My quality of care was excellent, the doctor as well as his assistant took the time to talk with me and explain the process of my procedure. I was really happy to receive a follow up call from his assistant. The location is convenient, The atmosphere was very pleasant, I highly recommend their service to anyone who is in need of a Endodontis.

I received excellent care at NC Endodontics. I received excellent care at this practice. Dr. Igbal was very knowledgeable and informing about my condition .Clarence was also very knowledgeable and helpful. The two were caring and explained my condition .I was told what my options were and was presented with a treatment plan. The office staff was was helpful also. I am pleased with the care that I received by way of referral by my dentist. I just thank them for their services.

I would highly, highly recommend Dr. Iqbal and his staff. They are very professional, knowledgeable, ethical and friendly. For me, going to have a simple teeth cleaning is unnerving because of a past experience with a dental professional who had none of the qualities I listed above. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with big smiles and kindness. Dr. Iqbal walked into the exam room and I found him to be kind, soft spoken and compassionate to the work I was having done (root canal). He is a doctor or ethics and good morals which is huge in my book. I would recommend Dr. Iqbal and his staff to anyone who needs endodontist related services.

While no one wants a root canal, I am glad I was referred here. It was quick and relatively painless. I went in for a consultation and was able to have the procedure that day! I especially appreciated the check up the next day to make sure I was doing ok.

I had a surprisingly very pleasant experience with NC Endodontics. This was my first ever root canal and everything I had heard about such a procedure was that it would be painful and traumatic. Maybe this is how root canals are at some dentists, but mine was painless and thorough. The entire staff, from the receptionist that scheduled my appointment to the techs to Dr Iqbal, were friendly, professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. Everything was explained to me and I was encouraged to ask questions - from why I'm having a root canal to what to expect during the procedure to after care. My xrays were reviewed with me by the techs and Dr Iqbal. Staff telephoned me the day after each procedure (I had a root canal that required two visits) to check up on my comfort. Dr Iqbal even scheduled to see me a year after the procedure to ensure there are no problems or complications. The root canal procedure itself wasn't painful at all. I was prepped well by the techs, my teeth/gums were adequately numbed, and my head/jaw was moved and jarred about as much as it is during a tooth cleaning. Dr Iqbal kept me informed of his progress throughout the procedure and then spent time with me afterwards to review a post-xray and answer any questions. Lastly, I greatly appreciated that Dr Iqbal took two visits to perform my root canal (about 2 months apart). The first visit cleaned out the tooth and roots, and ended with him injecting antibiotics into the roots and sealing the tooth. This extra step allowed the decay and bacteria to be thoroughly killed over the next two months. Then, on my second visit Dr Iqbal recleaned the roots and put a temporary crown on the tooth. I've had friends who have had root canals and none of them have had them performed in multiple visits. Their procedures lasted less than an hour and they never heard from that dentist again. Unfortunately, one of these friends had to have a treated (root canaled) tooth revisited several years later because it wasn't thoroughly treated the first time. I highly recommend NC Endodontics - professional, friendly, helpful, caring, and pain free.

Painless. I could end the review right there, because that’s the experience Dr. Iqbal’s team provided. Whether it was his steady hand with the needles that I hardly felt or one his staff members saving me money by suggesting that I delay my procedure until my benefits recycled, everything was relatively painless. I mean, when Dr. Iqbal’s staff members such as Clarence Salazar-Loftin can speak very, very knowledgeably about what’s getting ready to happen to you, then you know you’re in the right place.

Couldn’t have been better! Staff were extremely courteous, skilled and a pleasure to work with! Doctor was very kind, skilled and professional! They were very dedicated to making this an easy and painless experience! I would definitely see them as a patient again!

Very professional, nurses and doctor. Dr. Iqbal is very nice and very prompt. It’s not too far and it’s like 5 minutes away from the highway. It’s a very comfortable office and they’ll play anything on tv for you while they work on you.

Dr. Iqbal performed a root canal on a very nasty infected tooth. He was able to save the tooth for which I am very grateful. Dr. Iqbal is a consumate professional with the highest standards and it is evident in his work. The staff in his office are friendly, capable and caring. The office environment is very clean and welcoming, intending to place nervous patient's such as myself at ease. I can truly say that if I ever need endodontic services in the future, Dr. Iqbal will be my first choice.

Great experience! The staff was very helpful and made sure I knew what to expect during and after my procedure. They even called me the next day to check on me. They made the experience of a root canal as good as it can be. Thank you!

Everything (other than the final outcome of having to have a tooth extracted eventually), was fine. Staff friendly, office clean, assistants knowledgeable and kind. Dr. Iqbal pleasant, "novacained" me very well, and despite the outcome of an "imcomplete" root canal, he seemed very capable, and explained everything well. I hope I don't have to go through this again, but if I do, I will come back to Dr. Iqbal.

Dr Iqbal and his staff are great! I had a root canal recently and everything went as he had explained to me. I have major issues with anxiety and dentists offices and haven't taken care of issues that I should have years ago, but Dr. Iqbal took the time to explain the procedure and answer my questions. Basically no waiting time once I got to the office. Great experience. Thank you!

I was referred to the practice by my primary Denist for a root canal. On the three biggest concerns that people have when choosing an endodntist,Dr. Igbal and his entire staff were exceptional. The quality of care, I received there was superior to the quality of care I have had from any service provider - whether dental or medical. He and his staff are EXTREMELY knowledgable, and equally as important, they all take the time to make sure you understand your treatment. Him and all of the staff are also incredibly PROFESSIONAL! The office is warm, its comfortable and the "bed side" manner of the dentits AND the aides is AMAZING. They were also very convenient. They scheduled an appointment that worked for me, and were gracious and thoughtful enough to offer me an earlier one when someone else cancelled. They also followed up with me the day after the procedure to make sure I was ok. You really could not go wrong by going here. The level and quality of service is great. The cost is right around market value, which actually means you are getting a steal because of how great they all are. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a root canal or any other service they provide.

Great quality of care, very comfortable and convenient

That was my first time going to the North Carolina Endodontics and I enjoyed my experience there. The stuff was friendly and knowledgeable and Dr. Iqbal performed an excellent job.
