Called and they were able to come the next day. Arrived before scheduled appointment time. Given all the 'stuff' we had I thought it might take a long time to load but within 20 minutes, the crew had everything loaded. The crew manager was a pleasure to work with and his whole crew were polite and efficient.

I used NOVA Junk in August 2016. I initially called College Hunks Hauling Junk, but when they arrived, their estimate was more than twice what they quoted over the phone, so I turned them away. At NOVA Junk, I talked to both Omar and Norman. They honor Yelp, Military Discount and Angie’s List. NOVA Junk was reasonable so I scheduled a date and I was glad I did. I have split-foyer, 4-bedrm house, upper deck, storage room and shed to clean out; and 30-yrs of things to donate and junk. One area I was afraid they would balk at was the outside shed which was full of crickets and spiders. College Hunks guys didn’t even want to look in the shed (I don’t blame them because I was afraid to go in there). NOVA Junk did not hesitate to go in the shed. Not only did they completely empty it, they cleaned the bugs out. And they blew off leaves from my deck and swept where debris had tracked inside the house. I was so very impressed with NOVA Junk. The whole crew worked hard, quickly, and in less than a couple of hours they had filled two trucks for donation and junk. NOVA Junk was accurate in their price estimate and the estimated time. The guys were professional, friendly, and thorough. I would definitely recommend NOVA Junk; I will use them again.

Wow! Your team is incredibly efficient! Our church had an old floral cooler that we needed removed to make way for a new one! Your team called in advance to let me know of their arrival time. Four men and two trucks and fifteen minutes later....well, it was all done! Courteous, wonderful people! And very reasonably priced!

Nova Junk Removal called ahead of time, showed up when they were suppose to and removed everything I wanted. They were very careful not to damage walls. They were so good, I called them back to take more junk. I have used them twice in the last two weeks -- a great find!!

i called NoVa Junk on a Saturday morning after working to clear out my chilfhood home. I was given an estimate over the phone and was scheduled for a monday morning pickup. I thought I would have half a truck but managed to accumulate a completely full truck of junk. I received a confirmation call saying the guys were 20 minutes away. When they arrived the guys were so polite amd helpful (even while hauling a huge old tv). They even swept the garage floor to get the little pieces of debris. I would definitely recvommend Nova Junk for any hauling needs.

My experience with Nova was great! They arrived in the pre-established two hour window and took away everything I had for a reasonable price. The two men that came were very friendly and professional. I would definitely call them again.

I cannot say enough positive things about NOVA Junk. Norman (the Owner) answered every call, every question & every concern about the process IMMEDIATELY. The crew- led by Omar (fabulous), accompanied by five terrific guys (whose names I neglected to write down) were true professionals, worked non stop, were so efficient, pleasant, respectful of 'donate' versus 'junk'--I will be using them again soon. And have recommended them to all of my neighbors. Pricing was excellent for the work involved.

My homeowners association trash service was going to charge me $175 to pick up a refrigerator. I searched for junk removal in Springfield and Nova Junk Removal came up. Norman was very helpful in arranging a pick up date ant time through email. The rate was much lower than my HOA and the team who took my fridge were prompt, professional and courteous. I will definitely use Nova Junk Removal in the future and recommend them to others!

NOVA Junk was excellent. I would highly recommend to everyone that needs reliable, fast response time, and a hard working professional crew. The prices are very fair and when we needed more than one truck at the last minute they immediately did what was necessary to empty a house with 50 years of "JUNK". I called and within 36 hours I was scheduled and the house was emptied. GREAT EXPERIENCE A++++++++
