I had a terrific experience yesterday with Nova Junk Removal service. The owner Norman was our first contact on the phone, and we texted him the items we wanted moved and he gave us an estimate right away. He was very professional and courteous, and I loved how the whole process was hassle free. Daniel and Christhian were the workers that came to our house and they couldn’t have been nicer or more professional. They called 45 minutes before they arrived to let us know they were on their way. They had a great attitude and were easy to work with, and they moved our huge living room sofa like pros without a hitch. It was the most positive furniture moving experience we ever had, and we will definitely be using Nova Junk Removal Service again, and I highly recommend them!

I had a very pleasant experience with NOVA junk. Had I known they were Alexandria based I probably would have gone with someone closer, but I overlooked that upon researching the company. That being said they came all the way to me in Bealeton Virginia without hesitation. The guys worked quickly and effectively. I walked through with the lead upon arrival to the job and pointed out everything I wanted gone and they immediately got to work. They filled an entire truck in less than an hour and were happy to accommodate every request. I even had some 200lb sandbags in my gym that I told the guys not to bother with if they were too heavy and 5 minutes later they were wrestling them out of the gym for me. I couldn't be happier with my experience with NOVA junk and I will be recommending them to anyone that needs junk removal. I also want to give my thanks to Norman for his quick response time and patience with me setting up the job. I reached out initially months ago and when I was finally ready to get it done he had me scheduled ASAP and coordinated with my work schedule. All around pleasant experience, thanks again NOVA Junk.

One reviewer reported no other junk remover company would take on his job and they have 5 star reviews. Personally I think they are a 10 star review company. Very professional, courteous, reliable, reasonably priced and family owned. Their mother raised them right. Fast and energetic even while fighting the bugs. After I approved the finished job the estimate was what I paid. They all left tired, but we were all smiling for a job well done.

Awesome! Nova Junk! Never had a job go so smoothly! I had an old shed demolished and removed from my backyard. The job was performed as agreed from "start time" to finish in such an orderly manner. Everyone worked together so well, very timely. Clean-up was most impressive! All I have to do, now, is enjoy the new space! Awesome!

Working with Nova Junk was a great experience! Scheduling was a breeze. I was given a quote over the phone and they stuck to the price when they picked my chair. No hidden fees or surprises. The driver notified me 40 minutes in advance and showed up on time. The crew was very efficient and removed the chair in just a couple of minutes. Wow! It just can’t get any better than that. Fantastic job! They were able to squeeze me into my tight schedule & even added one more unexpected piece of furniture at a reasonable price. They were very careful with the walls / floors / etc!

I had to remove some furniture due to me moving back to florida. They were able to come and remove the furniture same day and within a few hours. The 2 gentlemen were fast and i was able to get on the road on time. I recommend this company to my friends or co workers if they are ever in the DMV area. Thank you guys and God bless

Staff person who answered the phone was very helpful; gentlemen who arrived in truck removed items quickly, arrived within the prescribed time.

Excellent job, I was able to arrange this pickup starting at 2 am on a Saturday and got scheduled by 7am. They arrived right on time and filled an entire truck. Very reasonably priced and great workers. Nova Junk Removal is the best organization of this type I have ever worked with. Absolutely stellar service, five stars is not enough. They will be my go-to company for junk removal every time.

Nova Junk’s 6-man crew was fast, efficient and professional, clearing out a studio apartment and storage unit in about 90 minutes. Highly recommend.

Good value, very reliable, and the two men were professional and polite. One man inadveetently too a heavy object almost to the truck from the basement, and when I said it was not to go, he turned around and just carries it back. Amazing and very nice. Will use them again.
