Every aspect was outstanding: the intial home survey; flexibility on the date and increased amount to be removed; and especially the day of was absolutely stellar! The crew showed-up right on time and worked so hard with all my heavy stuff, they finished in an amazingly short amount of time for as much stuff as I had. Really an amazing crew and service!!

The Nova Junk crew was excellent! The team gave me notice of their ETA as requested, quickly and seemingly effortlessly loaded everything including a very heavy sleeper sofa, they had the right tools to deal with a tricky TV wall mounting plate, and took some extra items to fill the truckload. I was thoroughly impressed by their skills. They were very easy to work with from start to finish. I would highly recommend Nova Junk to others needing junk removal services. Going with a local company was important to me to ensure reliable, quality service that a broker cannot offer. Great experience!

I like to support local businesses when possible, so I searched online and found NOVA Junk Removal. I am so glad I did. Communication was so simple and they were so responsive! They gave me an excellent quote (I had an old safe that I needed removed.) and they had availability that worked in my schedule. The guys came on time and made quick work of the job. It was so smooth and I was glad to be rid of the junk. If I ever need more junk removed, I will use them. It’s so easy.

Prompt, friendly service that exceeded expectations. Arrived early and crew went immediately to work to clear debris and waste. Glad they were able to remove concrete and brick as not easy nor everyone offer this service. Recommend the crew keep a wheelbarrow available in trucks as I noticed them struggling to move numerous small pieces, thus offered my wheelbarrow to speed their work and ensure they didn’t strain themselves.
