Since 2008, the company focus has been on improving the overall quality of life of every patient and client that comes through our doors. Nicole, your staff was amazing during my rehab for my knee replacement. Alex is the BEST and all the Techs are awesome. My recovery from surgery would have been much longer without everyone's help. I have the other knee to do sometime in the future, but I wouldn't go to any other physical therapy other than Synergy. All the Best to everyone

(posted on google as well) Dr. Lauren Andrew and her staff provided excellent rehab of my shoulder. I had a rotator cuff injury diagnosed by Dr Woodworth and he recommended physical therapy. His staff provided me a list of physical therapist and highlighted a couple that they said they had received good customer feedback. I went with their recommendation and selected Synergy Physical Therapy. I was alittle skeptical at first but wanted to try physical therapy as I wanted to avoid steroids and possible surgery. I was in therapy for ~ six weeks and per Lauren's regiment my should improved to the point I was 95% recovered -that was amazing and I did avoid steroids and surgery! I'll continue the exercises on my own along with stretching my shoulder and back. The staff there is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend Lauren and her staff for physical rehab!

Review for Synergy Physical Therapy on Eastern Ave., Henderson, NV I was referred to Synergy by Lisa Workman, a nurse at Parkview Surgical Center. From the 1st phone call that Toni, the Office Manager answered, I knew I was in good hands. Toni was always so helpful, and her easy going and calm demeanor just made you feel that everything was going to be alright. Zach, PT Tech, was my next encounter. On my first visit, he came to the waiting area, introduced himself and brought me back to Lauren Andrew, DPT. Subsequently, along with Lauren, Zach was a key factor in my rehabilitation. I am so pleased that Zach is in school for DPT. He is so intelligent and knowledgeable. He was always so attentive, and has a caring demeanor. Enter Lauren Andrew DPT. Wow! Doctor Lauren was consistent, accommodating, attentive and really had a passion for my recovery. She knew just when to challenge me to go further with my therapy in order to be successful. One of the last things she said to me was, "You come as a patient, and leave as a friend." And I really felt that. She was fabulous. Megan Denter PT Tech, was always so sweet, caring and attentive. She is a joy to be around, and always knew what you needed even before you said anything. She brought sunshine to work with her each day. Tony, PT Tech....what can I say...he was hilarious and always kept it light. He had a knack for detail and was attentive in letting you know when you needed to adjust your workout to maximize your therapy benefit. Quay and Bryce were great as well, although they started later and I did not see them as much. The people I mentioned were the principles in my physical therapy sessions. I saw them nearly everyday, in the early morning. I never dreaded going. In fact I loved going. PT is not fun. I've been through it twice before. But somehow, you managed to pick an awesome team to work at the Eastern office. It's not just about the therapy, it's also about making people feel comfortable and cared for. Synergy physical therapy was amazing. We initially were referred somewhere else and had a horrible experience. After being re-referred here, the Scott and the staff worked diligently with my son to help get his range of motion back after he fractured his elbow. My PT experience at Synergy was amazing. The facility on Eastern is comfortable and cheery. Each staff member is professional, attentive, understanding and helpful. It is obvious that hiring and training people is carefully and very well-executed. Lauren is highly skilled as a therapist and as a leader. She has superb analytical skill, accurately diagnosing and recognizing issues immediately. She is upbeat, personable and inspiring as well as expecting excellence in everything that goes on at the facility. I recommend Synergy to all my friends in need of PT.

This was my second experience with the Anthem location of Synergy PT and it was just as positive as the first. the staff is extremely friendly, patient and professional and I always felt they had my best interest at heart. I met with Lauren Andrew for my PT sessions and I can't say enough positive things about her. She was always positive and my cheer leader, encouraging me and praising my progress. I will definitely return to Synergy if I need PT in the future.

I received very good care at this therapy center. Scott the director was really hands on and created a well planned exercises for me. The rest of the staff also excellent and knowledgeable. They were accommodating and really worked with the patient when appointments need modifications. Facility is very clean snd organized.

In February 2017 I had my left knee replaced and I went to Synergy at Anthem. I had a quick and easy recovery thanks to Scott Snow and his wonderful staff. Unfortunately, the implant failed and on February 6, 2019 I had to get a revision. It was a very difficult surgery and 7 weeks after the surgery I had to go back in the OR to get a manipulation. This was very painful but Scott and his staff were there for me all the way. I went to PT for a total of 4 months 3 times a week. Even though it was very painful Scott helped me get thru this very difficult time. He always took the time to make sure I was doing well and he and his staff encouraged me all those months. Every day I feel better and better thanks to Synergy PT. The staff is not only professional and knowledgeable but they really care about their patients. It is also an easy fun place to get back on track.

I feel that my therapist, Alex Bair, provided excellent quality of care. On good days he acknowledged my accomplishment, and on bad days he gave me encouragement. The friendly recepttion and billing staff were very helpful with processesing my insurance claims and with making appointments.

I went for physical therapy after Shoulder surgery. Lauren was my therapist. She is wonderful. All the staff is so knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. When I started I could not lift my arm to brush my hair. After 6 weeks I am back to normal and feeling great. Best place to go if you need physical therapy!!

This was my first time ever having to have physical therapy, Lauren was my therapist and she kept me informed all the time on how I was doing. She was concerned about the calf muscle being so tight and sore, she said it would work itself out and it has. There is just a little soreness in it at times but I can handle it much better than before. Everyone there is so nice and willing to help, I enjoyed Zach and Megan they were super nice and helpful.. Zach is a character and will make a great therapist when he finishes school. Lauren was so helpful in getting my knee working so I’ m almost 100% back to normal. You have a great group of therapist and techs working there that I’ll tell anyone who needs therapy to check Synergy out first. Enjoyed my 26 sessions there and if I need more I’ll be back especially if I have to have the other knee done. Thanks again for everyone’ help.

You will start off as a new patient and end up knowing everyone's name, just like family. Lauren DPT, put together a tailored process that addressed my specific issues. By keeping to this regimen, I no longer have the same issues and am better informed and prepared to not look forward to any type of surgery. Glad I chose to engage in physical therapy rather than take pain pills and surgery first. A big shout out to Lauren, Zac, Austin, Megan and the rest of the crew!

I L.O.V.E. Synergy Physical Therapy! Let’s start with the wonderful customer service of the front office staff, always greeting you with a smile! The facility is always clean, and tidy! The PT techs are so friendly, and knowledgeable, they’re always there to lend a helping hand! My Therapist is Alex, and I’ve known him for many years. His knowledge is outstanding, and I appreciate that he sees the “big picture”, and gives me the proper exercises to help me teach those goals. Never having the need for physical therapy before, I really didn't know what to expect. The minute I stepped into the therapy room, I was greeted by Scott and was told what would happen in the sessions. All of the therapists have been wonderful. They seem to really listen to any concerns and problems you may be having. Synergy is convenient to get to and the scheduling has been great. Nicole and the staff at Synergy Physical Therapy are of the utmost professional in every aspect. I have been using Synergy for over 5 years with outstanding results. 1 meniscus repair rehab, left knee, 1 total ACL re-construction , right knee, 1 plantars fasciitis, left foot, and most recently treatment for osteoarthritis in both knees, pre-knee replacement. I had physical therapy in Kansas on a hip and both knees. At Synergy I had p.t. on my shoulder after rotator cuff surgery. Nicole and all of her staff are supportive, friendly,and very professional. I actually felt like family when I was there. They answered all of my questions and wouldn't let me do more than I should, so as not to re-injure myself. I highly recommend them.

I , without reservation, recommend Synergy Physical Therapy. My experience with Nicole Evans, PT, DPT, CSCS,Owner and her staff was exceptional. Day 1 , I found Ms Nicole had secured my surgical records , established my file and determined a personalized “plan of care”. Her years of experience, level of education and dedication to my progress led to my regaining range of motion, after a severe shoulder injury. Nicole’s staff( office, fellow PTs and techs) were professional, friendly, and attuned to meeting my needs. My therapy was educational, goal oriented and structured. My personal therapy, each session, with Nicole helped my muscles and nerves to cooperate with my following thru at home. Her progress assessments were given with routine . The techs, under Nicole’s amazing supervision , guided me through my exercises. Nicole/techs kept me on track( sometimes challenging) while providing encouragement and instruction . The techs are knowledgeable and held to standards. The atmosphere is family-like, as patients choose to continue in a maintenance program long term. A successful experience... I am thankful.

I was very pleased and impressed with my course of PT after the second revision of my knee. The exercises were competently demonstrated and everyone seemed to "keep an eye" on the way in which exercises were completed. Everyone tried to keep a very positive attitude with a lot of encouragement. As I progressed, exercises were made more challenging, but at no time were they to difficult. I also observed that the staff kept the same supervision of all clients. New individuals were more closely monitored along with newly introduced exercises for others. I would highly recommend this facility.

I have had a number of orthopedic surgeries in the past and I usually considered physical therapy a drudgery. With my recent knee surgery I was referred to Synergy which was close to home. I found the staff to be young, energetic, fun and professional. Lauren was undoubtedly the best DPT I have ever had. She was very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend her and the group of assistants working for her at any time and enthusiastically. And by the way, my knee is much better as a result of my regimen there.

I have been to two other Physical Therapy Business and when I needed therapy again I choose Synergy Physical Therapy and I am so glad I did. I have been to their office at Horizon Ridge and my latest treatment was at their Blue Diamond Office. The entire staff is wonderful. Nicole is the most knowledgeable and the most qualified therapist I have been to. She is very thorough and professional. The quality of care is outstanding. From the time you walk in the door you know you are in the hands of professionals. You are never left to work on your own. First, the location for me was very convienent. Secondly, I was warmly greeted on my first visit. Additionally, a good plan of action was developed with Loren that was agreed upon by Loren and me. Throughout my 12 therapy sessions that plan was followed perfectly with outstanding end results. I chose Synergy originally because it was the closest place to where I live. I was very happy with the initial consultation I had with Lauren Andrew and her plan for helping me. My doctor originally wanted 3 times a week for six weeks but Lauren felt 2 times a week for more weeks would better serve my needs because of the extra time getting therapy. Since today was my final visit, same amount of visits, I must thank the staff since I can now put on socks, tie my shoes, and most importantly walk around on the golf course without any real pain. While shopping at Albertson’s I saw the shopping basket advertisement for Synergy Physical Therapy. So I walked over and entered and was greeted by Melissa. She was instrumental in my physical therapy program. Within five minutes my insurance was approved, my primary doctor had been faxed for approval and I had an appointment in three days. Fabulous service. Gina examined my left ankle for range of motion and pain symptoms and designed a PT program just for me. The stretches and exercises evolved as time went on. After about two months I was released with about an 85% improvement that was astounding I regained my stride and was no longer limited by pain. The clinic was always spotless, friendly and welcoming, with a cordial atmosphere. Gina is an observant supervisor making corrections when needed and empowering the PT therapists to work at their highest potential. I gladly emphasize the quality of Synergy Physical Therapy to anybody who might need PT or is willing to listen to me. Congratulations on your success.

This was the fourth time I have chosen Synergy Physical Therapy following various surgeries. All of the staff provided the highest level of care. Everyone did a great job, especially Tarah and Baron. They pushed me to do the exercises correctly but not to the point of pain. The technicians were equally knowledgeable and very attentive to my needs. Office staff quickly took care of any issues I had. The office at Valle Verde and Horizon Ridge is very convenient to me, so close I walked to my appointments. Synergy PT is a great place to get on the road to recovery after surgery. I am sure I will go there any time I need PT.
