This is our 3rd or 4th visit to your facility. We were put into a room and seen by a nurse within 15 minutes of arriving at the facility. Then it took about 20 minutes before a NP came in to see my daughter. She was extremely friendly and right to the point. My daughter is 6 years old and the NP was very gentle with her. We were out with a script for eye drops for pink eye in right at an hour. Thank you. We will return!

I was quite happy with my experience with Urgent Care.
The service was quick and the Doctor was friendly.
It was better experience than going to my regular doctor.
I would recommend them to anyone in need of quick medical care.

I really like this urgent care because you can get X-rays and the staff is has always been friendly. The only thing is I feel the Nurse practitioner that was on duty on Wednesday 12/17/13 was not to personable but I will not rate this bad because I know it is a very busy time of year. The other dr I have seen and the nurses have always been very nice.

I highly recommend Our Urgent Care. Facilities were clean, the nurse practitioner was excellent as was the tech. All in all, very efficient & knowledgeable staff made a normally unpleasant experience as pleasant as it can be for a medical visit when you're in pain,

This was an awesome experience from beginning to end. They have great hours seven days a week. After filling out the patient information I was immediately taken to an exam room I was seen and questioned and then right away a nurse/doctor came in and gave me an exam. My diagnosis was explained in detail and my prescription was called in. Who could ask for more? This will not be my last time using them.

Very easy to make appointment online. Took me right in, no waiting. Staff was very professional and friendly. Real concern was shown for how I was feeling and was promptly treated, scripts were called in for me. Made an unpleasant experience of being sick, more tolerable.

I've been to other clinics and usually the staff are cold so I was extremely happy with my visit here. The staff were all so warm and friendly and made sure I was comfortable. They checked on me repeatedly while getting an iv and genuinely cared. I couldn't have been more pleased with my visit. Thank you!!
