The crew who came to remove our junk, led by Omar, was outstanding. Their arrival was timely and their work was carried out in a very professional, organised and efficient manner. This is the third time I have used Novs Junk and I will use them again.

Very friendly when arranging appointment, set up with only two day lead time. Arrived right on time, and totally cleaned out a whole apartment left in a shambles. Their estimate was a little low, so they filled up both trucks they brought, but they came back later the same day, to remove stuff that was left outside. A very fair price, that was undoubtedly less than I would have had to pay my handyman to deal with hauling all the stuff.

Nova Junk Removal was so consistent about returning my emails quickly. They gave me an estimate that remained accurate the day of removal (no surprises). I wasn’t able to be there when they arrived, but I got a phone call when they were on the way, as promised. They were well within the time frame of the appointment. My daughter was able to point out everything I’d listed in my email, and when I got home, all the junk was gone. They were nice enough to detach the propane tank from the grill they were removing, because I had forgotten to. It was very convenient, reasonably priced, and I plan to bring them back to remove my shed in the spring. Very satisfied customer!

The Nova Junk team arrived on time with a large enough crew to handle the huge job of clearing my attic. The job was made more difficult by the the three floors narrow, winding stairs in my older town house. The team was efficient, professional, respectful of my property and most skillful. The team, lead by Norman, not only emptied the attic, but they swept up the debris in the attic as well as on my stairs and in the hallway. I was totally impressed by the performance of this team and Norman, who is one of two owners of this company. Their price was most reasonable. Oh my, I would not have put off having my attic cleared had I known about them years earlier. Highly recommend. P.S. When you call their office, you get a real person, which is rare these days.

I called Nova Junk Removal because of the good customer reviews on Yelp and am glad I did. I spoke to Normam early on a Saturday morning about removing several pieces of furniture. He gave me a very reasonable price quote, and the crew was there in 15 minutes! They were polite, efficient, and careful of door frames in removing larger pieces. I had them back 3 days later to remove an ancient, bulky, dorm-style fridge, again for a reasonable price. Very happy with the quick, professional service and good value, and will definitely use them again. I've already recommended the company to two acquaintances.
