The staff is very nice. They act like they enjoy their job. Dr. Iqbal makes you feel very welcomed to his practice. He has a calming to his demeanor. While he was working on my root canal I saw him watching TV which I thought was cute. It's good for him to feel relaxed also while doing procedures. His assistant Mary was awesome, so sweet and nice. She explained everything that was being done. I would recommend family and friends to come see Dr. Iqbal. I would like to go back to him again but they decided not to continue accepting my insurance in the middle of my time of visits. I hope you will reconsider in taking Ameritas Dental insurance again. Thanks for all your kindness!!!

The entire staff from the moment you walk in the door are very professional and welcoming.Dr.Iqbal and his assistants took great care to make sure I was comfortable and never in pain or discomfort. I would definitely recommend Dr. Iqbal to anyone who has to have a root canal.

My daughter and I were both referred by our Dentist (Dr. Mary Gaddis) for a root canal procedure. At first contact, I found his office staff to be helpful and courteous. We scheduled our appointments and were given the usual reminder 48 hours ahead of time. Upon arrival, the paperwork process was minimal and we were brought into the exam room in a short time. The office is very clean and is equipped with modern equipment. My previous root canal was done by a Doctor wearing a pair of those funny little binoculars. Dr. Iqbal has equipped his office with modern surgical microscopes made by Zeiss, the premier optical company in the world. Every room is also equipped with a TV so that you can distract yourself during the procedure. His Technicians explained everything thoroughly and were always standing by. The local anesthesia was done properly and the procedure was painless. Dr. Iqbal is a VERY nice man and has a very calming bedside manner. My daughter was a little nervous, so he was able to provide some "sweet air" for a small additional charge. Once the work was complete, I paid my deductible and headed home. Dr. Gaddis installed the permanent caps soon after and we are both doing great. About three weeks later, I got a pleasant surprise in the mail. A check for $320. Apparently, my insurance paid more that what his office expected, so they promptly mailed me a check for the difference. So I have added honesty to my list of reasons why I am so happy with his practice.

A friendly atmosphere and takes care of business promptly. The quality of care is outstanding, as they will follow up with you to make sure all is well. I highly recommend their service to anyone in need of good dental care.

Despite my apprehensions of having to get a root canal, my experience from start to finish was unbelievably pleasant. The front desk staff, dental assistants and Dr. Iqbal were amazing beyond! I feel silly at how worked up I was with the prospect of this procedure. I did not feel one bit of pain during or after! The staff was supportive and understanding. I highly recommend this practice!! I will not even consider going anywhere else in the future nor will I get as nervous and upset as I did this time. Thank you Dr. Iqbal and Staff - you are the best!!!

My experience with NC Endodontics was seamless. The staff is extremely pleasant, customer oriented, and professional. They put me right at ease - and Dr. Iqbal as well. He is lovely and gentle and was concerned during the procedure. I had no issues during the root canal and have had none since. I am very glad I was referred to him.

I visited North Carolina Endodontics today on a referral from my dentist. I was evaluated for a root canal. Kera was very thorough with the x-rays and evaluation! I knew I was in good hands by the way she took her time to explain the procedure, along with my options. Dr Iqbal was very kind and knowledgeable. I had total trust in his professional opinion. And,the ladies at the front desk were friendly and professional. It was a great experience. Thank you!

The staff is pleasant,patient and very informative. They explain everything and answer all your questions and never begin anything until you are most comfortable. From someone who has had many past nightmare experiences this office is definitely a game changer. Five stars all the way!!!!
