Quick call back from my internet contact. Scheduled pickup of an extra-large spa for within 5 days. Gave me a 7-10AM window. Called at 7:30 to confirm pickup and showed up by 8AM. SPA was so large it had to be cut into 3 pieces for removal. Workers were careful in moving large pieces through a narrow area around the side of the house. All spa parts and garbage was cleaned up and removed. They even discovered and killed a copperhead snake for me that was found under the spa. Price was at the high end of the estimate, which was fine with me given the size of the spa. All work was done and hauled away within 90 minutes. Very happy with the size and skills of the team. Would recommend them to others and use them in the future.

Experience just as described during initial contact call. My service window was 9 to 12 and the driver called me approximately 30 minutes to arrival, arrived when he said he would and promptly removed my junk. He was professional and courteous and fast.

[I published this review at Yelp less than an hour after Nova Junk had left.] Wow! Easily the best experience I've had in a long, long time with a hired crew. The three men were courteous, pleasant, professional, careful, and super efficient. They cleared out almost half a carport's worth of junk in less than ten minutes, as well as two large items from inside the house. I had emailed a couple of companies at the same time, and only Nova Junk responded, and they did so quickly. The estimate I received held up, even though after opening my storage shed I discovered several other items that needed to go. Also, I received a phone call as promised about twenty minutes before the team arrived. From start to finish, Nova Junk was outstanding!!

All went very well - the crew communicated before their arrival, gave a quick quote and moved everything seamlessly. I couldn't be happier with the service.

Professional team, timely service

EXCELLENT! Cheapest price. Excellent communication. Removed our shed and cleaned up, even down to the few leaves that fell off the boards in the driveway. We couldn’t be happier. I will recommend them to my friends and neighbors and the realtors who will soon be listing our house.

The service was fine, but I feel harassed with all the requests for reviews. Nova Junk Removal does great work, but, boy, are they needy.

As a home remodeling company we are always in need of construction debris being removed from the job. We have tried several companies, but after using NOVA JUNK, we will be sticking with them. They are very polite, punctual, professional and their prices can't be beat!

The crew arrived on time and assessed the challenge of removing our cast iron fireplace insert from our basement. It was exceptionally heavy, so had been in storage for over 5 years. The crew leader was experienced and knowledgable about such stoves, but this one was the heaviest he had ever moved. After disassembling as much as possible, the crew of 3 were going to need a truck with a lift and one more crew member to get the stove out of our basement without damage to our home. The 4 of them lifted the stove one step at a time and then put it on a dolly to push out to the truck. It was a successful removal and our home was undamaged. It cost more than the estimate, but was worth it to us to get it out. Thank you!
