Receiving good news from Dr. Nathan Yip, D.D.S., in that he was able to save my tooth and perform a root canal. He was very knowledgeable and put me at ease, along with his assistant during the procedure. After completion, I was able to look at his work, which was excellent. Everything was explained to me about the procedure. I am very pleased with the service and completely satisfied! The office assistants were kind, and helpful prescribing necessary medications; also very efficient.

I cannot say how much I was pleased with the service I received at your practice. You were gentle, kind, showed concern about my comfort, especially related to the difficult tooth issue I had. I was referred to an endodontist for treatment of a tooth with a previous root canal and crown. Dr Yip had wonderful reviews so I decided to make an appointment with him at North Carolina Endodontics. The office staff was very courteous and professional from scheduling to completion of my treatment. Dr Yip lived up to his reviews. His professional manner was very comforting and he explained everything he was going to do, what I should expect and answered all of my questions. I had no pain during or after the procedure. The office staff even phoned the next day to check on me and make sure I was okay. I would return for dental work and refer anyone that needs similar dental work to North Carolina Endodontics and Dr Yip. I was very pleased with my care.

My appointment began on time. Staff and Doctor were very attentive. The doctor explained the procedures that he was going to perform to try and save my loose broken tooth. I got a call the next morning from NC Endodontics inquiring how I was doing. So far so good. Broken,loose tooth is still in my mouth, but a lot less loose.

All of the employees were friendly and helpful. The doctor was able to save my tooth, when others said it couldn't be restored. Afterwards the receptionists were patient and attentive to all my call-backs.

I was referred to NC Endodontics by Village Dental. Village Dental is large dental practice which I have been going to for five years so I did not do any research into NC Endodontics. I made an appointment with NC End and was very favorably impressed with the attentiveness and friendliness of the staff. Dr. Yup who was very impressive got to the root of my problem quickly. He did a root canal and I did not feel anything. He will do another procedure in a few weeks on another tooth. His office was very clean and sparkling and I mentioned that to him. I am 80 years old and have had a lot of dental work done in my lifetime including root canals, implants,and surgical procedures. I strongly recommend his practice.

I cannot speak highly enough about this office, especially the work of Dr. Yip and his assistant Monica. I was extremely nervous going into this appointment, as I had never experienced a root canal and rarely had any other kind of dental work in my life. I didn’t know quite what to expect, but Monica was so kind and personable and immediately put me at ease from the moment I sat in the chair. I really enjoyed talking to her and it felt like I was hanging out with a good friend! Dr. Yip had the best bedside manner and made me feel so relaxed from the beginning. He calmly walked me through it and was so encouraging throughout the procedure. He was very gentle and I felt no pain at all. Dr. Yup was also very knowledgeable and worked with precision. I’m beyond thankful I went to an experienced endodontist, rather than a dentist to get this done. It was worth every extra penny knowing that my tooth had the best chance to be saved and that the likelihood of lifetime success was high. Although I have unique oral anatomy, Dr. Yip was able to successfully perform the root canal and I experienced no complications. They made everything seem simple, even though I know this is a complex procedure that requires extensive training and expertise. I highly recommend Dr. Yip’s work, Monica’s assistance, as well as the entire office staff. They are all fantastic! I am so thankful I was referred to North Carolina Endodontics.

This is my second procedure with Dr. Yip, as with the first it was successful, and painless. Not only is he a very skilled Endodontist, he is kind, patient and very considerate of special needs. I am very grateful for the staff at NC Edodontics, they are professional, considerate and accommodating.
