Dr. Iqbal treats you like one of his family. He has a very calming manner and makes you laugh, and will answer as many questions as you have. I feel very reassured in his care during what could be a scary procedure with other doctors. I have the upmost confidence in his work, as he has done two procedures for me, and I would not go to anyone else!

Dr. Iqbal and his assistant both had welcoming personalities. Tiffany, the assistant reassured me I would be ok since I am a person that is unable to tolerate much pain and she would be there with me the entire time. They were very professional and I was very pleased with my experience with Dr. Iqbal and Ms. Tiffany.

The whole process was very smooth and the staff made sure that it was not stressful. Dr. Iqbal is a delight to work with!! Fun to talk with and you feel very comfortable sitting in the chair!!

My experience was great! The root canal itself was painless. I was just a little sore after the first appointment, and I wasn't sore at all after the second. I had some anxiety about this root canal after a really painful one a few years ago, and I was relieved to have this root canal be a much better experience. Thank you!

The entire staff from the front desk to the doctors Dr Haris Iqbal and his brother Tumar were kind, courteous, knowledgeable and explained the process and cost in detail. The level of expertise and techniques used were top notch. No pain or discomfort after the root canal procedure and taking the sedative “anxiety” pill helped tremendously. The staff follows up the next day to ensure all is well.

If you are in need for an endodontist look no further. Dr. Iqbal, Tiffany and the rest of staff are fantastic. They're all friendly, professional and very good at what they do. They start on time, and make you feel extremely comfortable while there. I'm so happy that I found NC Endodontics and that they are in my insurance network!

I was referred to NC Endodontics for a root canal (actually two which ended up being three). I had three separate appointments and each time I walked in the office, I was pleasantly greeted by the staff. The customer service is exceptional! I felt welcomed and comfortable as I awaited my nerved-wrecking procedures. Dr. Iqbal was amazing!! I love the fact that he took the time to explain the procedure to me in a matter that I could understand. (I'm not an endodontist,so this is important to me) His assistants were attentive, making sure I was comfortable, even offering me a blanket because it was cold in the office. Dr. Iqbal was very kind and comical in his own way to ease my nervousness. A characteristic I greatly appreciated, as it took the edge off as we segued to the next step. . . THE NEEDLE, the most dreadful part. The local anesthesia process was painless and easygoing. I was given clear and concise instructions after each appointment. After my first appointment my employer wanted additional information for taking an extra day for pain and his office immediately accommodated my request and provided the documents needed to appease my employer. I would highly recommend NC Endodontics without hesitation and look forward to my annual checkup in one year.

My experience this week with Dr Iqbal was perfect and second to none. How do you say anything nice about a 90 minute root canal? Yet Dr Iqbal was extremely professional and I will say the same of his assistent. Many dentist are like bulls in china shops, stretching your lips to the splitting point or slamming instruments against your teeth. But this guy kept the experience pretty comfortable for me. Despite my tension and some anxiety he did this without any sedation; I never felt the first bit of pain...not even after I got home nor the next day. Not sure how you duplicate his tactics and skills, but every dentist should follow his example.

This was the best dental experience I’ve ever had. Coming from someone with dental anxiety. They answered all my questions before the root canal. Made sure I was comfortable and knew what was about to happen. Dr.Yipp was amazing. Thank you!

I could not be so pleased with the professionlism of the staff starting withe the receptionist to the medical staff. I noticed that the office is very neat, clean and is equipped with modern technology. I have his anxiety when it comes to dentistry..Dr. Iqbal was very patient and understood my anxiety, he was ver patient with me . His bedside manner was just fantastic, he had a very calming spirit about him which is so outstanding.Dr. Iqbal, assistant was so nice, and had so much knowledge about the Administration local anesthesia was done properly and the procedure was painless. I usually hate going to the dentist, but the experience I had here was like no other. Dr. Iqbal is amazing. He was friendly and patient and explained every step. The staff were so friendly and really did everything to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. I would recommend this practice to anyone! Thank you for taking such good care of me!

Extremely satisfied with the staff and Dr. Iqbal, who by the way has a good sense of humor! Maybe it is contagious, since some of his staff were too. The facility is modern and clean, and Dr. Iqbal and his staff paid excellent attention to details, patient's concerns/questions, comfort of the patient throughout the procedure, and made clear what will be done before the procedure. I did not experience any discomfort during or after an expectedly all-scary root canal. The initial patient information entry was made convenient via an iPad, but it was long...seemingly endless! I am not wishing for another root canal, but if I have to get another one done, then I will not hesitate to have this crew work on it!

After two days of excruciating pain and endless phone calls to random endodontics who were booked up for weeks ( I went to one appointment at an unknown Endodontics office where they did not know how to X-ray and didn’t even have an endodontics Dentist available that day), I received a friendly call back from North Carolina Endodontics. They had a cancellation and got me seen in 20 minutes. The moment I arrived I felt cared for and in good hands. The staff were gentle and polite. The place is comforting and spotless. Dr Iqbal was professional, kind and informative. The procedure (a root canal) went by quickly with no discomfort. With this being my first root canal and first time with an endodontist I don't have much to compare, but it was so much easier than I was prepared for. My dentist's referral was perfect.
