The staff and the doctor took their time with explaining the procedure to me, in order to ensure my comfort level. I visited their offer 3 times and this was consistent all three times. They even took extra care to ensure I was pleased with the outcome of the procedure and had full knowledge about what to expect in the coming weeks to months. We even had to work creatively together to solve a challenge with obtaining a panoramic Xray without my "big hair" interfering. It all worked out, but it also showed their patience and care for my unique situation. If not for moving out of state, I would definitely return should I have need for their services in the future.

I have been treated by Dr. Iqbal. He has retreated my Root canals. I had an infection in the root canal and He has treated this very nicely. Also, he has explained to me very well the procedure and treatment. Also he very particular and perfectionist about his procedure. He has found that one of the root canals has not perfectly retreated. So, he has performed the procedure for free in second visits. Also, he is very patient. There was some plastic substance was stuck in my root canal. He has spent an hour patiently removing that plastic substance. I strongly recommend Dr. Iqbal. He is a very fun person and made me comfortable during the procedure.

This is the best office great staff if you have fear it will go away very fast patience caring doctor who will answer all questions

Dr. Iqbal and his staff were very professional. There was no long waiting beyond my scheduled appointment time to see the doctor and the office was neat and clean. The prices are reasonable too! I would 100% recommend this office location to family and friends needing endodontist care!

Very my professional. I really like Dr Iqbal and his assistants. They took very good care of me as one who has had some bad past experiences in the past. If I have to have this type of procedure again I will definitely g back to this practice. I haughty recommend.

Upon my visits to North Carolina Endodontics I observed a staff that is well organized and efficient. Everyone seems to know their role and they move about the office with a sense of purpose and pride. Dr. Iqbal will patiently answer your questions to ensure that you have a clear understanding of your dental needs and treatment options. As some procedural situations can extend the length of your appointment Dr. Iqbal will work as long as necessary to get the job done right. From the moment I arrived the staff was attentive and very professional. The place is spoless. They made me comfortable providing a blanket and a pillow. All the details of the procedures the doctor would do for either visit was fully described and explained. I was so surprised how painfree and simple it all felt to me during and after. The other surpise was the follow up call the same day asking me if all was okay and did I have any issues. Thumbs up!! I will be returning for some other teeth which need root canals soon.

Everything at your office was beyond exceptional. From the first time I came in l, and the pain was unbearable. The office staff went beyond my expectations, getting me cold water and feeling for me. Dr. Iqbal was exceptional, not rushing in to work on my tooth until he was positive which tooth was causing the problem. The office staff is welcoming and personable. Overall I was beyond happy.

I have been to several endodontists over the years. But this was the best experience I have ever had. First of all, the customer-facing manner of every member of staff is superb. Second, Dr. Iqbal explained the procedure with photos of the problem tooth and what he proposed doing to remedy it in a reassuring manner. While a root canal is not a pleasant experience, I felt no pain during and after the procedure. I would not hesitate to recommend North Carolina Endodontics.
