Fantastic! I called and spoke to Sheryl. Sheryl was wonderful and was able to accommodate with a same day service. Omar arrived exactly on time and called 30 minutes prior to arriving as said he would. Upon arriving, Omar and his guys took care of removing all the items as I had described over the phone to Sheryl. They were lightning fast and very professional. Will definitely use again in the future and recommend to others.

Great communication and service. The team was respectful of our home, taking care to not hit any walls and taking off shoes. They were efficient and friendly. We ended up adding more things from when we called to make the appointment, and the price was reasonable. Would definitely recommend Nova Junk Removal!

This company was great. From my first encounter with the office manager, who was so helpful and pleasant, on the phone to the day the truck arrived. They arrived precisely on time and were finished in less than an hour. They were courteous and professional. All I had to do was point and they took care of it. The payment process was quick and easy and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this company and use them again.

Our company has used NOVA Junk on several occasions and they exceed our expectations every time. They called within their 3 hour window that they would be there within 45 minutes. The 3 guys were courteous, professional, and were done within 15-20 minutes. I was able to pay with my credit card via an Intuit chip reader. The whole process was quick and easy and I would use them again.

I was researching junk removal services online. I had the name of 2 companies. I spoke with one and knew I would be charged over $600 for what I needed removed. I did not speak to the other company because I could not get any info for them online. They listed only through valupak - the coupons you get in the mail. I had searched for companies before but never saw Nova Junk Removal until this past Monday. I liked their website. Good, clear information about their services and prices. Also discounts for military and/or seniors. I called and made an appointment for the following Wednesday. The window was 11-1. The crew called ahead and said they should be on time. They were actually early. The three men were very friendly and professional. They worked fast and efficiently and the truck was full, as expected, in short time. The price was as expected, with a senior discount. I would gladly recommend Nova Junk Removal to anyone and would be happy to use them again.

Another Awesome Experience during a pre-Settlement house sale. Quick clean up and very professional, cost was lower than Industry Cost.

Fairfax County screwed us over with a missed bulk pickup and we had to have the front of our house cleared quickly before the moving truck showed up. Nova Junk delivered (or took away, rather...). Scheduling was a breeze, the folks that showed up were professional and extremely quick. Nova Junk honestly turned what was about to be a horrible, horrible day into a regular day of moving. I couldn't be more thankful. Highly recommended!

Contacted NOVA Junk and from the initial call the agent who answered my call was very courteous and professional. I believe her name was Cheryl. Set up the appointment and she gave me a window of 9am to 12 PM and the service arrived promptly at 9 or just before on Saturday. So far am very impressed at their reliability and timeliness.

We've used Nova Junk Removal three times. Each time they've been extremely professional. They are also very fair with pricing. If the volume of your junk is less than expected they have no problem going below their estimate.

Your guys were on time, and they gave me a heads up that they were on their way before arriving. The pricing was less than the original quote, which I greatly appreciated. The guys moved quickly to pack up the junk in the truck, and spent time sweeping up the excess debris to ensure nothing remained. Definitely will call on you again for future needs.
