I was referred to North Carolina Endodontics by my general dentist and was very pleased with the level of care I received. Very pleasant staff and Dr. Iqbal was very knowledgeable and very understanding of my uneasiness of having a root canal. I couldn’t ask for a better dentist! I would definitely refer anyone to this professional and wonderful office!

I traveled from Ashe County to be treated for a complicated root canal that my dentist here was not comfortable tackling. I found the staff at NC Endodontics to be kind and professional. I knew I was in good hands, and being a nervous patient, this was important to me. I was sure every measure would be taken to keep me free of pain during the procedure and I am most grateful for the care I received .

Had root canal procedure at Dr.Iqbal’s North Carolina Endodontics office. The entire process was explained well and the whole staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They provided good instructions and addressed all my concerns. The process went smoothly and I will definitely recommend this office.

Professional.courteous.extremely attentive to your your condition step by step before during and after treatment.checks and balances are implemented so the patient will not be uncertain about ...example monitor in room to educate and update,information repeated twice once by dental assistant and by the endodonist.....facility clean no clutter . Great experience with this wonderful team. Needed an urgent root canal as I was in a lot of pain and anxious about the procedure. I received excellent care and was pleased with the caring and compassion shown by everyone on this team. I highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Iqbal and his staff are wonderful! I have a dental phobia and they are kind, fast, & efficient. After each procedure that have had they call to check on me and when I did have an issue, Dr. Iqbal called me personally to help.

My dentist highly recommended Dr Iqbal and I can now see why. Everyone from the office staff to the assistants to Dr Iqbal himself were professional, friendly and informative. The root canal proceeded over several sessions - all were painless. Dr Iqbal and his staff explained each step, answered my questions and showed images of the process. The office coordinated seamlessly with my insurance. Although dreading the prospects of a root canal, I must say it was less uncomfortable then many routine dental procedures I have had.

I was referred to Dr. Igbal for a root canal by my general dentist. Being nervous, I found him to be extremely kind and gentle and the staff very helpful. He was well trained in the latest equipment. I was very pleased with the results and the excellent care I received there.

I had a 2 part root canal done at North Carolina Endodontics and they were amazing. I had never been here before, but when I called late one afternoon explaining I was having a dental emergency, I was given an appointment for the very next day. That’s huge, as I had been turned away by multiple other endodontic offices who could not see me for a week. North Carolina Endodontics staff were very kind and patient with me while managing my pain and fear of needles. I would HIGHLY recommend this office and although I hope to not need their services again, I will return to them if I do.

Dr. Iqbal worked me in due to a tooth hurting me so badly. His office reached right back to me when I was referred by my Dentist for a root canal. The staff was very attentive and very kind. The office called me to check on me after each visit I had. That meant so much. The quality of care and comfort are both top rated. Thank you, Dr Iqbal.

I was referred to Dr. Iqbal for my first root canal. The office staff was friendly and scheduled me quickly and kept me updated on my insurance coverage and copay amount. They gave me reminder calls for each appointment and even stayed on the phone with me while I had to resolve an issue (pharmacy's mistake) with my prescription at the pharmacy. The office was clean and my room had a television which helped it not feel cold and sterile. All of the staff was prompt, friendly, and thorough. Each part of the procedure was discussed with me so that I felt comfortable the entire time. Dr. Iqbal has a calming demeaner and made sure I understood the entire process - medications, root canal, best practices, and when to scheduling follow-up appointments with my dentist. He and his staff made having a root canal as comfortable and easy as possible, and though I hope to never need one again, if I do, I will be coming to Dr. Iqbal.

Dr. Iqbal is very professional and gentle. No pain or discomfort during or after procedure.

No one can say they have a wonderful experience when having their teeth worked on. That being said, Dr. Iqbal is great. I cannot imagine how this could have gone in better considering the work I needed done. I appreciate everyone in the office and the great work they do.

The thoughtfulness of the front office staff was excellent and the backdrop of a great experience, the support medical staff was kind and considerate, and the doctor was committed to being a single minded and outstanding surgeon who provided an excellent service.

Both the doctor and the staff were extremely caring and considerate. Although all types of dental work are a struggle for me personally, they did everything they could to make the experience as comfortable as possible. And, the doctor's personality was a pleasure as well!
