On July 16, I went to Our Urgent Care which is close to my office because I wasn't feeling like myself & was unable to get an appointment with my primary care doctor. My wait time was minimal, I was promptly seen & diagnosed by staff members who were professional, knowledgeable & compassionate. Turned out, my heart rate was extremely low & staff recommended calling an ambulance to take me to the nearest hospital ER. I was admitted to SSM St. Mary's, monitored for several days & by the end of the week diagnosed with bradycardia/irregular heartbeat & having a pacemaker installed. It has been an unexpected scary experience, but I am grateful for the care I received at OUC & would recommend anyone go there for treatment when not feeling well. They most likely saved my life.

Awesome staff! Fast too! Saw Kathy Steinman who took care of me quickly. She is so kind and a great NP.. This is the only UC we use in Wentzville.

A person could not ask for a more professional group of folks. My wait time was zero. They called in my prescriptions and made my ‘sick day’ turn into a ‘feel better’ day! Thank you.

Once regeristed, they let you know when to come in so you are not waisting your time sitting in the office waiting. Very friendly and helpful

Ginger was an exceptional secretary and was very organized. Dr. Farrell was very informative abs made sure that the patient felt very important. The male care te h was very nice as well. A very good experience even though I was hurting. I would go back.

The receptionist was kind and responsive to my questions and in handling my paper work. On leaving, she forwarded the information of my visit to my doctor as I asked her to do. The initial medical person asked pertinent questions in a logical responsive way. It was explained to me in detail on how to proceed with the particulars of the testing and where to wait until it was completed. The medical nurse explained the findings of the test, answered my questions and gave me both information on the infections found, where to pick up the prescriptions, and how to let my doctor know what had happened during my visit. All those at Our Urgent Care were professional, polite and thorough, and kind.

Front desk receptionist, nurse, doctor all very pleasant. That makes such a huge difference to me in whether I will go back to a place or not. I was a patient for a doctor in town for years and get going there because his staff is so rude. He is not but his staff is horrible. Keep up the pleasant atmosphere at your facility. It speaks volumes!

1. I was provided with the correct guidance which severely lacked in the Student Health Services Team at Washington University in St. Louis. 2. I am recommended to the right team of doctors for the next steps. 3. The administrative work was easy to navigate.

Everyone was kind and considerate. They listed to my questions and made sure to carefully explain any and all instructions. While I will continue to see my primary care provider, I'm glad to know I am in good hands should I ever need to seek medical assistance outside my normal doctor's hours in the future.

It was very good. My husband was having severe chest pain. The person at the front desk came out the front door as soon as I pulled into a parking spot. She immediately got a wheelchair for him and got on the phone for an ambulance that arrived in a matter of a few minutes. Her quick work was very much appreciated.

I was on vacation in st. Louis Missouri and woke up with one of my eyes swollen shut. Found the urgent care and was taken care of. They did an excellent job and were very friendly and also called long distance to make sure I was ok!

I showed up as soon as they opened because I was worried about having to wait a long time to be seen. I was the first one there and taken care of very quickly. My total time there was 30 minutes. The facility was very clean. The staff was very friendly. I will definitely come back in the future. Thank you!

The care and advice I was given today were very good and pertinent to my illness. The pre-consult nurse was very pleasant and thorough. The nurse practitioner was excellent. The hours are very conducive to me and the location is excellent. Everyone was very friendly and I definitely believe I was given great treatment and care. I would certainly use this urgent care location again.

My wait was certainly no longer than my regular Dr. Young lady at the front desk was very pleasant. Nurse was very pleasant and made wait for Dr. more pleasant. Dr. made the extraction of my 6" splinter (it seemed) painless. A+ to all. Gordon Negus

The young women I dealt with at the desk and in the office were very pleasant. Dr. Amimi was calm and thorough. He told me what to do, I have been doing it, and within 3 days I am noticeably better. It was great to be able to see an MD quickly on the 4th of July.
