Dr. Iqbal was very patient and answered all questions in layman terms. I did not feel rushed. His office staff treated me in the same manner. Paperwork was easy to understand. I recommend his services.

Good doctor and good clinic

I was referred to North Carolina Endodontics by my dentist for a root canal. Never having had a root canal, I was somewhat anxious about the procedure. However, Dr. Iqbal and his staff did a really good job of explaining the process and putting my mind more to ease. Dr. Iqbal spent time explaining the steps and timeline in the procedure and answered my questions fully. Unfortunately my tooth was cracked so Dr. Iqbal was not able to complete the process but he had explained that possibility to me prior to the procedure. I hope I never need another root canal but I would certainly return to North Carolina Endodontics.

I am satisfied with the professional and quality of work done by the orthodontist. The procedure was rather expensive, but you get what you pay for. The root canal procedure stills hurts, which is expected. If it continues to be painful, I will call Richard Mark

All I can say is FABULOUS!!!! I was scared about having a root canal....always heard how terrible they are but this was no different than getting a filling (of course it was a tooth with only one root and therefore easier). They got me in quickly and I cannot express sufficiently how wonderful every person in the office was. I HIGHLY recommend this office for any endodontic need.

I had a great experience here at NC Endodontics. They provided me with a very thorough explanation of the care I was going to receive. They also took extra precautions to make sure I was comfortable for the procedure. The folks at the front desk explained my cost and and there was no surprises. the whole staff was friendly and genuinely seemed to care. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I will be coming back for sure.

I traveled from Ashe County to be treated for a complicated root canal that my dentist here was not comfortable tackling. I found the staff at NC Endodontics to be kind and professional. Professional.courteous.extremely attentive to your your condition step by step before during and after treatment.checks and balances are implemented so the patient will not be uncertain about ...example monitor in room to educate and update,information repeated twice once by dental assistant and by the endodonist.....facility clean no clutter . Dr. Iqbal and his staff are wonderful! I have a dental phobia and they are kind, fast, & efficient. After each procedure that have had they call to check on me and when I did have an issue, Dr. Iqbal called me personally to help.

My dentist highly recommended Dr Iqbal and I can now see why. Everyone from the office staff to the assistants to Dr Iqbal himself were professional, friendly and informative. The root canal proceeded over several sessions - all were painless. Dr Iqbal and his staff explained each step, answered my questions and showed images of the process. The office coordinated seamlessly with my insurance. Although dreading the prospects of a root canal, I must say it was less uncomfortable then many routine dental procedures I have had.
