I have been to Marque Medical in Rancho Santa Margarita several times and each time has been a good experience. The staff is very efficient and helpful and the doctors I've seen have all been very good. I especially appreciate Dr. Eaves, as she seems extremely knowledgeable and caring. Our family doctor is much farther away and it's so nice to have this facility so close to our home. I feel that it's very well-run and I encourage others to give it a try.

The staff is very professional and friendly. They made my daughter (who is six years old) feel relaxed and comfortable. They got us in fast, very clean rooms and of course the staff was great!

5 stars and Dr.Eves was outstanding! In the past I've been prescribed antibiotics, followed by a 2nd set of antibiotics and 4 more week of coughing. Dr. Eaves took her time in enplaning 3 more aggressive treatments to enhance my recovery and she gave me the choice. Dr. Eaves was patient, kind, thorough and simply extraordinary! My experience with Marque Medical and staff was outstanding!

I had shingles some 10 years ago and recognized the symptoms. I immediately went to Marque Urgent care for a diagnosis and to get an RX for valtrex and whatever medication I needed. I was promptly seem for a quick exam, prescribed valtrex and send on my way. The valtrex stopped the spread of shingles and I was able to enjoy my husband's memorial service. So glad you were available and the shingles were stopped in its tracks!

Went in on a Saturday, received prompt attention at reception desk. Filled out necessary info on an iPad. Only complaint was I had to enter redundant information on several screens. Nurse was very friendly and professional. Doctor came in, listened to my symptoms and input and prescribed treatment that I was satisfied with. Overall, a very good experience

This was my second visit to for urgent care at this facility. Everyone that works there is friendly and professional. I was going to an urgent care by my work in Irvine but decided to wait until after work to go to marque medical. I just knew I would get caring service. They even offer you tea, water, or coffee. Thank you to all of the staff.

I arrived around 8:45 pm and was greeted by Monique who is a very kind and helpful receptionist. After waiting only a few minutes, I was greeted by a friendly male nurse. Then within a few minutes more I was seen by Dr. Young. He quickly diagnosed my ailment and I was able to go across the parking lot to CVS Pharmacy to get my antibiotic before they closed at 10 pm. I am impressed with the friendly staff and quality care I received at this facility.

Went online and got prescription figured out very quickly. Was very nice to get in and out in a very short period. Please keep offering the online stuff. It's the best!

My name is Rachelle . I had been really sick for about a week. I finally decided that it was time that I went to a doctor my primary care specialist was completely booked for that today so I thought well I'll just go to an urgent care I live in Rancho Santa Margarita so I went to Rent-A-Center margaritas urgent care about 2 miles from where I live. I had been to another one which was Opto Medicare is on Crown Valley and they had a 3 1/2 hour wait. My dr my doctor is an orange in so I waited most of the day but I didn't hear back from her they are completely booked and she was going to try to get me in anyway finally I went to a call my Medicare monarch agent Susan why and she referred me to this urgent care Mark medical center I was greeted very very nicely everybody was by very nice they suggested on the phone that I make an appointment because they take walk-ins but it would be easier for me so I called in at three they gave me an appointment at 5:30 so I showed up at 4:45 and I knew I have a lot of paperwork and the minute I walked in I felt nothing but kindness from everybody everybody was so understanding very patient and then I got to see dr. Tim he checked me over and was very very thorough so I would recommend this urgent care to all my friends better than going to emergency and waiting for hours thank you so much Mark medical center for everything you did I really hit it big coming here thank you again and see you next week for a follow up

I have been to three urgent care facilities in the last two weeks and to Marque two of those three times. I have Covered California, and Marque is no longer in the network, so I had to pay $125 a visit, but it was still worth it. The facility is nice and clean and the staff is friendly. My first visit took longer, as I arrived in the afternoon, so it was busier. The second visit was at about 8:00 a.m., so it was practically empty and I was seen very quickly. I saw a different doctor each time, but they were both doctors, unlike at the other urgent care I visited, where I saw a physicians assistant. Both doctors at Marque were kind, patient and listened to my concerns. They treated me with respect and were able to quickly decide what I needed, without extra tests or expense. They transmitted my prescriptions instantly to my pharmacy. I will continue to go Marque in the future, but hopefully not for some time, now that I am finally getting better.

Service was fast, friendly, and efficient. Very caring and attentive.
