The young men who removed our stuff was definitely reliable, professional and were kind and thoughtful. Even calling was painless. We've used this company several times and every time was the same and the cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend these guys.

Outstanding 5 Star service from the Roland & Company team !! FAST friendly pickup and removal. Called ahead, arrived on time and smartly loaded the truck. We had a lot of pieces of firewood and some fence panels. Instantly received email receipt after payment. NOVA Junk Removal & Norm were reliable, professional, and provide a pro service for a great value. The team was on time and ensured every detail was taken care of, from removal to clean up. When they determined a second truck was needed, a second truck showed up before loading of the first truck was complete so I did not have to wait or schedule for another day. Omar arrives on time with a sufficient crew to do the work. He works very efficiently, listens well to instructions and goes out of his way to do little extras to keep the customer happy. And he packs his truck full! I have used him 5 times in the past year (4 trucks and 1 piano). Very professional with reasonable pricing. I recommend him to friends and neighbors.

I was originally given a two hour window. Then they called ahead to say when they would arrive. They were very pleasant and helpful. All of my items were removed quickly and carefully. The price was very reasonable. I would certainly use this company again.

I have used NoVa Junk before and was very happy. NoVa Junk arrived on time and were very well equipped to handle the removal that I needed.

I had been procrastinating for a month to get rid of our old sofa. Finally, on a Friday morning, I decided to take action. I went online and was overwhelmed by all of the options. I got out my yellow pages and looked up junk removal. Only one company from Yelp was listed and I remembered it had gotten a lot of stars. I called and was delighted to learn they could send their truck in about 30 minutes. They called to let me know they were in my driveway. While he was still on the phone I looked out and said they weren't. He said they were in my neighborhood. I told him I would stand in my driveway until I saw them. 20 seconds later I was waving at them. Some one may have turned the street sign over Halloween and no one noticed. The two young men were very polite and removed the sofa without difficulty or creating any damage on the way out. I would definitely recommend your company and use you again.
