Synergy Physical Therapy is an outpatient physical therapy organization with two locations in Henderson, Nevada. Since 2008, the company focus has been on improving the overall quality of life of every patient and client that comes through our doors. At Synergy Physical Therapy, each patient will experience individualized care from clinicians with excellent clinical skills, a love for the field of physical therapy, compassion, and a desire to work side by side with patients to encourage them and assist them in achieving their goals.

I finished my in home PT and you had treated my wife (Tracey) and she said your office was great. I called and set up my evaluation with Ben. After meeting with Ben for about a 1/2 hr he asked me what my problems were and what goals I wanted to reach. He said 3 days a week to start. I started coming in using a walker and using no ankle weights after about 2 1/2 months I graduated using just a cane that I use for just a little balance only cause I do not want to fall. I now can get in & out of my truck and have gained so much more independence. Basically I was told (not by you) that who knew if I would really ever walk again. My wife and I are now enrolled in your fitness program and still come 3 times a week, and up to 5lb ankle waits and able to get up out of any chair. Ben and his staff are the best courteous professional and is really a nice place to come for PT. I would highly recommend Select Physical Therapy to anyone who needs it. Thank you so much.

I cannot say enough about the group that helped me with my hip replacement and then a dislocation of that same hip. Lauren is extremely knowledgeable, professional and has a great personality!! It's obvious that she loves what she's doing!! Joy, Tony and Scott were also very helpful to me and I truly enjoyed going there because they make all know how to make a serious issue FUN!! I was also there last year for my knee replacement so it always feels like "home" to me!! Thx Synergy Crew!!!!

I went to Synergy Physical Therapy for a couple of months. I felt rejuvenated each day when leaving my therapy. I will be continuing my 'at home' exercises and only time will tell if they will continue to help with my pain. The entire staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I have to give a very special "Thank You" to my friendly therapists, Scott & Tony.

I have had a lifetime of issues with my Knee, after surgery #8 I elected to go to Synergy Physical Therapy after a bad experience with a competing PT office. I absolutely Love this place & all of the staff, they are very knowledgeable and seem to actually care about my progress as a Patient...I would highly recommend to all of my family & friends. I am now able to get back to doing all of the things that I love...Thank you Ben & Staff!!! I really appreciate everything you have done for me :)

Synergy P/T is a GREAT ENVIROMENT for Re Hab after surgery, from the warm welcome you receive the minute you walk in the door, front office staff welcomes everyone by name...technicians come over to greet you when you are enduring your aggressive constantly- improving-individual daily routine. Ben Toolson my PT was always in tune with my Daily challenges and set backs going outside the norm to strengthen and improve my physical welfare. The quality of care and family setting are a very healthy place for individually tailored daily improvements. Thank you ALL at Horizon Ridge location a very well run office.

I had the pleasure of working with Lauren, Joy, Naomi, and Ashley! They were all delightful. There was always a friendly atmosphere, but yet they were all extremely professional! I enjoyed coming to Synergy for physical therapy on my knee. You could tell they really cared and were concerned about my knee getting better. Definitely a place I would recommend to anyone!

I would be more than happy to write a review concerning the treatment I received at Synergy. After I had the shoulder operation Synergy was recommended to me by friends and my Doctor. From the 1st time I met Lauren I knew I was in good hands. I have never worked with someone who was as professional and knowledgeable as Lauren. Her constant attention in training me on the different exercises needed to help speed my recovery was a welcome relief that made the therapy work faster than I had hoped. Not only working with Lauren but with all the trainers, Tony, Zack, Austin and David made me feel welcome and I looked forward to being helped every time I had an appointment. I also wanted to mention Amanda who was always the friendly person who helped me with my appointments. I can honestly say that with their help I am about 98% back to normal. Lauren Andrew was my physical therapist. She was excellent and so were the rest of the staff. I was given exercises that helped me after my stroke. My progress was carefully watched and I never felt overwhelmed by tasks. I felt extremely comfortable coming here. I would recommend Synergy PT to anyone..

When coming into synergy physical therapy after having knee surgery my knee was super tight. My therapist Ben listened to me and helped me get back to full range of motion and back to what I love to do the most bowling. Synergy Physical Therapy has been absolutely AMAZING!!! I have been going there for two different injuries and couldn't be happier with the service and the results. The staff is knowledgeable, personable, caring, tough (when they need to be), flexible, and friendly. The entire room is always upbeat and positive and no matter how crowded it may be, I always feel like I'm the most important person to the staff. You can tell that the entire staff truly enjoys where they are and the people they are working with. Scheduling appointments and, more importantly, changing appointments due to life getting in the way has always been a very easy thing to do. They are overly accommodating. I always feel better when I leave than when I walked in and I actually enjoy going to physical therapy! From the front desk staff to the physical therapists to the college students they have working there, Synergy Physical Therapy is the best!! P.S. - Gina is an absolute PT Angel!!!

I was lucky that my specific injury was very minor and only required a short treatment period; however, that didn't diminish the level of care that I received which was both comprehensive and effective. I must say that I really enjoyed the environment and culture within the building and never had a bad session. I was able to work through at my own pace and the staff were always helpful and very friendly. Overall the professionalism and quality of care was exceptional, at no point did I feel like I was being strung along to continue with unneeded sessions. I will definitely be back if I have any problems in the future and will be recommending it to friends.

This was my third experience with Synergy and they are great. The staff at Synergy did an excellent job helping me recovery from hip surgery, especially Tara. Everyone there was very friendly and knowledgeable. They pushed me when I needed pushing but held me back when I tried to do too much. I hope I don't need physical therapy again soon but if I do, I am returning to Synergy.

Ben Toolson was my physical therapist. He was very nice and thorough in going over my symptoms and implementing a plan for treatment. He always made sure I did my exercises properly so I could get the most benefit from them. And the rest of the staff were very helpful too. They were all friendly and very attentive to make sure I was okay and guided me to my next exercise. I highly recommend Synergy Physical Therapy and especially Ben.

I was very impressed with Synergy's physical therapy program. Their opening time was great )0600 AM) and fitted into my schedule well. All the therapists working under Nicole did a good program in going through the process of healing and strengthening the injured body muscles in a phased process. I feel very fortunate to have gotten the chance meet good people that were great at what they do-healing.

On the first day Lauren spent significant time with me to determine what my needs were and how to meet them. She personalized treatment for me and helped me determine what I could do at home. Whenever I would arrive everyone made me feel welcome. As I was going through my exercises again everyone was very helpful and made me feel they really cared about my progress. Maybe best of all is that Lauren had me come as often as needed and had each session last as long as was necessary, but then concluded my therapy when she saw I had made adequate progress. Synergy has a great group of people. Thank you for all your help. My life is substantially back to normal.

I worked with Ben & Tony for the last 6 weeks, I came in for a pinched shoulder muscle the guys where great to work with. They helped me with exercises to strength these muscles thereby allowing better mobility and most importantly no surgery. Ben & Tony took such great care of me during my early morning visits. Due to a knee problem, Synergy was recommended to me for physical therapy. After my first therapy session, I was sold on Synergy. It is a quality operation staffed with experienced, knowledgeable, and qualified staff. Within 5 minutes of entering the facility toe first time every staff member approached me, introduced himself/herself, and made me feel confident and at home. Ben was my primary therapist, who developed my personal physical therapy routine, monitored my progress, recommended exercises for me to perform at home, and helped me correct my knee problem within a few weeks. Two of the exercises that I performed at the facility during each session and on my own at home really made a difference in my ability to again participate in my favorite sports without feeling the pain and discomfort I did before I began the physical therapy sessions. I was impressed and I highly recommend Synergy. Other staff who made a difference at the facility were Tony, Nicole, Ashley, and Naomi. Thank you for helping me!

The therapists, technicians and support staff at the Synergy Therapy center on Horizon Ridge are excellent. They provide thorough care and support to all of their clients. I have been so happy and thankful I chose Synergy Physical Therapy and Lauren as my Physical Therapist. Thanks to thier dedication and knowledge I went from completely unable to do the simplest task after a tough shoulder surgery and in pain constantly, to a very active Grandma who can do almost anything I could do before surgery and with very little to no pain. I feel like they gave me my life back! Lauren is thorough and compassionate and knows her stuff when it comes to rehabilitating the human body. The Quality of care at Synergy is OUTSTANDING and I gave them a 5 star rating for the facility, and especially for ALL of the friendly helpful and knowledgeable staff, who know you by name the minute you walk in the door, and are eager to assist with anything they can do to help you progress in your recovery. The facility is easy to get to near major arterial roads, the hours are convenient, and they are very accommodating. I would highly recommend Synergy to anyone who needs THE BEST care available for rehabilitating their body. They treat everyone like family.

If you have a physical problem with any part of your body Synergy is the place to go. I had surgery on my left shoulder and I was very bruised from the surgery and I was very sore, they all took the time to give me extreme care not to push me too hard. I am very happy with the results from the therapy and the friends that I made. I am so happy that I am going to continue to work out with Synergy even though I am healed completely. Today is my final visit to Synergy Physical Theraphy. I feel much better now than ever before! This is due to the help that Ben Toolson, my PT, afforded me every time I go to their office. Had shoulder surgery, wasn't sure what to expect. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, therapy wasn't difficult I was handled with care. Excellent staff, very thoughtful and accommodating, Dr Andrew was the best she always put my shoulder first never pushing to soon or hard. Synergy was highly recommended by the home health physical therapist who took care of me the first two weeks after my total knee replacement. The quality of the care was excellent. Ben did an outstanding job diagnosing what was causing my discomfort. He designed both an "in facility" treatment protocol and an "at home" exercise routine that has dramatically reduced/eliminated my pain from a pinched nerve. I had ACL MCL knee surgery June 12 2017. I began my rehab therapy two weeks later.I am retired military and have never experienced a more professional atmosphere than Synergy. From the first day they greet you knowing your name, introduce you to staff members then set your and their expectations on your rehab progress timeline. If your a person that wants to work hard and progress or someone that maybe a slower pace the staff will accommodate as professionals. Their policy is the Crawl, Walk, Run plan. They provide professional atmosphere with professional attitude you just supply the will to recover. One of the best decisions I've made in a long time by choosing Synergy. Thanks I definitely couldn't done it without you. Highly recommend!!!!

I was so impressed with my quality of care while at Synergy, recovering from a difficult shoulder surgery. My therapist, Tara, was knowledgeable and aggressive, knowing I would not recover fully unless we met the challenge "head on." Her assistants were also knowledgeable and were friendly and compassionate. The facility was clean, orderly, and had all the equipment I needed. It was a comfortable place to be in terms of safety and establishing relationships with the staff and the other patients. After a while, I actually looked forward to going and progressed to a point where I felt like I was going to the gym and not to therapy! For me, that was a turning point. As to convenience, I rarely had a scheduling problem. The office staff went out of their way to be friendly and accommodating. In the end, I made a full recovery and feel even stronger than I did before the surgery. My therapist even equipped me with strategies to continue moving forward. I would recommend this facility without hesitation, and know this is where I will go if I need additional therapy.

The quality of care from my PT,Lauren and all the assistants (Abbey, Colby, Zach and some I haven't learned the names yet) are really amazing.They all take the time to pay attention to my form and are easy to ask questions or concern that I have. Without their help I would be discouraged. Everyone is so friendly and caring from the moment you check in at the front desk.The cleanliness and convenience is wonderful! Most important my pain is pretty much gone and I will continue to work on all I have learned to keep it that way.

I am a repeat client because every time I need therapy I get excellent care. The thoughtful attention to the issue and what is working most effectively for me to restore the area is ever present. Tarah has always been my therapist but the assistants all help her make sure, in a very positve way, I am staying on track with my program. The attitudes of the entire office are cheerful and upbeat. I was referred to Synergy to help with the recovery of my knee replacement. What a wonderful referral! My PT, Tara was great from the evaluation and throughout my recovery. She addressed all my concerns and designed the therapy around my specific needs. The staff there are very friendly and welcoming. They make you feel like family! It's also a plus that they schedule patients so that is never feels overcrowded. If you need a place to go for Physical Therapy, this is the place! 5 star rating!!!!

Absolutely the best physical therapy I've ever had. As I told Scott & Tony, this was my third round of pt for nerve-related pain. The best results by far! My over all experience was very good. I want Ben and his associates to make sure that those they are helping do the exercises correctly. If there is a correct way to do the exercises, they should reinforce those methods until the patient does them correctly. Dr. Tarah Snow gets an A+ from me!!!! She knew we were traveling and she wanted to make sure we continued doing our exercises while out of town! Before we left she met with us, reviewed exercises we could do right in our motorhome and gave us a few bands to assist us with the exercises. Then a week into our travels, we received an email from Tarah checking in on us and reviewing the exercises. We also received detailed instructions with pictures of the exercises! It is obvious that Tarah loves her job, loves her patients, and is truly dedicated to providing her patients with the tools, support, and encouragement to keep them living a healthy life. I am so grateful to Ben and the staff at Synergy PT. I received the highest quality of care while being treated for carpal tunnel and tendonitis in my elbow. For years, I have been suffering but finally agreed to PT to try and get some relief. I could not even open a simple water bottle when I began, but thanks to Ben's exceptional knowledge, I am finally pain free and able to once again do everyday tasks and work out without the previous excruciating pain that I had experienced for the past 5 years.
