Nova Junk came out removed old wood pile. Cleaned off the cement pad that the wood was on. They were on time, polite, professional and reasonably priced. This is the second time that I have used them and I would recommend them to anyone who needed this type of service.

Initially, I chose Nova Junk Removal based on their exceptional yelp reviews and my great communication experience with them. They arrived at 7:45 AM, it was quite early for the initial 7-9 window they provided. The three men crew removed my large sofa, king size bed frame and a king size mattress within 15-20 minutes which was impressive. Nova Junk Removal provides the best services and most reasonable and affordable price for junk removal. I contacted about 10 different junk removal companies all have great reviews, and Nova Junk Removal stranded out. Their performance actually excessed my expectation and alleviated a huge amount of my stress.

Nova Junk Removal did a wonderful job of removing items from my house. They were prompt and dealt so well with removing a couch from my basement that was very difficult to take out. They moved items from various places around my house to the truck which was do helpful. I especially liked the diagram on their site of their truck and the prices that were listed so that you could get a rough idea of the cost. They even gave me a senior discount. I will definitely be using them in the future. They do a great job.

The service technicians were courteous and helped me make decisions regarding some items to discard. The primary designated area (outdoor shed) was clean quickly. 2-28-17 - My furniture delivery company left me a voice mail saying they were coming a week earlier than planned so I didn't have any time to schedule removal of old furniture in advance. Norman was very accommodating and was able to squeeze me in on the same day, which was very helpful and I am very grateful for that. I also have used Nova Junk in the past.
