I attended the Horizon Ridge location for approximately five months. My physical therapist was Alex. He was very professional,knowledgeable and personable. Alex would make me laugh with his corny sayings, while manipulating my shoulder, helping me to ignore the pain. As a matter of fact, the entire staff made you feel welcome, starting with the team at the front desk. At every appointment, I was greeted by name. Synergy was smaller than the other physical therapy office I had attended but they were equipped sufficiently to meet all of my needs. I was given the personal attention that I did not receive at other pt offices. Hopefully, I will not need physical therapy again, but if I do, I would only go back to Synergy.

After my Stroke I needed Out Patient Therapy to get back what I had lost. And I needed Neuro as well as physical therapy. Dr Lauren Andrews & her Team helped me to regain my Strength, Balance & Coordination to set me on the path to Recovery... Thanks to their efforts there’s very little now that I can’t do that I was doing in my EveryDay Life prior to having my stroke. Dr Lauren’s Creative use of Non Conventional, along with Conventional Exercises were just what I needed to get back the things I had lost. The Upbeat Friendly attitude in there makes you feel at ease & ready for whatever workout or therapy they have ready for you at each visit.

I love coming to this PT office. It’s only 5 minutes from my home so very convenient to get to. Everyone is so friendly and supportive at the office. In addition besides working me hard, the personnel seem to actually be having fun while at work. There are lots of machines and apparatus to work on and the facility is very clean.

Synergy Physical Therapy recently managed my PT after a hip replacement. Scott, and his staff, were excellent care providers and guided me through the recovery process. I always felt like they knew my problems and physical limitations and designed their programs to take those issues into account. Several times I had scheduling issues that they quickly resolved, modifying my schedule as necessary to make it work for me. I was at the Horizon Ridge location. Since day one after my knee replacement surgery mid July, Alex (PT) and his staff were incredible in my post op rehab. As as an athletic coach myself, I appreciated the way they implemented exercises,push me to my limits and made sure I was improving each and every visit. Main rehab area was fun light and every staff member made sure all exercises were being done correctly. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone for any kind of PT or rehab procedures.

Lauren is an excellent PT and treated me with care and concern the entire time I was a patient. She took time to answer all my questions and provide the best quality of care possible. I would highly recommend Synergy Physical Therapy at the 11201 S. Eastern Ave address. All of the therapists, Loren and Scott are the principles and Peyton who was my main therapist, and all the others were a joy to be around. They were very competent and attentive. The atmosphere in the therapy room was one of kindness and encouragement and I looked forward to going to each session! I graduated recently and was given a good bill of health by my Dr. I am sure that my time at Synergy was the reason I progressed so well. There were many patients there with various injuries and challenges. The staff always knew how to treat every situation. I hope not to be a repeat client, but would gladly go back if the need ever arises. Shout out to Tony who kept us all laughing!!

I've never needed physical therapy before so I didn't know what to expect when I first came to Synergy. I was always greeted kindly and taken care of quickly for each of my sessions. Alex took great care of me and helped get me back to where I was for my upcoming lacrosse season (in fact I think I might be in better shape then most following summer break). I am thankful for Alex and the physical therapist assistants who always took the time to make sure I was feeling my best while challenging me with new exercises every week. Before I came to synergy I worried about returning to campus and the lacrosse field. I no longer have any doubts. In fact, I am excited for my new season to start and to continue my workouts. This experience rehabbing my knee after knee replacement couldn’t have been better. I felt right from the start that I was in great hands with Payton. She is so kind and caring and really is concerned with making sure her patient is getting the best care. I feel that all the exercises she had me doing really did improved my strength and mobility very quickly. Half way thru my 20 visits I had seen vast improvement and felt as tho my knee was already very strong and flexible. The second half was more about building that strength and working on balance which did. I can’t say enough good things about the people at synergy. They all work very hard to make sure u are able to complete the task you are working on in short order. Thank you everyone for getting me back on my feet!

When I started at Synergy we discussed my goals for rehab. I wanted to be able to train and show my dogs by September. I had a right total knee replacement on April 15, 2019. I started with Synergy after two weeks of home P.T. I had my left total knee replacement on June 17, 2019. again back to Synergy after two weeks of home P.T. I was discharged from Synergy on August 29, 2019. I had started dog training again 3 weeks prior to discharge from Synergy. I can perform all of the movements required to show my dogs in obedience competition. I do not feel that I have any physical limitations. The people at Synergy were very professional, helpful, and encouraging. Lauren Andrew was especially good. She is always upbeat, and professional. She gives excellent explanations and also listens to the client. I feel that my experience at Synergy was excellent.

Review for Synergy Physical Therapy on Eastern Ave., Henderson, NV I was referred to Synergy by Lisa Workman, a nurse at Parkview Surgical Center. From the 1st phone call that Toni, the Office Manager answered, I knew I was in good hands. Toni was always so helpful, and her easy going and calm demeanor just made you feel that everything was going to be alright. Zach, PT Tech, was my next encounter. On my first visit, he came to the waiting area, introduced himself and brought me back to Lauren Andrew, DPT. Subsequently, along with Lauren, Zach was a key factor in my rehabilitation. I am so pleased that Zach is in school for DPT. He is so intelligent and knowledgeable. He was always so attentive, and has a caring demeanor. Enter Lauren Andrew DPT. Wow! Doctor Lauren was consistent, accommodating, attentive and really had a passion for my recovery. She knew just when to challenge me to go further with my therapy in order to be successful. One of the last things she said to me was, "You come as a patient, and leave as a friend." And I really felt that. She was fabulous. Megan Denter PT Tech, was always so sweet, caring and attentive. She is a joy to be around, and always knew what you needed even before you said anything. She brought sunshine to work with her each day. Tony, PT Tech....what can I say...he was hilarious and always kept it light. He had a knack for detail and was attentive in letting you know when you needed to adjust your workout to maximize your therapy benefit. Quay and Bryce were great as well, although they started later and I did not see them as much. The people I mentioned were the principles in my physical therapy sessions. I saw them nearly everyday, in the early morning. I never dreaded going. In fact I loved going. PT is not fun. I've been through it twice before. But somehow, you managed to pick an awesome team to work at the Eastern office. It's not just about the therapy, it's also about making people feel comfortable and cared for. My PT experience at Synergy was amazing. The facility on Eastern is comfortable and cheery. Each staff member is professional, attentive, understanding and helpful. It is obvious that hiring and training people is carefully and very well-executed. Lauren is highly skilled as a therapist and as a leader. She has superb analytical skill, accurately diagnosing and recognizing issues immediately. She is upbeat, personable and inspiring as well as expecting excellence in everything that goes on at the facility. I recommend Synergy to all my friends in need of PT.

I received very good care at this therapy center. Scott the director was really hands on and created a well planned exercises for me. The rest of the staff also excellent and knowledgeable. They were accommodating and really worked with the patient when appointments need modifications. Facility is very clean snd organized.

I feel that my therapist, Alex Bair, provided excellent quality of care. On good days he acknowledged my accomplishment, and on bad days he gave me encouragement. The friendly recepttion and billing staff were very helpful with processesing my insurance claims and with making appointments.

This was my first time ever having to have physical therapy, Lauren was my therapist and she kept me informed all the time on how I was doing. She was concerned about the calf muscle being so tight and sore, she said it would work itself out and it has. There is just a little soreness in it at times but I can handle it much better than before. Everyone there is so nice and willing to help, I enjoyed Zach and Megan they were super nice and helpful.. Zach is a character and will make a great therapist when he finishes school. Lauren was so helpful in getting my knee working so I’ m almost 100% back to normal. You have a great group of therapist and techs working there that I’ll tell anyone who needs therapy to check Synergy out first. Enjoyed my 26 sessions there and if I need more I’ll be back especially if I have to have the other knee done. Thanks again for everyone’ help.

Synergy Physical Therapy has been a fabulous resource for me in my recovery. The staff is knowledgeable and so caring! Lauren Andrews and Zack (don't know his last name, sorry) have been the primary therapists that work with me. I am making progress and they encourage me at every session.
