Front desk person very nice. Then it didn't take long to get in. Everyone was very pleasant and Doctor was right there. Took care of me and sent Rx to pharmacy and I was on my way. Thank you all!

Everyone was very courteous to me. I was taken care of almost immediately, which is very important when you feel so. Crummy. Totally good experience. If I have a problem again, I will come back. I will also let family and friends the excellent service I received.. Thank you.

I went to the urgent care in my town of St. Charles Missouri. I somehow broke out in a rash all over my arms and could not determine the cause. It ended up being poison oak. The staff were friendly and the service was fast. The doctor who was on staff was very knowledgeable in her field and was quick to determine the root of my issue. She went above and beyond and gave me her number to call if my rash did not go away within 24 hrs so that she could prescribe me something different.

I actually drive further just to go to this particular Urgent Care! When I arrived, the receptionist was very quick to greet me with a smile & get the process going. She was extremely courteous & friendly. I was quickly placed in a room within minutes of my arrival! The NP & an intern, I believe, were very quick to diagnose me & get me some relief for the extreme nerve pain I am in, due to shingles. They were very friendly & empathetic to my situation and handled it immediately!! I was in & out in no time!! I am sorry I don’t remember their names, but my visit was on Friday, May 18, 2018 @ approx 6:15 or so. The Customer Service I received was above and beyond to include exceptional attention, service and care. All of the Staff at your Urgent Care in Wentzville are to be commended for their ongoing practice to maintain the highest quality of care & exceptional levels of great service to their customers & patients alike!! Great Job & Kudos to ALL!! I actually left with a smile as they all wished me well on my way out the door!

I can get in to your clinic faster than my Primary care doctor. That's important to me. I like the convenience

All of the above were met in my visit today. The best thing that you could have done was bring Dr. Tom Farrell on board. He is, and have always been a champion for quality health care. He is very compassionate, friendly, and knowledgeable. I’ve been to the ER for a severe migraine and dat for 5 hours with no attention to my issue. Dr. Farrell made me feel better by talking to me about available options.

From the moment we walked in we were greeted by kind faces. Everyone from start to finish was friendly. The new patient check in process was quick and we did not have to wait long. (Can't guarantee that is always the case. We walked in when there was no one waiting.) There was a NP on duty that was very knowledgeable and thorough. They even called a couple of days later to follow up. All in all a great experience. Would definitely go back.

On my way! I don’t know where to start . I got there early so I came be first . They facility open up on time , a lady greeted up at the door, I did all my paper work , with they help of the team , it was clean but cold but clean and neat . The staff was friendly and smiled and everyone spoke . They was knowledgeable about everything they did and explained . I was in and out even after during X-rays , in 45 mins . I was not feeling well for a week and needed to get treated quickly without making a doctor’s appointment and waiting even longer to get an appointment. Everyone here was so kind and knew exactly what I needed right away.

There was no wait. I got right in and everyone was very friendly. I had a rash on my foot and the Doctor did not hesitate to call the director of the facility for their help. This was last Monday and today my foot looks so much better and it’s almost cleared up.

Got me in and out in a little more than an hour. Staff was understanding and friendly. Loved that I could be there at 8 am when it opened since it was Mother’s Day and I had plans. Great experience.

We have been here a few times with the kids. Always are treated well and compassionately. You put the kids at ease. It is a good experience!!
