The facility is clean with entertainment in the lobby while you wait. The office staff was courteous and prompt. Limited wait time for the medical staff to take vitals and weight. The Dr. was prompt, efficient and professional.

It was nice to schedule an appt. and not wait in an office with people who are not feeling well for 6 hours. Everyone was kind and helpful. LOVE that there is a TV in the rooms to pass the time.

This is the best Uegent Care I have ever been to. Love that I can make an appointment the night before. I was tAken back exactly on time. Very friendly staff and very clean. Love it they there was not a bunch of sisk people in lobby coughing and sneezing. I was in and out very timely. I have no complaints or suggestions for improvements. Love this place

I have been coming to Marque Urgent Care for several years. I have two other urgent care facilities closer to me but I drive a little further for the great care I have always received there. Including a broken wrist and pnemonia among other things. All of the staff have always been kind, thorough, professional, and patient. I actually wish this was my doctor's office. I made an appointment the night before on line, arrived and was taken back to patient room. The DR. Came in shortly after andtook care of me. Totally I was there 25 minutes. I have waited much longer at my regular DR.s office! So I was very pleased with my visit! Recommend making an appt. if you can, if not walk-ins are accepted.

Always have a good experience at Marque. My family has used the clinic in Mission Viejo and RSM. Always great care by doctors and all of the staff! I’m so happy Marque is close to my home and that the RSM location has an X-ray machine. Marque also takes my Monarch insurance so that’s a big plus!! Marque gets thumbs up from this family!!

The wait wasn't long and the nurses made me feel comfortable. Was glad I got some piece of mind during my visit and am even going back for screenings not suggested by my own PCP.

Excellent experience. Kind and thoughtful staff that took great care of me. The Dr was wonderful and seemed to know exactly what was wrong and treated me accordingly. Have not had good experiences with Urgent Care facilities in the past, Marque is the exception and I would not hesitate to go again, if needed.

1st time visit to this location. My husband was 1st to go a week earlier. The staff was friendly and got us both in/out quickly. We each saw different doctors and both had great experiences. The Dr’s were knowledgeable and efficient. I was extremely impressed with another Dr. that reached out this morning to go over some test results. This is definitely our go to urgent care and I would highly recommend the office in RSM to anyone looking for great care.

I had a great experience. Traveling for work really wears you down. I had been sick for a week or so and just got home. I don’t know the area that well but looked it up online. Coming in I was greeted and did the normal paper work on a iPad “way better then writing it all out”. Before I was done filling it out, I was called in a room. The doctor came in and diagnosed me and on my way I went. It was a no nonsense place. They really take care of the patient. Is horrible Been sick, but worst when you are waiting forever. Thank you for the great experience.

I'm always in and out very quickly and nobody gets hurts. the doctors are very knowledgeable and give good advice outside of the medical treatments. the place and rooms are very well kept clean. it seems sometimes like no one every uses the facilities. it's just that clean!

The Dr. was great and exceeded my expectations. He asked me lots of thoughtful questions and listened to what I was telling him. I was happy with how he took my suggestions about what I thought was going on with my daughter and used his expertise to make the final recommendations. I was also pleasantly surprised by how friendly and helpful the nurse/aid was when she first took us back. We are greatful to the team for their quality work and would recommend this clinic for sure.

I had never visited this urgent care before and honestly would rather not go into an urgent care period but was so pleasantly surprised about my experience here. First, went in on Cinco de Mayo before heading to a friends house for festivities. I had a derm issue on my foot and was frightened about the way it was healing and was worried about infection. I basically couldn’t sleep the night before and wanted some piece of mind. The staff was friendly and I got in within 15 minutes of being there (had new patient paperwork, of course). The nurse was awesome, he was just upbeat and professional. Then the doctor came in who was equally as upbeat and awesome. He told me he was a plastic surgion helping out that night and just could not have been more perfect for my situation. On top of being so kind, he cleaned up my wound, gave me advice & just made me feel 100% better. Will definetly be back... if I have another situation like this & can’t make it to my doctor. So perfect. What a nice surprise!
