Love going to this place because when you have 3 kids, it feels like there is something urgent that needs attention at like the worst time of the day or weekend. Anyway, I have been to the RSM and the Mission Viejo locations and both facilities are nice, clean. They have good doctors and good staff who are attentive and very helpful. There is usually no wait unless it's that horrible flu season when it seems that half your neighbors in all of trabuco canyon are there.

For my first visit to Marque Medical, I found the space to me clean. I was greeted warmly by someone and was seen by the doctor relatively quickly. Was in and out with my prescription in under and hour. Definitely worth the trip when needing a quick visit.

Made an appt for suture removal and walked in at appt time, filled out paperwork and was in quickly being treated. Staff and doc were efficient and helpful. Not something I want to have to do again but if I need the medical help, will return. Thank you!

All personnel that were involved in my visit tonight were very nice & helpful. The X-ray tech was really good & got some perfect angles that were needed without causing any discomfort. This was my 1st time in and I found the office modern clean and friendly! I did not wait long and was seen by the Dr. through the computer since my case was not Complicated and a urinalysis helped diagnose my illness! Good experience. The Dr was backed up so I agreed to try the tele-Marque service. The video conference exam was just as if the Dr was in the room with me. Very well done and I appreciated the concern for my time.

I loved being able to go on line and reserve a spot in the waiting queue. Saved me extra time from sitting in the waiting room. I was accommodated very quickly and close to the time that I was to be seen. I love this feature!

I was seen via Tele Marque and was SO Impressed. I reluctantly agreed and was so glad I did! Quick, thorough and professional It was so cool to watch the ear exam with the physician. I would definitely ask for this every time I visit. As a former RN, I can't believe how advanced this technology is and how it allows such a personal thorough exam and exchange with the physician. I had a great experience. Frond desk staff was very efficient during the check-in process. Medical assistant was very knowledgeable. And doctor was very competent, professional, courteous, & most of all kept me well informed of my condition. He explained well of my signs, symptoms, & how I should take care of myself when I get home. I'm very satisfied with the service & definitely very fortunate of the close proximity to my home.

Brought my son in and staff was friendly, waiting room was clean. Waited a while, but was seen and felt doctor gave him a enough time. Diagnosed him with sinus infection and prescribed antibiotics. The only thing was it was very cold in there. Air was on high!

The facility is clean and friendly. I made an appointment and was taken in in a timely manner. Everyone acted in a professional manner. I received medication that seems to be helping. The prescription was electronically sent and was already there when I went on my way home.

I had a female doctor take care of my wound today, and she was absolutely a pleasure. I felt safe, comfortable and she was very personable, which was refreshing. I apologize I don't recall her name, but I have an appointment to see her tomorrow for a follow-up and am looking forward to it!

Great facility CLEAN.... friendly fast and courteous Doctor jumped onto a video conference to keep the appointment and checked me out with a PA and assistant using scope and images online. Had meds in hand from their office and was out in less than 10 min holy cow!

Everything was great. Dr Farhade was very thorough and extremely professional. The Nurse / Physician's assistant was also incredibly friendly and thorough and very experienced, and the front desk staff was very friendly and easy to deal with. There was a wait, but it wasn't too bad - I showed up and signed in and was in and out within approx. 1.5 hours. I will be back - but hopefully not too often. Thank you, JG
