Was referred to Dr. Iqbal for a problem tooth. Registration paperwork and check-in was fast and easy. There was not a long wait for an appointment. Although he thought a root canal was needed, Dr. Iqbal worked with me to find another possible solution. A root canal was ultimately needed, but I was allowed to schedule it without pressure or additional stress. Dr. Iqbal has a fabulous, calming bedside manner (with a great laugh, by the way) when discussing the condition and treatment, but is all-business when the procedure is underway. His seriousness instilled confidence. The actual procedures were quick and pain-free. I only experienced minimal soreness afterward, as per usual. I also noticed how Dr. Iqbal spoke respectfully to his staff, even the assistant still in training who helped during my 2nd procedure and needed a little more guidance. (I was asked in advance to approve her attendance. There was another experienced assistant in the room as well.) Everyone was efficient and kind to me at the practice. The impressive microscopic binoculars and other medical equipment appeared modern, further instilling confidence for a thorough, less painful procedure. I received a check-up call after the visit, and I always felt as if I could call the practice if needed. Of course, the hope is to not need extensive dental work in the future, but should another problem arise, I would definitely schedule with Dr. Iqbal again.

I could not be more pleased with the experience at North Carolina Endodontics. Dr. Nathan Yip was great and the procedure was a bit more complex as I had a crown on the tooth where the root canal was performed. Well done Dr. Yip! Best Regards, Scott Amling

During my visit I was greeted by a friendly and professional staff. The Endodontist, Iqbal had a great sense of humor. I am not a fan of injection, however, his sense of humor allowed my to deal with my anxiety. I definitely would recommend NC Endodontics to my colleagues, friends and family.

Dr. Yip and his assistant are an excellent team. They prepared me for the procedure by explaining each step. They were very kind and courteous. There was little discomfort nor pain following the procedure. I recommend this practice.

All of the staff are very kind and genuinely caring people. They are vigilant about making sure you’re comfortable and informed about any procedure before it’s done. They also perform follow up checks afterwards to make sure you’re comfortable and satisfied with the care.

Dr. Iqbal treats you like one of his family. He has a very calming manner and makes you laugh, and will answer as many questions as you have. I feel very reassured in his care during what could be a scary procedure with other doctors. I have the upmost confidence in his work, as he has done two procedures for me, and I would not go to anyone else!

Dr. Iqbal and his assistant both had welcoming personalities. Tiffany, the assistant reassured me I would be ok since I am a person that is unable to tolerate much pain and she would be there with me the entire time.
