My experience was fantastic. Everyone was friendly and informative through the whole process. I was prescribed prednisone to deal with the pain I was experiencing, and it definitely helped a lot. The Root Canal procedure was painless and quick. Dr. Yip did a wonderful job as did all of the people assisting him. I look forward to coming here going forward!

NC Endodontics fit me into their schedule immediately for a dental emergency. The staff was wonderful and Dr.Yip was able to diagnose the problem and begin steps to correct it. It was helpful that he informed me what to expect in the coming days so I knew I was healing. My return visit was just as good. The doctor and staff were very efficient and I am thankfully pain free.

First the staff is great from the front office to the assistants to the dentists. A special shout out to Dr Yip who has worked with me the most. Setting appointments have been easy and convenient. Location is not too bad 15 minutes away from me. And it’s comfortable from the lobby to the dental rooms. The quality of care has been excellent, from the time you walk into the door. Financing until treatment are well explained. Thank you.

Dr. Yip performed my root canal and my experience was amazing! This was my first root canal and after hearing the horrors of pain and discomfort made me nervous but it was exactly the opposite! I had my consult and services on the same day. The staff and tech were so friendly! And Dr Yip did great work, no pain, and it didn’t take long at at all. He explained the process and his chair side demeanor is outstanding! Highly recommend Dr Yip and team.

I needed to have a root end surgey done. Dr Yip went above and beyond. He explained everything that was going to be done and checked on me through out the procedure. I didn't feel a thing and the procedure was over in less than a hour. The office called me the next day to make sure I was still doing well. I had read several reviews about Dr Yip before I got there so when it was time for my procedure,I felt comfortable enough that I had made the right choice. I would highly recommend Dr. Yip and this office.

Dr. Nathan Yip performed a root canal for me on October 15, 2024. I am always apprehensive about pain at the dentist. Dr. Yip was able to perform the root canal even though there had been calcification of the root. The entire procedure was pain free and I was able to be seen later in the day I had the problem. I highly recommend Dr. Yip and would certainly use this practice again if the need arises.

Everyone was very nice including those who called me before the appointment to discuss the possible sedation. ( I think her name was Beverly) The hygienist that assisted the doctor was super sweet! And of course Dr. Iqbal was awesome! I was very nervous about having a root canal but he and his staff made me feel comfortable. I appreciate you all!

The best experience. Dr Yip was the best. Made me feel very comfortable and at ease…. Which is not easy. I never thought I would feel calm having this type of work done. Everyone was really pleasant and I highly recommend North Carolina Endodontics.

The administration personnel are courteous. Insurance, cost and payment is clearly communicated. Dr. Igbal is highly skilled. He has provided me with the best care with two different procedures. Absolutely amazing for what I was expecting to be a nerve-wrecking experience! I had never had the displeasure of going through a root canal, but this was the most pleasant experience considering what it was. The staff at the front desk, the Dental Assistants, and of course Dr. Yip were very warm and friendly, but the tests and proceeding process involving the procedure itself are bar-none the best that could have possibly been encountered…amazingly gentle, quick, and PAINLESS (also to note the tooth worked on was right by the jaw where my TMJ is - they were able to work around my limited jaw opening ability). Everything was explained in great detail, no questions unanswered. I’m so very grateful Dr. Giscombe recommended this group, I wouldn’t possibly consider going elsewhere. Amazing staff, amazing experience. I am truly appreciative of the care provided by these professionals.

I was kinda nervous... root canals have a bad reputation. Dr T. Iqbal was very patient and thoroughly explained the procedure. His professionalism and expertise provided a painfree and expeditious procedure. All went well, and two weeks later, all is still good. Thanks Dr T!
