My first personal experience was Synergy was following my stroke. I had several sessions at Synergy and was always treated with respect and dignity.. My second encounter was five years after my stroke when I continue to have problems with my balance and my gait. It was a positive experience from day one with my return to Synergy. I was under the care of Zack Bradley. I was treated with dignity and respect from day one from veryone of the therapists and the students.

My experience at Synergy Physical Therapy was beyond expectations in many ways! The staff was very knowledgeable and very helpful to set goals and teach me how to manage exercises while using equipment. Since I was in a group setting for PT, it was easy to see how kind and respectful staff members were to all patients in their care. Their focus on safety was also a noticeable priority! I have been to Synergy PT twice. Once for an injured shoulder in a bicycle accident and for hip rehabilitation. Both times the physical therapist wrote a treatment plan that was followed by the techs. Both times they showed me how to isolate the area with different exercises and equipment. My shoulders are better now than before the accident because I still do some of the exercises they showed me. The hip is much better after working on it with the therapists and techs at Synergy. I am back to my regular activities thanks to the treatment I received at Synergy.

I was treated very well from calling and getting in to the care I received when I had my first appointment. The care from everyone was great. I felt listened to and was treated wonderfully. Great explanation on what was happening and why we were doing specific things to get me back to feeling great!

When I went to Synergy Physical Therapy, I was assigned to Phil. I met with him and he asked me why I was there and him that I was having trouble walking, climbing stairs and standing. He gave me exercises that helped me with all 3 areas. That was in November and he and his staff have gotten me back to where I am able to do all 3 things that I asked him and his staff to accomplish. Amy and the office was very helpful helping me with my schedule as I travel a lot. I am looking forward to seeing them when I return in 4 months. Thanks to all who helped me recover.

This was my first experience with physical therapy and I must say it was incredible! Mark and his team were professional, courteous and attentive. Mark has incredible insight to know just what movements are needed to improve my health. My progress in healing was faster than anticipated thanks to him and his team’s care. I cannot recommend them enough as their common sense approach to healing is truly remarkable.

My physical therapist was Phil. He was fantastic. He was very understanding and knowledgeable about frozen shoulder. The exercises were appropriate and were changed or increased as needed. I was very happy with him and the progress I made because of the therapy. All of the assistance were fantastic and friendly. They kept a close watch to make sure all my exercises were complete, they had everything I needed ready for me and were very supportive.

From my first visit, I was relieved to be in capable and professional hands. I arrived at Synergy with a mysterious condition that left my arm all but paralyzed. Numerous specialists came up empty and seemed stumped. Mark listened and without an official diagnosis, suggested my ailment might be a very rare autoimmune disease that all the specialists eventually arrived at. He and the staff stuck with me over many months as my progress slowly amped up and I have now recovered over 90% of functionality. I owe my recovery to the patient and capable staff at Synergy. I have been to Synergy many times for rehab for many surgeries. Scott Snow is my “go to” therapist, but I have had many therapists that work for him. Every single person has been consistently professional, compassionate, and respectful. I have always had positive experiences at Synergy. When I need PT, Synergy is the only place I will go to. Scott is exceptional and very knowledgeable. The quality of care is top notch from the front desk, to everyone in the clinic. The clinic is always clean and the location is fabulous for me, I go to the Bicentennial clinic, although when I first met Scott, he was at the Eastern location. I love Synergy so much! I have received physical therapy treatment at Synergy PT on two or three occasions. I just completed a several week treatment plan for foot pain and plantar fasciitis. I was having a difficult time walking barefoot on my floors at home. I was also having a very difficult time falling asleep at night because I could not get comfortable as a result of my foot pain and awful plantar fasciitis. Phillip and his assistants have helped me and directed me through paraffin wax treatment on my feet, foot and toe exercises and massages to alleviate pain and fasciitis. I felt throughout my treatment plan that Phillip and his assistants really cared about me and made certain that I was progressing. I am happy to report that I "graduated" today from my PT treatments and I am pain free. If I ever need PT again, I would not go anywhere but Synergy PT. Thanks again, Brenda

I had a great experience at Synergy PT. From start to finish, I received great care. In the initial consultation, Tarah really took the time to listen to my concerns and goals. And throughout the process, they answered all of my questions. The facility was clean and comfortable. The positive messages on the walls were uplifting and good reminders to push through when things got tough. Their location was super convenient and in a quiet area with less hustle and bustle. It was the best physical Therapy place I have been. I’ve been to at least three different physical therapy places before, but this is the best one. It all starts at the front desk when you enter the office, the why the front desk greet you and talk to you and answer all you questions and make you feel special. And the physical therapy staff is the best, the way they set up your treatment and make sure you do it the right way so you recover and be like new again. I cannot say enough good things about Synergy. I was a patient for years. Pre and post surgery. Because of my pre surgery work with Synergy I was able to make a reasonably quick and complete recovery from a total hip replacement. Celine was my therapist and she was amazing. At first I thought she was great because she truly listened to me and came up with a plan. I was sad and happy the day she let me know I had graduated. Regan, Zach and Alex were crucial to my recovery. But Melissa the office manager, is the best. She is a consummate professional and great with the patients. I hope I don’t need to go back, but I’d be happy because I miss them.

I wish to Express my sincere gratitude to Philipp Yu at synergy physical therapy. On day one Philip gave me my evaluation and set up a physical therapy program. Philip did this in a very professional manner that I was most comfortable with. In my several visits to follow Phillips team needs recognition for an outstanding performance and making me feel very comfortable and wanting to do my therapy. That team consist of Britney Shimana, Mattie Williams, Julianne Goy, Bianca Heim AND Confidence Nkoroh. I am very energetics and don’t want to have delays between exercises. Phillips team made sure that I was taken care of quickly so that I could keep up my physical therapy pace. I have received physical therapy services at Synergy PT three times during the last 10 years for various injuries. The quality of care has always been outstanding which helped me avoid surgery each time. Most recently, I could hardly walk and the pain was excruciating. Phil Wu (PT) quickly assessed the cause and determined a treatment plan and had me walking without pain within a couple of weeks. He had my back feeling strong and pain free within months. I am so grateful for his attentive, knowledgeable care. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. The facility is immaculate and the staff are very conscientious of sterilizing equipment and tables following each use to ensure safety. I highly recommend Synergy PT and would not go any where else for physical therapy services.

My experience was awesome. Celine knew my needs and kept me on track. Without her I wouldn’t be in the shape I’m in now! I’ve healed from two complete knee surgeries three months apart.
