I brought my daughter in over memorial weekend. Everyone was FABULOUS! She had acute tonsillitis and they even called her prescription into a 24 pharmacy after they realized we wouldn't make it back to our regular pharmacy before it closed. Thank you all so very much!! She was feeling better in 2 days :)

I received excellent service while visiting your Florissant location. Everyone I encountered during my visit performed in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner. Also, there was very little wait time in both the front and back area. I am a very satisfied patient as the scripts given to me by the Dr. took effect by the end of the day and I'm currently on the mend. I'm thrilled to have this facility in my area as the hours are great for those of use who belong to clinics that close before we leave work. This Urgent Care facility made it possible for me to see a Dr. without taking time off work or having to wait out the weekend. Should the need arise I will definitely revisit this location.

We had never been to an Urgent Care before. I had expected a longer wait. We were quite pleased with how quickly we were seen. The staff at the desk and assistant who took vitals were all very helpful and pleasant. The doctor available was very patient and understanding as my son was apprehensive about treatment. The examine was thorough and we were provided adequate time to address our needs. If a future emergency occurs I would definitely return to your facility and I would recommend to someone in need.

The hours on a Sunday were surprising. Upon my arrival the receptionist was very courteous, the nurse who took my VS was professional, and ANP was professional and knowledgeable. The office and exam room were neat and clean, location very accessible from the highway. I will highly recommend to family and friends. I actually travelled 45 miles southeast to your location.

I was in & out in 30 minutes. Facility was clean and staff friendly. Couldn't ask for any more!

Thank God they're were open on Sunday. The wait time was absolutely minimal and the quality of care, at least for my poison ivy, was outstanding.
