I have been in a lot of physical therapy over the years & I can honestly say that my experience with Synergy is the best I have ever had. Everyone is so caring & give personal attention to their patients.

Everyone was very helpful and pleasant from the time I would walk in everyday to the time I left and even on the way out!! Selene was extremely delightful and her bedside manner was great as well. Was always conscious of my needs and concerns all while handling multiple other patients! All the techs were extremely nice and helpful as well and you could tell everyone cared and had interest in my recovery. If this was a more "casual" place I would be a repeat visitor weekly. But since I don't plan on hurting myself again (please Jesus), I'll stick with highly recommendations and applaud you all for the job that is being done in this building. Thank you again for making my recovery easier than I anticipated.

This review is regarding the synergy location on Bicentennial Parkway. These people are wonderful! Super friendly yet so professional, they all made me feel welcome from the very first visit. I’ve been to PT before where I went home in a lot of pain but that didn’t happen here because the staff is very cautious about not overdoing your therapy. That means a lot to me. The location in the Albertson’s shopping center is so convenient as well! Five star review overall, I hope I don’t have to go back for a long time if ever, but if I do I’ll be going here!

At77,I've been to my share of PT Facilities.After my first session at Synergy in Inspirada,I knew I had hit the JACKPOT!From the office with Melissa,to Celi and her team,the people are fantastic.Right away I noticed how they treated every patient with kindness and respect,as if they were family.The training program Celi designed for me did wonders for my condition.I felt right at home and knew I was in good hands.The treatment I received at Synergy has motivate me to continue PT on my own after being released.It was a great experiece and I enjoyed every moment at Synergy in Inspirada.

My experience with Synergy Physical Therapy was outstanding. Celine was very knowledgeable, energetic and truly concerned with my back pain. My pain was a nine and after each treatment less and less. I left there pain free. Celine and her staff were incredible. My experience again was outstanding. Thank you so much.

I had a great experience at Imspirada Synergy. Scott knew exactly where to do his magic around my neck. Everyone there was really helpful and attentive. Tony added a little spice to the mix and I really enjoyed that.

The team at Synergy is phenomenal. I got the attention I needed to help correct my body's pain and discomfort by using the different methods of building strength and energy. Synergy really cares about their clientele and offers up solutions to deal with aches and pains created by injury and/or improper body movement in everyday life. Everyone is so friendly and helpful at Synergy. Thank you, Payton, and the entire staff for a rewarding experience! I will miss you all, but I really am stronger because of you! The treatment was slow and steady with a concern for my pain and comfort. When there was an exceptional issue it was addressed. The staff is attentive and pleasant.

This experience has been the best I have ever had with a physical therapist. The office that's off of Summit Grove in Henderson. Alexis Mansoor has been a life saver, I was in so much pain, she has me back to my old self again. Her two associates Bryce and Megan are top notch. I would recommend Synergy physical therapy to any person without hesitation.

Nicole......I wanted to send you this message to let you know what a fantastic group of therapist you have at your South Easter location. From my view, Lauren is extremely professional and really like how she interacts with the patients. As you know, this kind of work takes patience too. Lauren has all these qualities that makes here something special. She turned my life around by getting me on the right track. I was hurting big time and now feel 100% better. One thing that I did take notice of, was Laurens interaction with the interns. What a role model you have working for you. I could here her conversations of encouragement/teaching the trade with passion. No nonsense with Lauren. Finally, you cant help but getting to know the interns too. Megan was extremely helpful with getting me on the right track. She is another rising star for your company and see her doing great things in this field and especially for Synergy. On a personal note, I recall you very well from back in the day and going to elementary school with my Daughter Natalee. You have a great business and wish you nothing but further success. Again, I cannot say enough good things about your staff here. I would be remiss if I did not mention Tony. She was so helpful to me too. Thank you for the great care!!

Having been to a different PT company 2 years ago, I wasn't looking forward to PT again. There was no feeling of really being involved in patient care, it was crowded and I felt like cattle. Synergy PT was a BIG difference! I was actually sad to be done. Alexis, Bryce, Zach and Meghan were wonderful. Very caring and interested in getting to know me, which made me try harder and motivated me to keep up the exercises at home. I let my Dr. know I was glad she chose Synergy. A most wonderful place. I want to give a big thanks to Synergy and staff. They were so wonderful and welcoming! I felt super comfortable and trusted their physical therapy program. After six weeks with them, I felt so much better. They not only helped me during my sessions, but provided guidance for at home care. They treated me kindly and were so friendly. The Quality of care is Professional, Caring, supportive, structured, to state that Synergy on Eastern, Anthem, is the Best would be an understatement, it is a Therapy Location that brings a person from an injury to a normal state, It is an Awesome Facility. I found Lauren to be extremely intelligent, caring, a real professional. Her professional behavior gives a person a sense of strength, and confidence that achieving your goals is not impossible. Lauren, and each of the tech's, and the secretaries create an environment of love and caring, that is comforting at a time of injury. I am on my way to achieving my health goal, and I attribute this achievement to Lauren and her professional crew. I would HIGHLY recommend Synergy On Eastern, Anthem If you want to come back from any issues, with a caring positive environment. I went to Synergy feeling like my life was over and feeling very insecure because of dizziness, and now I am at a 50% wellness with confidence that I will achieve 100%, through Lauren's hard work, and Professional work ethic. I have confidence in this facility and feel that nothing is impossible to achieve, when working with people that are kind, caring and extremely professional. I would alway recommend the Facility. What a fantastic experience! I have been to another PT office, in Henderson, in the past 3-5 years and couldn't wait for my PT to be over with. I had the exact opposite experience with Synergy Physical Therapy on Eastern. Alexis (and Bryce) were amazing and understood everything I was going through and was able to explain the healing process and what it was going to take to progress. They made going to PT comfortable, fun and entertaining. I would recommend Alexis and Synergy to anyone needing Physical Therapy. Thank you all so much.

After having meniscus surgery on my right knee, I was referred to Synergy by Dr. Ron Koe for therapy. From the first time I walked into Synergy I felt confident in the staff at the front desk to the therapy room for evaluation by Peyton. Each of the techs that took care of me was friendly and knowledgeable of my treatment. Peyton was excellent and caring to my needs and was a great instructor. The facility was very clean and was wiped down very carefully during the COVID-19 pandemic. I would recommend Synergy to anyone who needed physical therapy!

Synergy is without a doubt the best physical therapy I have ever had and actually looked forward to every time I went! I am having a total shoulder replacement on my other shoulder in December and I will definitely come back to Henderson Synergy office on Eastern and have Lauren work on me and all the other crew who were so kind and caring! They work so nicely together and all pitch in to make everyone feel so welcome. Thank you to the whole group including the office staff!

First my background Retired Special Forces and Airborne Ranger. Second career I owned and operated the Largest Female only Personal Training company in the State of Nevada with multiple locations through out the Las Vegas valley for 9 years. I understand what it takes for a good facility and staff. It would be a injustice to call Synergy on Horizon Ridge good, it was awesome!!Before I had my Knee replaced I talked with several of my old SF/Ranger Buddies about there's. And after talking with five they all had bad experiences with Physical therapy. When I came to Synergy I was apprehensive had thought about doing my own. From the first moment with the reception Toni made me feel welcomed. Then my first day with my PT Alexis Mansoor she was so professional and immediately made me feel like she cared about me as a person during my evaluation. I hobbled in there with my cane. When she asked what would make me feel like my PT would be totally successful I was embarrassed to say be able to Tee up my Golf Ball like everyone else, so I said get back to golfing. From that day forward Alexis and her staff Megan, Mikayla and Brice made me feel like I was a important member of the Synergy family and my success really mattered to them, because I was family. they were all professional, Kind, passionate and showed compassion for what I was going thru. Because of my background I started to watch there interactions with the other people and sometimes I would hold my tears back watching Alexis working with the ones who had major problems with strokes and the like. I was in awe how she and the rest of them worked so personal to each individual. I achieved a great deal more than I expected do to there fantastic efforts in my PT. Simple things that I had not be able to do for over three years I was able to achieve. And as silly as this might sound, of all the things I have achieved in my life. When two weeks ago I Teed up my golf Ball like any other Golfer I had tears in my eyes on the gold course as my golf buddie who had watched me grapple with that for over three years years, said no will laugh at you again, I all most cried with joy. Alexis and her staff didn't just get me back to teeing up a golf ball, they Teed up the rest of my Life and I can't thank you enough. I will recommend you forever.

I came in for suffering from shoulder neck pain for a long period of time I was referred to and had the pleasure of being treated by Alexis at the eastern location her and the rest of the crew were awesome! Alexis’s skills were well demonstrated and willingness to try different techniques to find what worked for me. The location was great and easy to get to . I would and will recommend Synergy Physical Therapy to all.

My experience at Synergy PT, Anthem location, was excellent!! Alexis, my PT, was very professional and caring. She quickly determined what the source of my back pain was and explained the recommended course of treatment. Within a few weeks I was feeling stronger and saw a huge improvement in my range of motion with little to no pain!! All of the support staff Is amazing as well!! Toni at the front desk always greeted me with a smile. Bryce, Megan and Makayla, the techs in the therapy room were very caring and supportive in helping me with the exercises. The facilities are wonderful and very clean. My therapy took place during the COVID pandemic and I was happy to observe the strict protocols for cleanliness and social distancing. I was actually sad to finish and "graduate" the program. If I ever need PT again, I will definitely return to Synergy PT!! Thank you for a great experience

My husband and were both patients at synergy at Inspirida, where we received physical therapy of the highest quality. Scott Snow, Clinic Director, along with all other staff members, were very knowledgeable and devoted to the personal needs of each patient. I’m planning to go back after my next knee replacement surgery and would highly recommend this facility.
