One of my biggest and constant complaints is to sit in a DR’s office and wait for your appt. when you have set everything in place to arrive on time. Dr GRINS office operates punctually every time. The office staff conducts themselves professionally while being polite, and totally listening to your needs regarding appts. and scheduling. Dr. Grin is a very special Dr. FROM day 1 of my 1st appt. he sat, listening to everything I had to say regarding my discomfort and pain. He ask questions, He then proposed an evaluation plan with explanations of what was to take place. I live in PALM DESERT, CA. *** driving for close to 3 hours to get there, depending on traffic. I am also a care taker for my husband, so for me to endeavor this DRS VISIT, it has to prove successful. Dr GRIN has far succeeded my expectations. I’m not certain what I expected, but with his expertise and guidance, I am pain free today. Dr is a soft spoken, gentle and caring individuals whom you will be able to understand easily. He is a DR with integrity, with a staff that follows suit. I AM GRATEFUL THAT MY DR. Here in Palm Desert was resourceful to help me find DR GRIN.

My prior dental specialist retired and I was recommended to Dr. Grin for continued treatment of snoring and sleep apnea. I found his office to be modern, I was assisted by a pleasant staff, and Dr. Grin was extremely knowledgeable in terms of treating my issues. He did a full exam, including a sleep study, and took time to clearly explain the results. Shortly after transferring to his practice the appliance that I wear at night broke. It was easy to get an appointment, fitting for a new appliance was done immediately, and a new appliance was delivered in a timely manner. I have found him to be more thorough in procedures and processes than my prior doctor, and I highly recommend him.

I highly recommend Dr. Grin He has a wealth of knowledge and His gentle touch and disposition will put all your concerns at ease. His office staff is great and all work together to ensure the best customer service. I trust them immensely and you should to.

Absolutely fantastic doctor and the office staff is equally excellent! Explains everything in perfect detail and he cured a long time problem with low sodium due to other medications for my trigeminal neuralgia. Really cannot praise this doctor and his support staff enough!

Dr. Grin is a very knowledgeable and caring doctor. I’ve suffered with TMJ symptoms for years due to my EDS and Dr. Grin is the first person to offer me true and lasting relief from the pain. I’ve seen probably around 100 doctors in my life, and Dr. Grin is definitely one of my favorites. He listens to any complaints and takes everything I say seriously. He’s a fantastic doctor and I highly recommend him.

Dr. Paul Grin is extremely knowledgeable, conscientious, informative, and assuring. He explains each step of the process, and why procedures are required. He patiently answers all questions, and instills utmost professionalism naturally in his exams and communications. Knowledgeable and thorough in diagnosing and treating my TMJ condition. CT scan showed arthritis and deformity in my jaw joints, which have now shown some improvement Dr. Grin explained details and very helpful alternatives to using drugs alone. Nice office staff too. He was recommended by my dentist, and an ear, nose, throat specialist. I recommend him.

I was searching for a specialist that could treat my sleep apnea and was referred to Dr. Grin. I'm always skeptical whenever my health insurer recommends a particular doctor, since it's usually based on lowest cost and not efficacy or quality of care. My concerns, however, quickly disappeared after my first visit to Dr. Grin. Dr. Grin is very knowledgeable about sleep disorders and I felt as though I was in very capable hands. Unlike a lot of other doctors, he does not rush through the appointment, but spent considerable time with me thoroughly answering all my questions. Additionally, his office staff has been great as well. Based on my experiences with Dr. Grin over the past three months, I would highly recommend him.

Prior to visiting Dr. Grin, I had a hard time sleeping through the night waking up numerous times by either gasping for air or snoring too loud. On my first visit, the moment I sat in one of his rooms, within a minute he walked in. Unlike other doctor offices, there is no waiting and you have his and his staff's undivided attention the moment you walk into his lobby. He wasted no time to assess my medical condition. The appropriate x-rays and sleep test were conducted. Through the assistance of his staff, they did all the pre-work with my insurance company making sure I was aware of my cost and what my insurance company will cover. In a short period of time, I was issued a mouth piece that allowed me to sleep better at night. I've now had this mouth piece for 4 years and I would not consider going to sleep without it. Plus, since I grin my teeth, my dentist is happy I have this mouth piece. To Dr. Grin and his staff, THANK YOU!

I was referred to Dr. Grin by my dentist when I complained about very bad neck, jaw and head pain. The first thing I noticed was how efficient the office is run. For busy people, this is so very important because an efficiently run office saves time for everyone. You walk in, barely sit down, and are escorted into the exam room. Dr. Grin doesn't act too busy to listen to you, in fact, he listens very intently and seems to understand all your concerns, without downplaying any of them. After one month of treatment I am happily pain free and have two appliances to help with my TMJ and arthritis issues. What a godsend. I am so happy that I was referred here. Every visit has been pleasant and expeditious. His equipment is state of the art, with a CT machine in office. He also follows through with your dentists and primary care doctors, supplying them with copies of his lab results and findings on your condition. If only all medical offices were run this way!

Dr. Grin and his staff explain their assessments and recommendations with incredible honesty, and much of an appointment is guided by patient questions. They're methodical, and give clear cost and insurance breakdowns and advice. He and his assistants that I interact with also take the time to remember details of past visits for my convenience.

I have been a patient of Dr. Grin for approximately four years. I have found him to be a thoughtful, patient, and caring doctor. My condition has been much ameliorated by his efforts and skill. Further, the office is run efficiently and in a patient friendly manner.

I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Grin! I was waking up with terrible headaches several times a week and damaging my teeth by clenching and grinding them. Dr. Grin fitted me with both a day-guard and a night-guard to treat these symptoms. My bottom front teeth are quite uneven. Dr. Grin adjusted the night-guard several times to achieve a perfect fit. I couldn't have had a better experience as I no longer have headaches. I highly recommend Dr. Grin!

I went to see Dr Grin who came highly recommended by my dentist. I was suffering from lock jaw (TMJ). The doctor is a highly skilled professional physician in this area. He did a thorough examination with 2nd and 3rd opinions. He prefers to avoid surgery if there is another possible solution. The appointments are kept on time, the office is spotless, there is extra precautions taken for COVID, and the people who work in his office are so friendly and professional. After 6 months I have experienced a big improvement! I can not recommend Dr Paul Grin highly enough.

I have been dealing with migraines multiple times a month for years. I have talked to many doctors about in the past and was always given one excuse or another without any testing or physical done After meeting with Dr. Grin, he listen to everything I had to say and I could tell he cared and wanted to help me. Since starting to see him we have figured a possible cause for my migraines. Since I have started treatment the number of migraines I use to experience have gone down.

I went to Dr. Grin after first going to another TMJ specialist that did not accept Medicare patients nor their supplemental insurance. From the first time I called I was impressed with the people working in this office. Before giving me an appointment, they took my insurance info and checked out that I was covered for TMJ. Dr. Grin is very serious and passionate about diagnosing you correctly and providing the best solution. Dr. Grin is extremely knowledgeable about TMJ related problems. He takes the time and care to ensure you are getting the best treatment. His lovely medical staff checked that my insurance would cover the solution he was suggesting for me. Everyone in that office is kind, welcoming and very professional everytime I go there. I can't say enough positive things about Dr. Grin and his staff.

I had the worst jaw and facial pain from teeth grinding and stress clenching. When it hurt, it was I thought about. His staff was specific before I went that he only saw one patient at a time and please be on time and do not miss the appointment or I may get in again for a while. Dr. Grin was very gentle and able to explain everything in simple, easy terms a non-dental person can understand. I had a CT done in the office and medication prescribed. After 3 visits, my pain is almost completely gone. I just got my mouth guard today and I am looking forward to the rest of the pain disappearing. After the first time I saw him, COVID hit and their office felt completely safe to visit, with all patients separated. Ruth, the back office assistant, is so sweet and wonderful. Carmen, the front office assistant is so nice and was helpful with my insurance stuff. There is another staff there that I did not work with but a shout out to her also. Thank you Dr. Grin and staff! I feel so much better.

I am extremely satisfied with this practice. Dr Grin allowed me to understand what we were doing and why, which is a great comfort. My neck pain is all but gone and I’m sleeping better. Anyone with issues relating to TMJ would benefit by coming here.

I would highly recommend Dr. Grin as he is very experienced in his field. He is very thorough in every aspect of caring for a resolution to his patient's issue/problem. His staff is amazing assisting along side of him and tending to every detail with providing complete follow-up care. My recommendation of Dr. Grin and his office is of the highest degree.

Once diagnosed the team afforded me with attentive care and clear direction on how to move forward with improving my condition.
