My experience with Nova was great! They arrived in the pre-established two hour window and took away everything I had for a reasonable price. The two men that came were very friendly and professional. I would definitely call them again.

Nova Junk called to say that they were on their way. They arrived on time and got right to work. They were friendly, courteous, and professional. They worked extremely quickly. The charge was based on the amount of material in the truck and so was very transparent. I will certainly use their services again. Really happy to have found them.

I cannot say enough positive things about NOVA Junk. Norman (the Owner) answered every call, every question & every concern about the process IMMEDIATELY. The crew- led by Omar (fabulous), accompanied by five terrific guys (whose names I neglected to write down) were true professionals, worked non stop, were so efficient, pleasant, respectful of 'donate' versus 'junk'--I will be using them again soon. And have recommended them to all of my neighbors. Pricing was excellent for the work involved.

Nova junk was perfect. They came in and got my stuff out very quickly. Everyone was very friendly and worked very hard to move my stuff efficiently. If I ever have more junk that I need hauled away, I will certainly use Nova Junk!

My homeowners association trash service was going to charge me $175 to pick up a refrigerator. I searched for junk removal in Springfield and Nova Junk Removal came up. Norman was very helpful in arranging a pick up date ant time through email. The rate was much lower than my HOA and the team who took my fridge were prompt, professional and courteous. I will definitely use Nova Junk Removal in the future and recommend them to others!

NOVA Junk was excellent. I would highly recommend to everyone that needs reliable, fast response time, and a hard working professional crew. The prices are very fair and when we needed more than one truck at the last minute they immediately did what was necessary to empty a house with 50 years of "JUNK". I called and within 36 hours I was scheduled and the house was emptied. GREAT EXPERIENCE A++++++++

I found NOVA Junk Removal on Google after aimlessly searching the Internet and County websites for bulk trash, junk, recycle removal. After getting frustrated, tired and stressed out, I found NOVA Junk Removal. I called and was relieved that they could meet all of my needs and I received a quote right over the telephone. The crew came out within days. They removed all of my junk, bulk trash, regular trash, etc. I didn't have to worry about separating stuff, about what items the County would or wouldn't accept, getting items to County dump, etc. The crew was courteous, professional, friendly, and expeditious and the price was more than fair for the work that they did. The service and reliability of your company are great! This is the second time I have had Nova Junk haul off a full truck load of stuff. The first time involved the removal of construction materials from the basement and the second time it was furniture from the attic and basement. Both times I got a phone call 30 minutes before arrival (and they came within the 2 hour planned time window). Very polite staff that worked efficiently and asked exactly what I wanted done. Will definitely call Nova Junk again when needed.

I found NOVA Junk Removal to be very reliable. They were there right on time,pleasant personality, very capable and extremely professional. They were removing a queen sofa bed that could have be a problem for most people but they were in and in no time flat. Because of their promptness I was able to get out of the house and finish up some much needed shopping before Christmas. I would certainly call on them the next time I need furniture removal.

Nova Junk Removal is fantastic. Courteous, professional, efficient. I called them after a terrible experience with another local junk removal company, and they exceeded my expectations. Plus, their pricing was far better - and it might seem silly, but they carefully packed my items into their trunk. Since many of those items had been in my home for a long time, it meant a lot to see them take such great care - I am confident when they say they recycle what they can, they will (rather than the other company that just chucked my furniture into the back of their truck). I will absolutely be using them again as I continue to clear my home. And I will surely recommend Nova Junk to my friends in the area.

Incredible speed and professionalism. I called and got a perfect Saturday morning appointment within toe days. Several large pieces of furniture which I had barely got inside the house years ago were removed with no trouble. My small dog ran out to greet the guys and they were very friendly- I put her away and they were done in minutes. Great value too. Cannot recommend them enough.
