Synergy Physical Therapy is an outpatient physical therapy organization with two locations in Henderson, Nevada. Since 2008, the company focus has been on improving the overall quality of life of every patient and client that comes through our doors. Staff is great. Very helpful and motivated to make sure your able to complete each session with care and improvement. Relaxing atmosphere in a small gym setting. I was given the freedom to work through my exercises at my pace. And they have great big fluffy pillows.

My experience with Synergy Physical Therapy has been above and beyond! Peyton Hobson Is absolutely amazing! Not only is she kind, patient, professional and intelligent she Makes coming to PT three times a week all worth it. I have seen progress with every session. In the beginning there were many tears for me but I always left synergy with a smile on my face and looking forward to my next session. I cannot say enough great things about Peyton and all of the staff at synergy. Everyone is very positive and kind. The Henderson location is very clean. Whenever I am out and about running errands people stop me and ask what my injury was etc. I cannot help but to share my experience with synergy with them. I still have a ways to go but when my graduation from synergy comes I will definitely shed a tear and miss Peyton and all of the synergy staff. Thank you!!!!

I felt very comfortable from the moment I walked into Synergy till my last day, which was bittersweet. Everyone was like family there very helpful, welcoming and friendly. Alexis is an awesome therapist, she listened to my problems, gave me exercises that really helped and was always very concern. Alexis and Bryce always made sure everything I did was done correctly, they consistently monitored all the exercises I did. I'm feeling great now due to everything Alexis and all the staff at Synergy did. Also, Toni was very professional, helpful and extremely nice from the moment I spoke to her on the phone till my last day. Alexis and the staff at Synergy are AWESOME, they always ask how you are doing and take care of all your needs. They are the best! Thank you.

I had excellent care during my physical therapy sessions with Alexis Manson at Synergy Physical Therapy on Eastern and Sunridge Heights. She was always attentive to what I was doing and the therapy Plan she made for me helped a great deal. I continue doing them at home following the plan she made for me. I hope to make a complete recovery. All the people at Synergy Including the office staff are friendly and very helpful. Toni was always did a good job with the insurance and scheduling. I felt Alexis was very professional, knowledgeable and I was confident that I would get better from the beginning.

Synergy PT has helped me numerous times when I’ve been in pain. All of the staff are professional, caring and easy to work with. Scott Snow at the Inspirada location I s extremely knowledgeable, patient and thorough. He is the only person I trust when I have an injury. I highly recommend them for any physical therapy needs.

After a bike accident, I had shoulder and elbow issues that I needed help with. I was evaluated and instructed on exercises that isolated the areas involved. After about six weeks, I was improved enough to get back to the gym and continue doing what the staff at Synergy showed me how to do. Everyone at Synergy was very professional, helpful and friendly. They accelerated my recovery substantially.

Peyton worked really hard with me. She was friendly and I got along well with her. She was always considerate of my discomfort level and gave me exercises that would coordinate with my other physical problems. There was always more than one exercise that would make my full routine more comfortable and complete. The workouts were hard but needful. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I would surely recommend Synergy Physical Therapy to others.

I have now been treated at Synergy PT twice (2015 and 2020) and have had excellent experiences both times. Tarah Badger (PT) quickly determined what treatment I needed and over the course of a few weeks, had my back feeling strong and pain free. Their hours extend beyond normal business hours, allowing for early appts before work, which was very convenient. The facility was clean and the staff was friendly, and all were very conscious of sterilizing equipment and tables following each use to ensure safety. I highly recommend Synergy PT.

If not for the caring staff at Synergy Therapy I wouldn’t have been able to get back to work a month sooner than my doctor expected. They went above and beyond what I’ve seen at other therapy places such as my wife therapy place she goes to for her therapy.

Very positive experience with Synergy PT on Eastern. Lauren was great as well as all the techs assisting her. Everyone is very friendly and capable. The facility is very clean and there is a lot of equipment to help with various exercises. My appointments got more difficult as I went along but the added exercises helped me with my strength and pain reduction. The location was great as it took less than 5 minutes to get there. I would have no concerns about recommending this facility to others or going back again if the need arises. Thank you for the great care and great employees.

I can’t rate Synergy and the Staff there high enough. I have been to physical therapy four times over the years for pain in my shoulder and ended every series with more pain than when I started. Dr. Lauren Andrew. understanding my condition, made a plan that gave me relief without needing further assistance or medication. Her staff was very talented and helpful with my exercise regime. Went to Synergy Physical Therapy after knee replacement and found the staff knowledgeable and friendly. Will be having surgery on second knee in a couple of months and will be returning to Synergy after that operation.

Overall, I was very impressed with my PT at Synergy. The staff was very professional, accommodating, and made me feel welcomed and that I was the priority from day one. The first day was an assessment of what my current pain is to understand the exercises needed to get me back to normal activity. Each session after that , I had specific exercises to perform. The staff I worked with were very friendly and always willing to assist me, as well as, being a team and working together to be sure patients got the attention and time they deserved. Staff was vert attentive to the patients at all times. Scott, Khoie, Stephanie, Kayla, - great to work with. I am sure I may have forgotten a few others at the Bicentennial location. I attended the Horizon Ridge location for approximately five months. My physical therapist was Alex. He was very professional,knowledgeable and personable. Alex would make me laugh with his corny sayings, while manipulating my shoulder, helping me to ignore the pain. As a matter of fact, the entire staff made you feel welcome, starting with the team at the front desk. At every appointment, I was greeted by name. Synergy was smaller than the other physical therapy office I had attended but they were equipped sufficiently to meet all of my needs. I was given the personal attention that I did not receive at other pt offices. Hopefully, I will not need physical therapy again, but if I do, I would only go back to Synergy.

After my Stroke I needed Out Patient Therapy to get back what I had lost. And I needed Neuro as well as physical therapy. Dr Lauren Andrews & her Team helped me to regain my Strength, Balance & Coordination to set me on the path to Recovery... Thanks to their efforts there’s very little now that I can’t do that I was doing in my EveryDay Life prior to having my stroke. Dr Lauren’s Creative use of Non Conventional, along with Conventional Exercises were just what I needed to get back the things I had lost. The Upbeat Friendly attitude in there makes you feel at ease & ready for whatever workout or therapy they have ready for you at each visit.

I love coming to this PT office. It’s only 5 minutes from my home so very convenient to get to. Everyone is so friendly and supportive at the office. In addition besides working me hard, the personnel seem to actually be having fun while at work. There are lots of machines and apparatus to work on and the facility is very clean.

Synergy Physical Therapy recently managed my PT after a hip replacement. Scott, and his staff, were excellent care providers and guided me through the recovery process. I always felt like they knew my problems and physical limitations and designed their programs to take those issues into account. Several times I had scheduling issues that they quickly resolved, modifying my schedule as necessary to make it work for me. I was at the Horizon Ridge location. Since day one after my knee replacement surgery mid July, Alex (PT) and his staff were incredible in my post op rehab. As as an athletic coach myself, I appreciated the way they implemented exercises,push me to my limits and made sure I was improving each and every visit. Main rehab area was fun light and every staff member made sure all exercises were being done correctly. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone for any kind of PT or rehab procedures.

The front office staff were easy to work with and just really nice. The three PTs that worked with me, Taylor, and both Laurens, were diligent in improving my condition while maintaining my comfort level. All the PT assistants were also very helpful. I would highly recommend Synergy Physical Therapy at the 11201 S. Eastern Ave address. All of the therapists, Loren and Scott are the principles and Peyton who was my main therapist, and all the others were a joy to be around. They were very competent and attentive. The atmosphere in the therapy room was one of kindness and encouragement and I looked forward to going to each session! I graduated recently and was given a good bill of health by my Dr. I am sure that my time at Synergy was the reason I progressed so well. There were many patients there with various injuries and challenges. The staff always knew how to treat every situation. I hope not to be a repeat client, but would gladly go back if the need ever arises. Shout out to Tony who kept us all laughing!!

I've never needed physical therapy before so I didn't know what to expect when I first came to Synergy. I was always greeted kindly and taken care of quickly for each of my sessions. Alex took great care of me and helped get me back to where I was for my upcoming lacrosse season (in fact I think I might be in better shape then most following summer break). I am thankful for Alex and the physical therapist assistants who always took the time to make sure I was feeling my best while challenging me with new exercises every week. Before I came to synergy I worried about returning to campus and the lacrosse field. I no longer have any doubts. In fact, I am excited for my new season to start and to continue my workouts. Payton was the same. A very caring person. Always concerned on how I was doing. The tech assistants were so personable. I loved them all....Joy, Ja, Meagon, and Tony (alias PIA) haha. I saw a few of them from other offices.....Austin, Frederick(I think) there were a few more, but I can't remember ALL the names. The atmosphere was always good and lots of laughter. This experience rehabbing my knee after knee replacement couldn’t have been better. I felt right from the start that I was in great hands with Payton. She is so kind and caring and really is concerned with making sure her patient is getting the best care. I feel that all the exercises she had me doing really did improved my strength and mobility very quickly. Half way thru my 20 visits I had seen vast improvement and felt as tho my knee was already very strong and flexible. The second half was more about building that strength and working on balance which did. I can’t say enough good things about the people at synergy. I’ve done physical therapy many times at different places and can say that this was easily my best experience. When I started at Synergy we discussed my goals for rehab. I wanted to be able to train and show my dogs by September. I had a right total knee replacement on April 15, 2019. I started with Synergy after two weeks of home P.T. I had my left total knee replacement on June 17, 2019. again back to Synergy after two weeks of home P.T. I was discharged from Synergy on August 29, 2019. I had started dog training again 3 weeks prior to discharge from Synergy. I can perform all of the movements required to show my dogs in obedience competition. I do not feel that I have any physical limitations. The people at Synergy were very professional, helpful, and encouraging. Lauren Andrew was especially good. She is always upbeat, and professional. She gives excellent explanations and also listens to the client. I feel that my experience at Synergy was excellent.

Synergy Physical Therapy was instrumental in my recovery after acl surgery. I've been an athlete my whole life and live a very active lifestyle. When traditional physical therapy wasn't giving me the results and progress I was hoping for, Nicole and Gina were able to offer me a specialized type of PT that wasn't being offered anywhere else. With their help, all of the strength in my leg returned and all of the post-surgery pain disappeared. I almost feel stronger than before! In addition, the facility is really clean, and the techs are helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend Synergy to anyone that has the unfortunate need to heal/recover from injury.
