This is the second time this week I used Nova Junk Removal due to a big move. They arrived early, letting me know well in advance when they would be here. Employees are courteous and easy to work with, and they work quickly. I am very happy with this company and will be recommending them and using them again.

I was very impressed with NOVA Junk Removal. I needed to remove my old shed before I could get a new one. I did a search on the internet and found the company and that they would provide the service I needed. I got a speedy estimate and they agreed to come on a Saturday. The crew came promptly, was courteous and worked quickly to remove the shed. One crew member gave me a tip about the stones that were beneath the old platform for the next installation. Great service, great price, and knowledgeable hard-working crew.

Very friendly when arranging appointment, set up with only two day lead time. Arrived right on time, and totally cleaned out a whole apartment left in a shambles. Their estimate was a little low, so they filled up both trucks they brought, but they came back later the same day, to remove stuff that was left outside. A very fair price, that was undoubtedly less than I would have had to pay my handyman to deal with hauling all the stuff.

Nova Junk Removal was so consistent about returning my emails quickly. They gave me an estimate that remained accurate the day of removal (no surprises). I wasn’t able to be there when they arrived, but I got a phone call when they were on the way, as promised. They were well within the time frame of the appointment. My daughter was able to point out everything I’d listed in my email, and when I got home, all the junk was gone. They were nice enough to detach the propane tank from the grill they were removing, because I had forgotten to. It was very convenient, reasonably priced, and I plan to bring them back to remove my shed in the spring. Very satisfied customer!
