The crew arrived on time and assessed the challenge of removing our cast iron fireplace insert from our basement. It was exceptionally heavy, so had been in storage for over 5 years. The crew leader was experienced and knowledgable about such stoves, but this one was the heaviest he had ever moved. After disassembling as much as possible, the crew of 3 were going to need a truck with a lift and one more crew member to get the stove out of our basement without damage to our home. The 4 of them lifted the stove one step at a time and then put it on a dolly to push out to the truck. It was a successful removal and our home was undamaged. It cost more than the estimate, but was worth it to us to get it out. Thank you!

I initially e-mailed for a quote. Nova Junk Removal responded very quickly. The informed me they would call within 30 minutes of furniture pickup and they were on point. The gentlemen who came out were very courteous and friendly. They were able to move the sectional and two recliners fairly quickly. The company has a few methods of payment so I had options on how to pay. I decided to use my credit card and it was processed very quickly. The overall service was great! Thank you Nova Junk Removal! Will definitely use again if we have other furniture to remove!

The entire experience was excellent. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and professional. The crew called in advance and arrived promptly. Had a great experience with Nova junk removal. Setting up appt was easy with quick response and appt time. Movers Omar and team were very courteous, professional and honest. Gave me the quote up front. He accommodated me when asked to move a few last minute furniture at a minimal price. At the end he even hauled away a foosbsll table at no additional charge. They were very careful in not scratching basement stairs by breaking down the queen size bed which took extra time and effort on their part. Lastly they were very honest, Omar returned an Apple mouse accidentally left inside the desk. Very happy with Nova junk removal. Will be using them in the future when needs arise. Emily

This organization did exactly what they said they would do. The movers showed up promptly, removed the furniture I was getting rid of, and left. They were efficient and friendly.
