Over all good experience considering anything to do with my mouth is already a nerve wrecking situation for me procedure wise. My doctor was able to walk me through the steps before and during which really helped calmed my nerves. I wouldn’t say I would do it again but if the need was there, I would chose this practice!

I had to have an emergency root canal on a tooth that anchored a bridge. My regular dentist was out of town but he referred me to NC Endodontics. I could not have had a better experience! Before my dentist hung up after telling me I would hear from someone I was receiving their call. They fit me in within an hour and Dr. Yip was able to do the root canal and fill the tooth while keeping the bridge intact. I barely felt anything! He was very gentle and encouraging. The staff were great as well. Highly recommend this practice!! Thanks to them I am able to go on a planned vacation that I might have had to miss without the rapid response to my need. I’m very grateful.

My experience was very positive. The front office staff, dental assistants and the provider were all very friendly and helpful. I was very anxious and they made me feel a lot more comfortable with the dental procedure. If I need any further treatment I will definitely return to this practice.

As I entered the office, I was concerned about the need for renovation. The waiting room is very small, and I wondered about the root canal that would be shortly taking place. I had a bad experience with a root canal that I had several years ago that left me with a permanent disability. However, I was delighted with Dr. Kip who did a superb job — doing everything to make me comfortable during process. I will return to him with any future root canals I need to have.

The office was very accommodating in getting me in as soon as they could. Dr. Yip was very gentle and kind during my procedure. He explained everything that he was going to do. The DA Claire was very informative on how things were going to go also. I would definitely recommend this practice.

The experience was different than any other endodontic experience I have had previously. I was treated kindly and offered with amenities like water, a neck pillow and the ability to wear headphones during my procedure. The appointment went quickly and I was given a call the next day just to check on how I was feeling after the procedure. I was offered a follow up appointment for the next year as well. Leading up the appointment I was given information and numbers in a clear and understandable way. There was no guessing as to what I would be paying and everyone was upfront about what to expect. I would highly recommend.

I have great anxiety when it comes to going to a dentist. I can honestly say Dr Iqbal was awesome. He was very gentle, quick and explained what he was doing and what I should feel. This was by far the easiest appointment I have experienced.

I was a little nervous about getting a root canal, but even in my initial consultation, Dr Yip reassured me that it was not as bad as I first thought. Dr Yip and his assistant were both very professional and had a way of putting you at ease. The day of the procedure went smoothly too. After being numbed up, I was ready to go. The procedure went very smoothly. The only minor pain I felt was the one shot in the roof of the mouth. More pressure than pain, though. Other than that, NO PAIN. I was also able to watch the procedure through the lens of Dr Yip's microscope, seeing both the mirror view and the actual view. It was very interesting to read beforehand about the procedure and to see what was actually taking place. It may not be the desire of some but I found it fascinating, especially since there was no pain involved. My hats off to the entire team at North Carolina Endodontics. When I was driving home, I recommended them to a friend who has to get a root canal. I was that impressed!!

Needing an existing root canal redone, I’m so glad my Dentist recommended to see this Group. I can honestly say this was the best experience I’ve ever had receiving dental work. Dr. Iqbal is very competent and gentle in his ability to make you feel important and comfortable. His manner with his patients brings a calm to any anxiety felt by the coming procedure. Dr Tumare Iqbal is exceptional and I felt very comfortable with his skill. I have not always had the best experiences with dentists, so it was great to have such a positive experience.
