I am a returning customer to this facility. It is very close to home for me, and I had a positive experience before. I was taken it rather quickly and was helped almost immediately. The doctors called in my prescription immediately to my pharmacy, which is conveniently located across the parking lot! The staff here at Marque was very friendly and professional. The facility was very clean as well. Thank you to all at Marque Urgent Care!

Made and appointment for this morning and got eight in with a less than 10 min wait. Had to wait a few to see doc and for subsequent medication, but got what I needed to get better and left there having spent only about 1 hour. Kind, patient, helpful staff. Thank you!

Appointment was on time. Seen by PA for vitals and then Dr. Curry. Great communications. Followed by chest xray for bronchial issues. All done smoothly. Results reviewed, medicine called in to pharmacy. Process took about 45 minutes.

For urgent care, this place is better than going to a hospital ER. The wait time of 15 min at MM is so much better than an ER or my regular doctor office. The staff and facility was very clean and the TVs in the waiting & exam room are great to kill time and were informative. The doctor, A.Bhogill was very patient and informative. I would definitely go back for non-life threatening urgent care attention, when waiting for an appointment time with my regular doctor is not an option.

LOVE DR. DORCAS EAVES !!!! Everyone was very nice, and it is nice to be treated well. The staff is caring, smiling and laughing, it is good atmosphere for patients. I will continue to come here when my family doctor isn’t available.

It was a great first-time visit. The receptionist had a ready smile and immediately put me at ease. Even though I was a walk-in, I didn't have to wait long to have a doctor see me for my earache. I was also suprised to find out that they have their own pharmacy, which I probably will use the next time I have to visit for urgent care.

All personnel were extremely professional, helpful and caring. This was the 3rd time during the last several months that I returned to Marque Medical in Rancho Santa Margarita because of the experience I had the first time I suspected a UTI. My husband has also used this Marque Medical and again, the service was not only professional, but very caring and personalized. A lot of waiting time but professional and courteous. Love that there's an x-ray on site. Curious why they can't bill my insurance for the ortho shoe but I was in and out in just over an hour.
