My experience was professional and great from the receptionist to the doctor. everyone had a caring heart and as things were done for me to help me feel better those things were explained first before being done and I appreciated that. I was on vacation from AZ, location was close to friends. Did not take long to be seen. Very friendly and helpful in picking up perscriptions close by. Treatment cured problem.

Very convenient location.They got me in and out in a timely manner and were very pleasant.The facility is nice and clean. The doctor that took care of me did a great job and was very friendly. The receptionist and nurse were both very courteous as well. I already told two of my friends who live in the area the good care I reserved.

This was my 5th visit to Our Urgent Care. I have brought my children as well as for myself and my spouse. The staff is always friendly and helpful. There so far have been no longer wait times to be seen. They get you on and out. I was really sick on this last visit, and they worked quickly to get me out of distress. I really like the fact that I can come here to be treated when my family's doctor isn't avail able instead of having to go to the emergency room.

I was in and out of the office within 30 minutes. The care was efficient and thorough. The staff was professional and kind. I've never been fond on urgent care facilities, but this location changed my perception.

I was very fortunate to find “Our Urgent Care” . I was unable to get in touch with my primary care physician and was searching to find a quality care agency with a positive rating open for evening hours. The staff was courteous and professional. Vacation saved, came into your office in pain we were to leave on vacation that day. Came in thought it would be long wait and I was out and at the pharmacy with my medicine faster than I could have imagined. Took several days to feel good but I would recommend anyone to come to your office. OH...Very important the doctor took time with me to make sure I was being treated correctly. Imagine that. Thanks!!!!!

I called this urgent care because it's convenient and I need assistance quickly.The workers were very pleasant and professional. I was seen quickly and diagnosed. The entire visit may have been 30-45 mins at best. I will definitely go back if needed.

Extremely happy with evaluation and procedures done to evaluate my problem. I had my prescriptions filled and took the medication. Felt much better after taking medication and continued to take medication as prescribed.

Hello, I had a wonderful Experience. The Customer Service was awesome. They were very friendly and courteous. The visit wasn't made to be about themselves but my daughters care. The wait time was Great. As soon as I finished my paperwork she was in the back within 2 minutes tops. Very professional at this office. They also gave me referrals to Pediatricians since I am new to this are from another state. Thanks because you dont find outstanding customer service like yours anymore. The Dr. was very sweet and helpful. I dislocated my finger and even though it was a painful experience, she made me feel very comfortable and was very helpful. I ended up getting surgery but she did everything in her power to make me have a good experience.I really appreciate that, and the other nurses and x ray tech were very kind. For the circumstances I had a great experience and hopefully I wont have to return but if i do it will be comfortable.Thanks!

Missy was just fabulous while drawing my blood. I got goosebumps when Maggie touched my thyroid. What soft hands. Every employee deserves a raise, especially the x-ray tech today.
