This is my first visit to the clinic as a walk-in. I was attended timely and the medical staff is very friendly, helpful and competent. The facility is nice and high tech (paperless)!

First time at this facility. Googled an Urgent Care close by rather than going up to Mission Hospital area. Online it showed how long the wait time was and there was NONE. My daughter drove me over and by then there was just one person ahead of me. The reception staff was lovely and got me started on the paperwork (electronic...thank you!) very quickly. I waited a short time after that for the xray tech then another short wait to see the doctor. I was very satisfied with the level of care I recieved. The doctor was very nice and took his time; I did not feel rushed at all. The facility was extremely clean. I would definitely recommend Marque Urgent Care.

The waitime was very short considering I was a new client. I came in with my mom and they took us both in at the same time in the same room. Not much time wasted for the doctor to prescribe us some antibiotics for our flu. Overall we were both satisfied. The copay was expensive, but the service was great. We may come again the next time we need to see a doctor.

Your staff was very kind. They listened to my issues and took care of the problem. The doctor was a calm, kind man. He listened and said that I was right, it was not asthma but the beginnings of Bronchitis in my left ling. Your team came highly recommended to me by my son. HE was right. My own doctor would not have been able to see me till MAYBE today and I knew I needed help.

All your facilities are very clean and have high tech standards. I went to RSM and I was very impressed with Dr Walid Farag, he is very knowledgable and is a very good listener and gives the patient the time they need to express their concerns.

Doctor had a complication in anothet room so after waiting for awhile, nurse had me skype with doctor at other location since my case was simple. They were able to do my exam with blue tooth instruments. Just amazing!

I walked in without an appointment. Wait was very reasonable. Staff was extremely helpful and courteous. Dr. explained the situation and answered all my questions. Very professional. Will return again.

Your staff was very attentive to my needs and I felt I was treated promptly and with concern for my condition. The shot and prescribed medication went a long way to helping me del with the pain I was in. I do appreciate you sending this treatment to my primary physician. As a follow up, I ended up going into the ER on Friday where numerous tests were done including a CTScan and while kidney stones and Diverticulitis were ruled out, a swelling of lymph nodes in my abdomen was found to be of concern for which I will follow up next week. This was my first visit to Marque and I had a great experience. The facility was very clean, organized and inviting. From the front desk staff to the nurse and doctor, all were professional, courteous and had my best interests at heart. My daughter is 4 years old and fell off the monkey bars at school. We went to the urgent care to get some x-rays only to find out that she broke her arm. The staff was wonderful with her and really wanted to keep her happy and calm. Even with the long wait it was a great experience.

The office was clean, I got in with the doctor quickly, I was prescribed an antibiotic, and on my way to the pharmacy in no time. When you aren't feeling well, it's exactly how you want things to go so that you can feel better.

i am new to the area and my daughter recommended Marque. she made an appt. for me. the clinic sent me 2 updates that you were running a bit behind. i arrived at designated time, completed some paperwork, was taken to an examining room, dr. Edh (sp.) came in, prescribed medication and i was out the door in less than 30 minutes. i haven't used emergicenters often, but as compared to the occasions i have, this was a very positive experience and i would highly recommend to anyone. sandee johnson

We love coming to Marque, the wait times have been very fast and the Doctors really care about your well being. You are not just a number. My son once hurt his foot and it was after hours so we had to come to Marque instead of the closed pediatrician, within an hour we were seen, x-ray and on our way, knowing his foot was not broken. Can't beat those results. A prior broken foot experience we had to go to the pediatrician then an x-ray place back to pediatrician and in 2.5 days we finally knew his foot was broke. And had to wait 1 more day to go to an orthopedic, was crazy and that took way to long. We now go to Marque for all our doctor needs. Thank you for the excellent care. Dix Family

Excellent experience here 3 times this week (I know... Not the healthiest family this week: stitches in and stitches out for my son; and flu symptoms for my daughter and I). The wait was short, the staff was kind, the doctors were knowledgable and took their time answering all my questions, and the office was super clean!

I had a wonderful experience at Marque Medical. The staff and doctor were amazing! When I left to go pick up my rx at the local CVS, a staff member came and found me inside the CVS with my rx slip because I had left without it. Love the convenience, but appreciate the care most of all.

The best Heath care service.... I had been to my PCP the day before and they told me I had a cold.... The next day I was worse and knew it was more than a cold. I went to Marque and they tested me for strep and listened to what I said and did not try to hurriedly push me out the door. In less than 24 hours I felt so much better..... I can not praise or that them enough for great care...

Thank you for treating me in such a timely matter. I love the new check in ahead of time on the computer to show up at the exact time of your appointment. I made an appointment online for 5:20 pm and was seen within 5 minutes after walking in the door. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Antibiotics were sent directly to the pharmacy and already ready by the time I arrived at the pharmacy. Doctor and Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you. Will definitely recommend.

As always, when we see Dr. Eaves the service and care is TOP NOTCH. She knows what to do to get you better the fastest way possible. Yesterday, her shift had ended, but she stayed to make sure the 2 shots and breathing treatment I received were making a difference. The nurses yesterday had a great bedside manner too. On the opposite side of the spectrum, I was in on Tuesday with the EXACT same symptoms and Dr. Wasbin was in my room for no more than 1 minute gave me a couple of prescriptions and walked out. VERY unimpressive. Yesterday, when I was 100% worse, I had to go in and pay again $125 for Dr. Eaves to finally get me on the right track.

I have been to this office a few times. Seen different Dr each time. Office is Always clean, staff is friendly and has a very short waiting time before seen. I was miserable on a Sunday morning and Marilee offered me hot tea which helped my throat and head. I referred my friends to you. Thank you for being great with your patience.
