I had an excellent experience at North Carolina Endodontics with Dr Iqbal and the rest of the staff. I was able to get an appointment quickly and the required paperwork was easy to complete. Every aspect of the procedure was explained clearly with honesty and compassion. The anesthetic provided made the process painless. I could not have been more satisfied with the care I received and highly recommend the practice to anyone in need of this type of dentistry.

Dr. Yip performed 2 root canals on me. He listened to my concerns regarding pain that I experienced previously and assured my comfort during both procedures. He was personable, educated me on the process, allowed me to ask questions, and answered them all. Everyone working there from the front to the back of the building was helpful, knowledgeable, happy, compassionate, and empathetic. They called the next day to check in on how I was doing and feeling. If I need endodontic care again, I’d like to return to this office. You all were amazing, and I can’t thank you enough.

North Carolina Endodontics provided me with prompts and excellent service. How’s it going out of town in nine days and found out I needed a root canal. I contacted North Carolina Endodontics and saw Dr Yip. His common reassuring presence put me at ease. Both he and his assistant works seamlessly to one perform the root canal and packet with medication and and two to complete the tooth once the medication was removed. I explained to him that Novacaine took a long time to act on me he provided more than enough time for it to completely set in. The process was completely comfortable and I had no time had any concern about having a root canal. I was going out of town in 10 days and a doctor got me in, perform both stages and I was on my trip with three days to spare. I have completely recovered and I highly recommend North Carolina Endodontics.

Hands down, this is the best company available. I was referred by my dentist for a root canal and Dr. Yip was exceptionally professional and courteous. Although I was extremely nervous upon arrival, Dr. Yip's professionalism and kindness during the procedure alleviated my concerns. He consistently inquired about my comfort level, ensuring a positive experience. If you need a root canal done I highly recommend this establishment. The entire staff is exceptionally friendly and courteous.

Please, with this office, they were able to fit me in pretty quickly after developing an abscess and needing a root canal. Staff was professional and caring, root canal was a little uncomfortable, but expected nothing less, but they did make it as pain list as possible. Receive a follow up call from the office which was appreciated and so far I haven’t had any further issues. Now I have to get my crown replaced. Only frustration is that I had to pay for everything upfront and now we’ll have to wait to get reimbursement from insurance company. Just a lot of money to pay out upfront when I do have insurance to cover it.

Nobody wants to get a root canal, but my experience at this office was positive because of the professional and caring environment. There was also good communication between this office and my DDS.

Staff was very pleasant and Dr. Iqubal was very knowledgeable and super easy to communicate with . Hopefully , I will never need him but If situation arises, definitely he is going to handle it.
