I had the opportunity to receive services at 3433 North Highway 67. The service was excellent!!! The attendants were friendly and professional. The clinician was efficient and courteous. Everyone did a great job answering my questions and explaining everything to me.

Great customer service!! No waiting and quick service. We are frequent clients and my lil one (3yrs) is ok to go there, which makes me at ease.

I have nothing bad to say about your facility. Everyone was friendly and professional. There wasn't a long wait to be seen. I got quality care.

The staff at this urgent care are amazing. The receptionist, nurse & the doctor I saw were all competent, efficient, & personable. When you are sick an atmosphere like this is most soothing & reassuring. They had my prescriptions sent to my pharmacy before I left. Wow! They are on top of things! I would absolutely go there again & reccomened others to go there as well. What an asset to our community.

All I can say, is great customer service. Professional medical attention and quick service. I wish they were my PCP.

I love going to the Our Urgent Care. The staff is always friendly, the Dr's are very courteous, anns there's no long waiting periods. I've never spent more than 45 minutes on any of my visits. I've never second guessed the treatment I've received. My first choice is care is always Our Urgent Care centers.

I always go here very efficient staff wait is never to long even with 2 people in waiting room. Registration very fast also.

November 7, 2015 marked my first visit to Our Urgent Care of Florissant. The facility was clean; the employees were affable and courteous; and, the attending nurse practitioner, Jade A. Holman, was respectful, solicitous and, although unfamiliar with my medical history, quick to access and administer treatment. What I appreciated most was the convenience of the facility's location, on-site lab tests and results, the immediacy of care and Ms. Holman's judiciousness in providing me with the names of medical facilities or professionals that might be more suited to address my complex of symptoms. I highly recommend Our Urgent Care of Florissant to anyone who needs immediate care and can not wait upon a physician to fit one in.

Everything went great. Everyone was really friendly especially the receptionist. The hours are also nice.

I went in today for severe asthma related coughing. I also have an ear infection in my right ear. I was greeted sweetly by the staff and filled out the paper work. The staff and medical professionals were absolutely amazing. Upbeat and kind, despite my pain and extreme discomfort. They helped thoroughly assess my symptomology and history. The response to my medical concerns, most notably, wheezing and coughing, was nothing less than prompt and caring. The medical professionals were personable and easy to talk to. I cannot express how helpful the staff and medical professionals were in treating me. I was feeling awful and in very poor health this morning and I was greeted by helpful, capable and friendly individuals who wanted to not only help me but to give me the best care possible.

my biggest concern was quality and price. my doctor's could not get me in. i made so maney phone calls.i work and can not take off for just any thing. i had a bad tooth ache, throbbing pain. not only did they charge a copay, yay, i was on my lunch hour. he saw my pain, ordered the meds. and i am so thankful and grateful for 'our urgent care' i would go back. this is the wentzville mo. location

We have been going to Our Urgent Care when in from out-of-state since my daughter was an infant. The staff is wonderful! We have always been seen relatively quick and treated very well. The office staff processes our paperwork and insurance won't out any hassle. Then nursing and physician staff listen and provide thorough assessments. We have never had a problem with their service and truly appreciate the convienent away-from-home care that we receive.

I needed a quick way to access my son's hurt hand. There were three people in front of us but the staff worked quickly to see us and everyone was kind to myself and my son. We left feeling good about the diagnosis and treatment.

Very satisfied. Needed care early, before going to work. Opening at 8am helped. Got in & out Quickly. experience was good.

My daughter fell and hurt her arm at the pumpkin patch. I did not think she was seriously injured and dreaded taking her to the ER. As we were driving I thought, I should just take her to OUR Urgent Care. They are never too crowded and you do not have to wait long (still thinking she was fine). After they got us in right away, and did the x-rays, it turned out she really did break her arm. I felt awful, but they made her feel comfortable, and took care of it. I am beyond grateful for the kind and prompt care for my little 5 year old.

Had injured foot/ankle and had swelling. Doctor and Staff all very kind and prompt and facility neat and clean. X-rays were needed and were done very quickly, as well as treatment when diagnosis was made. Definately the easiest visit to a urgent care I have ever had which was wonderful when you are in pain:)
