Had a very nice experience with Nova Junk. They explained exactly what they would do. They gave me a quote and stuck to it. All the guys that showed up were very professional. They arrived on time & worked very hard. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Called on Monday, came on Tuesday. (FAST SERVICE) Hauled away an old sign, a 600 lb. safe nobody else could deal with, several pallets, yard debris and brush, and a lot of old furniture. Even swept up the parking lot around where the old brush and furniture had been. 5 STARS, will definitely call them again! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, everyone was real polite and helpful. A+A+A+A+A+

In a word, Excellent. Omar first arrive on a day when it was snowing and unfortunately couldn't move the debris. Love Junk promptly rescheduled and came back out two days later and took everything away for a very reasonable price. The service was efficient and professional. Very customer oriented. I will use them again on future projects.

I chose NOVA junk removal from all the excellent yelp reviews and was glad I did. Norman called 30 min out and was there right on time with three other men. they understood exactly what i wanted taken, which was confusingly situated because of space issues. (in fact i put some out back and forgot to tell them) but they kept it all straight and took precautions to keep our artwork and flies and for from getting damaged by the larger items. i was impressed with their handling of an extremely large desk that i thought would have to be broken down to go through the door - but no! the four of them made it work like magic. cleared out about fifteen years of hoarding tendencies in all three of us in one hour and we feel sooo much better now. doing it all ourselves is a perilous nightmare fraught with physical and emotional pain and tangents unnecessary. but with the friendly, reliable, professionals at Nova- I could relax.nothing incorrect was taken and i would use them again. and i may need to, lol.

My wife and I chose Nova Junk Removal based on a google search which indicated that they had a top rating in the area. The two man crew arrived promptly at the scheduled time (calling a few minutes in advance) and removed all of our items, including several easy chairs, a picnic table, and a large stereo console. They worked quickly, efficiently, and carefully. The entire job took less that 30 min. The price was quite reasonable. We were most pleased. I would highly recommend this company to everyone. A+++++!

What great service. A phone call 15 minutes ahead of time to tell me they were on the way. Arriving exactly 15 minutes later. Showed what needed to be removed, one of the crew members verified what was to go and then in a little under an hour, all the junk was gone. They even cleaned up after they moved all of the junk out of my storage area. What a great group of people.

NOVA junk is always quick and reliable. They are the only company I use for removal of bulk items. They also have the best value for the service. They charge for the size of the load. Some companies have a flat rate for any size which can get to be too pricey if you are only having one item removed.

I discovered NOVA through the internet. I was under a huge time crunch to clear out two townhouses filled with furniture and junk. This was not an easy job. There was junk on numerous levels. These guys came through in a huge way. They were on time, courteous and great to work with. Their price was more than fair considering the amount of junk they had to remove and the limited time contstraint. I would highly recommend them!
