The entire staff - xray tech, doctor, and receptionist, was really excellent. One of the best medical office experiences I've had. Prompt and friendly. I appreciate the attention to detail that the company clearly emphasizes. Excellent customer service.

I have been to a couple urgent care centers in RAncho Santa Margarita and found none of them to be near the standard and quality of care that your facility and staff were. I felt the doctor was very experienced and the staff was wonderful all together. And to have a TV in every room while waiting was an added bonus.

I had an issue with not being able to remove the eye contact from one very irritated eye. the doctor was very understanding and had to use some creative ways to locate and remove the contact. The results were as good as I could have expected. The entire staff was very professional and the results were great.

Thanks for taking care of me last evening. I needed to have a throat culture as I was in pain from sore throat, which I thought was strep throat as my friend has it. The wait was 2 hours, but it is very close to where I live. The staff and the Doctor were all very friendly and made my visit a pleasant one. They had a tablet that made check in a breeze, and a TV in the room so I could watch Seinfeld while I waited. I would recommend this urgent care to anyone like me who needs help, but doesn't have a regular doctor. The out of pocket charge was $160, and the prescription that I had filled at the nearby CVS was $25. Since I'm broke and unemployed, that beats a visit to a hospital any day!

as always, I am greeted with both smiles and concerns to my needs. never a fuss on any paper work. the place is always clean. once I am called in to see the doctor, there is very little time to when I get in my room till the time the doctor enters with questions on why I am here for the visit. my symptoms are addressed and a resolution is made usually within 10 to 15 minutes.

I was greeted and treated professionally by the staff. the waiting room and treatment rooms are always spotless. the doctor and staff treat you with concern as to your visit. they make sure you are very satisfied with their diagnose and service before you are released. as much as I hate getting sick as least I know Marque Urgent Care is there to cure me.

I woke up this morning and knew immediately I should go to the doctor. I knew my GP was closed so googled the nearest urgent care opened early. Marque Medical came up first with good reviews. Made my appointment online and headed over to the office. I am new to this area so ended up calling for direct directions. Check in went fast my name was already on the board. Dr. Eaves and the two technicians,Lindsay, took such God care of me. I did not leave until my breathing was easier and was sent home to rest. Diagnosis "bronchitis" I had no idea. I have been to Marque Medical before my visit today. I have always been very happy with their services. The staff and doctors are excellent! I especially like Dr Eaves she's very kind and professional. I think she is a too doctor anywhere in this area.

I realized I had made a mistake putting off seeing a doctor earlier in the day, for my symptoms were getting worse. When I arrived at Marque Medical that evening, the front office staff were waiting for me. Completing the paperwork was done quickly with sense of urgency. We were able to get an appointment within 45 minutes. The staff were friendly, the facility extremely clean and tidy. The doctor was able to diagnose quickly. Our prescription was ready at the pharmacy when we arrived ( That never happens with our primary care physician).

Although it was not apparent I was ill by looking at me, Marque made sure I felt they cared and got me in to see the doctor quickly. Because of my symptoms they took great care in trying to diagnose me properly. The doctor and nursing staff were effieicnt and kind. I always feel well cared for by this office.

I went to your office as it was close to my house and I didn't have time to make an appointment with my doctor. I was sick and needed to be helped right away. I don't remember the doctor's name but he was very nice and listened to my problem. He diagnosed by illness gave me some medicine and I was on my way. I will definitely use your services again.
