I found NOVA Junk Removal to be very reliable. They were there right on time,pleasant personality, very capable and extremely professional. They were removing a queen sofa bed that could have be a problem for most people but they were in and in no time flat. Because of their promptness I was able to get out of the house and finish up some much needed shopping before Christmas. I would certainly call on them the next time I need furniture removal.

Plus, their pricing was far better - and it might seem silly, but they carefully packed my items into their trunk. Since many of those items had been in my home for a long time, it meant a lot to see them take such great care - I am confident when they say they recycle what they can, they will (rather than the other company that just chucked my furniture into the back of their truck). Excellent polite and on time service with the right price

Incredible speed and professionalism. I called and got a perfect Saturday morning appointment within toe days. Several large pieces of furniture which I had barely got inside the house years ago were removed with no trouble. My small dog ran out to greet the guys and they were very friendly- I put her away and they were done in minutes. Great value too. Cannot recommend them enough.

The Nova Junk Removal Personnel were extremely efficient and great to work with to remove all of the items from my house that I could not afford to keep any longer. I liked their work so much that I asked them back for a second time less than a week after the first time. They do great work and their prices are very, very reasonable. I will use them again and I recommend them very highly.

I needed a bed frame, mattress, and box spring removed from my apartment ASAP before the new one was delivered. I called several places to get estimates and Nova Junk Removal offered me HALF the cost of everyone else. I gave them short notice and they were at my apartment within an hour of my call. 3 professional men had my items removed in under 10 minutes. It was completely stress free and easy. I was impressed and will definitely be using this service in the future!

The driver of the truck to pick up our stuff called 30 minutes ahead of when they arrived. They showed up right on time and were able to move very quickly to get our items removed. They were in and out in under an hour and were very professional. I was very impressed with their service and would certainly use them again if the need ever arises.

A truly professional and extremely hard working team! They outdid their promises by miles, arriving early and finishing the job way ahead of schedule. I was EXTREMELY IMPRESSED by the care the removal personnel took to put our junk in the truck without damaging the house. They arrived exactly on time and quickly loaded the truck with our refuse. I will use them again in the future.

This is the second time I’ve used NOVA Junk in the last couple of years. The team lived up to the expectation they set the first time they helped us out. I received a call 30 minutes before their arrival and they arrived on time within the window promised. I was provided an upfront estimate on the size of the load before they started and the final price was right on target. Omar and his assistants were courteous, friendly and respectful of our property. They were very efficient and made quick work of clearing our garage and our basement. We will definitely call on them again and I am pleased to recommend them to those looking for a professional junk removal company.
