First, we were able to speak to a person on the phone to determine if marque was the right place to go - that was huge. 2. The online scheduling was easy and clear 3. Dr. Mohtadi provided a very quick and thorough description of what needed to be done and our options and the staff assisted w the financial implications. We were afforded time to decide welith no pressure. 4. We chose to have the stitches done. Dr. Mohtadi provided excellent information regarding what would happen. And he delivered great medical treatment for my son. We are very pleased with the care and skill provided to us, especially late in the evening. Dr. Mohtadi and the whole staff made the experience almost delightful, except for my son who actually had to have the stitches. Thank you! A greatful dad, Jim Hill

Great experience - it is never a good thing having to visit an Urgent Care facility but the staff and care made it pleasant, efficient and the treatment was effective (most important).

I've had three consecutive visits diue to a hand laceration. Every experience has exceeded my expectations. The ability to schedule an appointment is a hugh benefit. I've found the quality of care and concern to be of the highest regard. The facility is pristine, and they truly anticipate your every need. No one looks forward to being ill, yet , when the need arises, it is such a comfort to know right where to go!!

I have been going to Marque Urgent Care in Rancho Santa Margarita for many years and the service has been 5 stars every time. I never wait, and am always greeted with a smile. Each doctor I see is very knowledgeable and is always genuinely concerned for my well being. The treatment and method always works. I would highly recommend Dr. Porzio and Marilee as I have been treated several times and have experienced their expertise, active listening to the patient and their altruistic attitude and personal care.I am always 100% satisfied with the service. I don't use a primary physician because I know that I can depend on Marque for a better result. I have several medical conditions and will only trust their medical suggestions and will continue to utilize their facility for years to come. With so much doubt and uncertainty in this world it's nice to know that their are still guarantees like Marque that will handle your problem in a quick, professional and caring manor.

I met with Dr. Dorcas Eaves and she provided the best and most comprehensive medical care I could have needed or wanted. She was very straightforward and understood every concern that I had, promptly addressing it. I highly recommend Marque Medical above any other urgent care facility.

Today we were seen within 20 minutes. The office staff was very nice and polite. The MD was thorough nice and the visit was very quick. Prescriptions were sent to local pharmacy so they were ready when I arrived. Thanks for making my son feel better so quick

Very helpful, prompt staff - from the point where we were greeted through meeting with the Dr. I brought my 4 year old in and everyone went out of their way to make him feel comfortable. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone I know!

I have used marque medical Twice now. Both experiences were very good. Easy and quick. The environment is very clean and nice. I appreciate that they did not over prescribe any service. Both times I visited I was pleasantly surprised that my illness/reason for visit was minor and they were able to assist me with the best remedy. I would recommend their services highly.

I had a wonderful experience at Marques Medical. the staff was attentive and so sweet. I was in and out so quickly. I hardly had time to fill out the paperwork. I received a diagnosis very quickly based upon tests performed. I was able to purchase my medicine there and begin taking it with no lag time and no visit to the pharmacy. This was a wonderful option for me, as I was feeling pretty crummy at the time. Thank you Marque Medical I really appreciate the help!!

I was a walk needing treatment. This was my first time at this urgent care clinic. Your staff acknowledged me as soon as I walked in with a smile. My wait was about 10 minutes to see the doctor. Way too fast in a good sense. Everyone was friendly and I was even offered water. The entire staff was very friendly and professional. Thank you. The doctor actually listened to my comments and asked good questions. The doctor was very friendly as well. Thank all of you for making this a very positive experience. I intend to tell ALL of my friends about this experience.

The care and service I received on my intial visit and returning visit was excellent. Dr.Kiskila, Frank, Karen and the assistant that helped Dr. Kiskila today were great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I have told several friends about the excellent care I received and have referred them to Marque if they are in need of any medical services.

As something as a urgent care connoisseur (unfortunately) this one is pretty darn good. I especially appreciate the check in option so the wait is shorter. They have a very efficient check In system which Is great. Everyone is super duper friendly too! Bonus is the CVS in the same parking lot so picking up rxs is super convenient. I have had Dr. Eaves ( who is great) and Dr. Kiskila (also great) and always feel well taken care of. (Eek- ended a sentence with a preposition!) This is my urgent care of choice and it should be your choice too. :)
