Everything about Dr. Grin's practice is great! Starting with the impeccably clean waiting room and exam rooms. The staff is kind and professional. Dr. Grin has created a treatment plan that has provided me with more and more relief over the time that I have been seeing him. I recommend Dr. Grin to anyone dealing with pain in the head and face. He has helped me in ways that other doctors were not able to.

Dr. Grin is patient and thorough. He listens very carefully to you and genuinely cares about your well-being. I highly recommend him.

I found Dr. Grin to be an excellent physician. I went to him for a problem with my jaw. Sometimes it was hard to open my mouth very wide due to stiffness and some pain. It turned out that II had arthritis of the jaw. I'm doing better with the mouthguard and exercises he prescribed. Dr. Grin explained at length my condition and how it may improve. I also praise the staff. During the pandemic they were very careful in scheduling their appointments. I would highly recommend Dr. Grim and his staff.

I was desperate before finding Dr Grin. The endodontist I was seeing gave me basically little hope of any dr diagnosing what was causing my pain. Dr Grin was very methodically in figuring out my problem through a series of questions and tests. Dr Grin is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and compassionate, He actually listens, he only sees one patient at a time, you have his full attention. The office is run by the most professional, caring staff, Ruth, Blanca, and Carmen. I am so grateful to Dr Grin, I’m making progressive with my pain. I wish all my doctors and their staff would provide the same kind of outstanding service.

Dr. Grin and all the staff have been so amazing! I started going to Dr. Grin right before the Covid pandemic and throughout my whole process of exam to final appliances has been amazing. Dr. Grin went above and beyond when I didn’t feel comfortable coming to the office yet and did a telephone appointment. I highly recommend him to anyone having any jaw issues, he’s the best and the staff is so nice and accommodating.

Dr. Grin's office is extremely well run. I was seen on time for every appointment. The nurses are very knowledgeable and also friendly. Dr. Grin was thorough with the exam, methodical with his diagnosis, and detailed with his explanations. A combination of jaw exercises and a night guard has improved my condition exponentially. I am no longer on a track to need surgery. Thank you to the entire team!

Dr. Grin and his team are amazing. Dr. Grin is very knowledgeable and personable. No waiting; very efficiently run office. Uses alternative therapies to help with TMJD, sleep apnea and other issues. Highly recommend Dr. Grin!

I first saw Dr. Grin for treatment for chronic relentless neck and shoulder pain that I had been experiencing for nearly a year. I saw other health care professionals before Dr. Grin, but received no relief. I immediately felt like Dr. Grin was on the right track with my treatment. Over the next few months I experienced steady improvement until all of my pain was gone. That was 3 years ago, and I remain pain free to this day. I got my life back! I now see Dr. Grin for some sleep issues and again there is significant improvement. Dr. Grin is a caring professional. That care and professionalism is reflected in his office staff as well. They are a wonderful team and a pleasure to deal with. Five stars plus for Dr. Grin and staff.

I had been to three Doctors prior to Dr. Grin, I had severe pain couldn’t sleep,eat, headaches were so bad I could just cry but didn’t because it would make the pain so much worse. I was asked on a scale from 1-10 how bad my pain was, when I answered 10 they couldn’t believe it until They checked me out. I have been put through the rest of medication until Dr. Grin found the perfect Match, I was given a bite guard that I tried for the first time last night.... I woke up in no pain for the first time that I could ever remember! It’s been decades! I thank Dr. Grin and his lovely staff for their kindness, patience and care! Dr. Grin was initially recommended to me by my insurance program as an in-network provider for oral appliances for obstructive sleep apnea. I called the office and spoke with Carmen, who was extremely friendly, patient, knowledgeable and helpful. She and the entire staff went above and beyond to make sure the process worked with my time constraints of leaving the country on vacation, and my deductible renewing. Their location is easily located with ample parking. Their office is warm and calming, clean and organized. They even offer snacks and bottled water! Dr. Grin and his Assistant, Ruth, are amazing. They care about your comfort and well-being, they take the time to ask questions and listen to you. I just picked up my oral appliance today and Dr. Grin spent a lot of time with me to ensure a proper, comfortable fit. I know if there are any issues, I can rely on him and the staff to take care of them right away. I highly recommend Dr. Grin to anyone who is in need of this kind of specialist. I was referred to Dr. Grin by my dentist to treat my jaw pain/TMJ. I had tried several different avenues to release the pressure (physical therapy, cupping, etc) but experienced limited relief. Dr. Grin performed a thorough analysis of the movement and pain in my jaw and suggested some easy steps to relieve the pain. Within one week the pain was about 75% reduced at which point he moved on to diagnosing and correcting the root cause. Dr Grin is very thorough and takes great care with his patients. He runs a very efficient office and I have never waited more than a minute or two before being seen. His nursing and front office staff are kind and helpful and you feel as if you are in good hands all around.

Dr. Grin and his staff are simply phenomenal. Their level of work, customer service, compassion, and responsiveness left me extremely satisfied with my treatment and experience. Dr. Grin and his assistants met with me on each of my visits individually with no other patients scheduled at the time. I was the main focus of their attention and that was clearly communicated with me. The Dr's "bedside manner" is something that all physician's should strive to meet. His sincere concern and engagement not only gave me a clear understanding of my condition, diagnosis and prescribed treatment, but it actually made me a better person for knowing him. This type of treatment and concern is what I often hear about from older generations on physicians that cared for families of yesteryear. Dr. Grin's staff were always on point, explained my benefits, ensured that prescribed treatment was on schedule, maintained positive pressure on insurance companies for responsiveness, and always took the time to engage with me with genuine conversation. Dr Grin is very thorough and gentle. His staff is attentive. I was referred by a friend for my TMJ issues. Dr Grin takes Medicare for the services and I paid nothing for his exceptional care out of my own pocket. I am very grateful for this financial windfall. I have no reservations on recommending him.

I appreciate Dr. Paul Grin’s smooth adept manner of making molds for my retainers. I was grateful, but not surprised, since Dr. Grin’s manner of treating my TMJ for months now has been nothing less than perfect. First he inserted the empty plate in my mouth to both measure for the correct size, and, as he explained, to give the patient the advance experience of what it felt like to have a plate in the mouth. Then he and his assistant Ruth meticulously mixed the precise portion of ingredients of the “quick-set” paste –-selected for its reduced strain on my existing “Maryland bridge.” So, in went the upper plate with paste: no fuss, no gagging, no surprises. All I had to do was sit there and listen to the two pundits do their thing: communicate pithy exchanges about the numbers of seconds and the status of the morphing “sample” ball of paste Ruth rolled on the counter to simulate what was going on in my mouth. Once fixed in place, Dr. Grin never took his two hands off the plate in my mouth. He stood still as a statue. Not a millimeter of a waver. Until the time and texture were right. It was really something. Then he popped it out, and seamlessly repeated the procedure for the lower plate. My husband complimented Dr. Grin, “Bet you’ve done that a thousand times!” “Ten thousand!” answered Dr. Grin. He looked at the molds; pleased with his work of art, he added a subtle, “Beautiful!” Then he disappeared off to the finishing lab room to personally finalize the touches before sending them out. I have no doubt those two retainers will fit perfectly and prove to either cure my TMJ arthritis or prevent it from getting worse. I’m delighted already. Thank you, Dr. Grin, for being the world’s best TMJ specialist. Thank you, Ruth, for your smart, compassionate assistance. Thank you, Carmen, for your pleasant, efficient scheduling. Thank you, Blanca, for your warm, organized reception at the front desk. What a group. If you don’t have TMJ, get some. It would be worth it just to meet these good people for 15 minutes.

We came to see Dr. Grin for my 14 year old daughter who had been having a locked jaw for almost 2 months. We had seen another TMJ specialist at Kaiser that did not offer us anything but an invasive steroid injection into the tmj. I’m glad we didn’t proceed with this, because with therapy and medication prescribed by Dr. Grin her jaw unlocked! We also discovered through a CT that my daughter has arthritic changes in her tmj. I’m grateful to have found Dr. Grin he’s excellent!
