoon. I was not looking forward to the appointment, because who looks forward to dental work?!? The office was really nice, clean and comfortable. The equipment/technology appeared to be top of the line and the latest available. The staff and Dr. White could not have been nicer. Now for the root canal... This is where they earned the fifth star. It did not hurt one bit during the procedure or after. I realize many of you may not believe me, but I have nothing to gain for this review. It is 100% true.

Gracious and positive Administrative Staff. Location very easy to access. Facility was architecturally attractive with a well decorated interior. The Nursing Staff was warm, gracious and professionally informative. The Doctor was warm and gracious as well. In addition, he was greatly reassuring as well as impeccably skilled. Totally positive experience!

I was scared of pain...any pain. I have not been to the dentist in twelve years. And, I have insurance! That is how frightened I was. When I had tooth pain x 2 days, I decided to see a local dentist. He diagnosed the need for a route canal and recommended Highland Endodontics because of your expertise and compassion for people like me. I was terrified, but he was right. Dr. Cook listened to my fears. She looked me right in the eye. She explained the procedures and what I could expect afterwards. During the procedure, she and her assistant Kaitlyn spoke softly and minimally. I really appreciated their being quiet. My experience was so positive, that I will go back to my dentist for the plethora of repair that my teeth and gums need. I appreciate Dr. Cook's kindness...and her professionalism.

I'm very pleased with Highland Endodontics. Everyone was friendly, helpful, compassionate, and kind. The waiting time was minimal, and it is obvious that all of the staff want each visit to be as stress-free and pain-free as possible.

My first and hopefully my last experience with a root canal procedure was a comfort due to the staff and Dr. White . The staff and attending nurse were very professional but also , comforting and compassionate . Dr. White was informative and had an excellent bed - side manner . Dr. White showed a great deal of compassion and was a pleasure to know . Should I be in a position to refer a specialist for root canals I will highly recommend Dr. White and his staff. Also , I will inform Dr.Hayes of the quality and professionalism of Dr. White and his staff.

Dr white was really nice and good. He had a very difficult cult back molar to fix. It was a pain. All the staff were really nice and friendly. The clinic was super clean with all the most updated technology. If I would have changed anything about the experience it would be that offered me the nitrous oxide gas because it was very difficult to sit there for an hour with my mouth open. Maybe I was expected to ask if I wanted it or maybe since it was a back molar they needed me to be awake? Let’s just say if I have to do this again I will be asking for gas so I can nap during this procedure. Thanks
