I had been experiencing jaw pain as I have a history of TMJ. Dr. Grin and his phenomenal team were able to sooth the pain. Then when I expressed that my wife was complaining about my snoring (lol), they opted for me to do a sleep test for apnea. The test showed that I did have a minor case of apnea. They did more thorough measurements to get me a new piece of equipment to wear while sleeping. I now am getting more oxygen to my brain AND my wife stopped complaining. :) Amazing team!!!!

Dr. Paul Grin was fantastic. He and his team take a no-nonsense approach to evaluating, diagnosing and executing on the issues at hand. I've suffered from terrible TMJ issues for years and, after just one night of wearing the dental/medical appliance Dr. Grin created for me, I can already tell I'm on the path to a reduction (if not elimination) of my chronic and nearly debilitating symptoms. Dr. Paul Grin runs an amazing operation. They are organized and on time. I never had to wait once I arrived. They ensured that the process of signing-in to seeing the doctor was as immediate as possible. Additionally, every step of the process was thorough and easy to understand. They went out of their way to make sure their diagnosis was correct, that they explained it to me carefully, and informed me of all of the possible treatments before me. Their holistic take when diagnosing me was greatly appreciated and did not feel like a cookie cutter review. Once I made an informed decision about which treatment I was seeking to pursue, they were quick to follow-up and enact that decision. Every step of the process was as easy and painless as possible. I have had bruxism for most of my adult life and have always had some sort of jaw pain associated with grinding. I have seen several specialists regarding this pain, but Dr. Eric J. Grin is the first to do a complete head, neck, mouth and teeth assessment. He found muscles in my face that I did not realize were contributing to my jaw pain and tension. Dr. Eric J. Grin made recommendations for pain control that are very helpful and fit me for a night guard to help prevent the jaw pain I have been experiencing. I highly recommend this office and all staff members. Each and every staff member is kind, courteous and answers all of my questions. The patient experience is exceptional. I wish I had found this clinic sooner.

I feel so fortunate to have been referred to Dr. Paul Grin. I originally thought my bite was off, but my dentist said it was a jaw issue and suggested Dr. Grin. (He feels he's the only doctor to successfully treat TMJ. I was very impressed by Dr. Grin's thorough exam and so many questions. He has an amazing breadth of knowledge. I left my first appointment with lots of information, medication, exercises and a plan for the future. Within a few weeks my symptoms subsided. I had already suffered almost a month before seeing Dr. Grin. I unreservedly recommend Dr. Grin and his office. And, all the staff are very nice, and no waiting!

I have been seeing Dr. Paul Grin since the summer do to my jaw pain. The medication, therapy recommendations and the appliance that was made for me to wear in the day and night, have helped tremendously with the pain. I am able to sleep through the night without waking up every hour as I was before. The office staff is very welcoming and made be feel comfortable. They were also quick to respond to my questions, and I never had an issue scheduling an appointment that fit my busy schedule.

Dr. Eric Grin and his staff are incredibly efficient, polite and actually do as promised. I was suffering from lock jaw and could barely open my mouth and was in a lot of pain. Dr. Grin's staff worked hard to squeeze me to start my treatment. Dr. Grin was extremely thorough with finding out the cause and how to obtain some success with pain management, night guards and stress management. A few months later, I now can yawn again and actually take a bite out of a sandwich. Dr. Grin's staff is so friendly and professional. Dr. Grin is amazing. I was referred to him last year for intermittent "electrical shock" type pain. A thorough interview was done followed by CT scan and MRI. I was diagnosed with Trigeminal Neuralgia. I was prescribed Carbamezaphine which has been effective in blocking the intense pain episodes. I was also diagnosed with arthritis in my jaw which can cause more of a dull pain. I have extreme confidence in Dr. Grin's abilities. After doing my own research I saw so much about how this is the "suicide" disease due to the intensity of pain. Dr. Grin is always available to discuss my concerns and has eased my fears about the progression of this disease. Although he stressed everyone is different and their are no guarantees about what the future might hold for me, I know I have a highly qualified and knowledgeable professional in this journey.

I made an appointment with Dr Grin after suffering with severe jaw pain. After a complete exam, he treated me for TMJ and within 5 months, feel 100% better. I have chronical TMJ issues, and constantly suffering from tight temporal muscle, stuffed ear, and facial discomfort. Dr Grin carefully checked my problem, made me a splitter to guard again grinding teeth at night, and guided my through some simple exercise and heat pad therapy. My situation is getter a lot better. I came to Dr. Grin with terrible jaw, head and face pain. Before seeing him I had gone to see ENTs, my primary care doctor and my dentist. After lots of tests and medications that didn’t solve the problem I was referred to Dr Grin and am so happy I was! He quickly identified that I had TMJ and arthritis of both jaw joints and put me on a protocol that works. I am so grateful to Dr. Grin and his team. I was referred to Dr. Grin by my dentist after I began having worsening TMJ pain. The front staff and his assistant were very friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to get a CT scan in the office and had impressions done to make an appliance for me to wear at night. While I was waiting for the appliance to be made Dr. Grin gave me suggestions on how to ease my pain and what foods to eat/avoid. Dr. Grin throughly explained each step and made sure all of my questions were answered, I never felt rushed. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience with Dr. Grin and his staff.

After seeing a doctor who had no idea what the cause of my pain was,and was ready to cut into my face to find a problem, I was nervous about seeing Dr. Grin. He put me at ease right away with how professional he was. He was very knowledgeable on how the human body works and after consulting with his team was about to fix my problem in 13 days and a handful of pills. No surgery and no nonsense. I was referred to Dr. Paul Grin from my dentist since I had jaw pain for a while & it was not getting any better. The staff is very friendly and on top of everything, and Dr Grin was always on time & never late. He was excellent in making sure I was ok every step. I was experiencing many issues with sinus pressure and other unusual symptoms for months that I thought were from a sinus infection. After seeing many doctors and trying medications without resolution, I finally stumbled upon TMD as a possible cause of my issues. When I was able to see Dr. Grin, I was pleasantly surprised at the patience and attention to detail that he and his staff had as I went through my symptoms. Dr. Grin was able to determine the cause of my symptoms as being TMD-related and was able to find an orthotic treatment that has been helping greatly! I am thankful for Dr. Grin and would recommend to anyone who may even think they have TMD-related issues.

Dr Grin and his staff are very professional. My long term untreated TMJ / arthritis in my jaw has cause my jaw to be out of line and Dr Grin has created a mouth guard that I wear at night that has helped tremendously and is helping to get my jaw back back in line.

I've been a patient of Dr. Grin's for several years. I started seeing him with jaw pain and was diagnosed with osteoarthritis of the jaw. He was able to help me manage the pain with an oral appliance, easy exercises, and moist heat for many years. Last year, my jaw pain returned and a CAT-scan showed that my OA had progressed. I opted to try to the PRP (platelet-rich plasma) which was outpatient in Dr. Grin's office. While it was pricey and was not covered by insurance, I had great success with it. Nine months after the procedure, my most recent CAT scan showed that the OA progression had stopped. The bone had stabilized and is not causing me any issues. Dr. Grin is very kind and patient. He spends time explaining procedures and diagnoses. I highly recommend seeing him for jaw issues.
