Since 2008, the company focus has been on improving the overall quality of life of every patient and client that comes through our doors. Nicole and the staff at Synergy Physical Therapy are of the utmost professional in every aspect. I have been using Synergy for over 5 years with outstanding results. 1 meniscus repair rehab, left knee, 1 total ACL re-construction , right knee, 1 plantars fasciitis, left foot, and most recently treatment for osteoarthritis in both knees, pre-knee replacement. Still walking with pep in my step! Thank you!

I had physical therapy in Kansas on a hip and both knees. At Synergy I had p.t. on my shoulder after rotator cuff surgery. Nicole and all of her staff are supportive, friendly,and very professional. I actually felt like family when I was there. They answered all of my questions and wouldn't let me do more than I should, so as not to re-injure myself. I highly recommend them.

I , without reservation, recommend Synergy Physical Therapy. My experience with Nicole Evans, PT, DPT, CSCS,Owner and her staff was exceptional. Day 1 , I found Ms Nicole had secured my surgical records , established my file and determined a personalized “plan of care”. Her years of experience, level of education and dedication to my progress led to my regaining range of motion, after a severe shoulder injury. Nicole’s staff( office, fellow PTs and techs) were professional, friendly, and attuned to meeting my needs. My therapy was educational, goal oriented and structured. My personal therapy, each session, with Nicole helped my muscles and nerves to cooperate with my following thru at home. Her progress assessments were given with routine . The techs, under Nicole’s amazing supervision , guided me through my exercises. Nicole/techs kept me on track( sometimes challenging) while providing encouragement and instruction . The techs are knowledgeable and held to standards. The atmosphere is family-like, as patients choose to continue in a maintenance program long term. A successful experience... I am thankful.

Lauren and your staff were over the top. Everyone was concerned and followed my progress closely. They were very helpful when I had trouble doing the exercises. Besides my vertigo I had other physical issues and they made me comfortable as I worked thru my therapy. If I should need therapy in the future I know who to call. SYNERGY

I was very pleased and impressed with my course of PT after the second revision of my knee. The exercises were competently demonstrated and everyone seemed to "keep an eye" on the way in which exercises were completed. Everyone tried to keep a very positive attitude with a lot of encouragement. As I progressed, exercises were made more challenging, but at no time were they to difficult. I also observed that the staff kept the same supervision of all clients. New individuals were more closely monitored along with newly introduced exercises for others. I would highly recommend this facility.

I have had a number of orthopedic surgeries in the past and I usually considered physical therapy a drudgery. With my recent knee surgery I was referred to Synergy which was close to home. I found the staff to be young, energetic, fun and professional. Lauren was undoubtedly the best DPT I have ever had. She was very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend her and the group of assistants working for her at any time and enthusiastically. And by the way, my knee is much better as a result of my regimen there.

I have been to two other Physical Therapy Business and when I needed therapy again I choose Synergy Physical Therapy and I am so glad I did. I have been to their office at Horizon Ridge and my latest treatment was at their Blue Diamond Office. The entire staff is wonderful. Nicole is the most knowledgeable and the most qualified therapist I have been to. She is very thorough and professional. The quality of care is outstanding. From the time you walk in the door you know you are in the hands of professionals. You are never left to work on your own. If Nicole is not there then one of the other qualified therapist are at your side. If you are in need to physical therapy I would highly recommend Nicole at Synergy Physical Therapy.

First, the location for me was very convienent. Secondly, I was warmly greeted on my first visit. Additionally, a good plan of action was developed with Loren that was agreed upon by Loren and me. Throughout my 12 therapy sessions that plan was followed perfectly with outstanding end results. Thirdly, all Synergy staff members were very professional in their actions and knowledge of my treatment. Of special note was Loren, What a God send. I can't say enough about my overall experience. I chose Synergy originally because it was the closest place to where I live. I was very happy with the initial consultation I had with Lauren Andrew and her plan for helping me. My doctor originally wanted 3 times a week for six weeks but Lauren felt 2 times a week for more weeks would better serve my needs because of the extra time getting therapy. Since today was my final visit, same amount of visits, I must thank the staff since I can now put on socks, tie my shoes, and most importantly walk around on the golf course without any real pain. I have had a very positive experience with the staff at Synergy P. T. Scott, Tony, Zack, Joy and Megan were wonderful to work with and really made me feel at home. They encouraged my work outs and made them fun at the same time. It’s a great location for me with an accommodating office staff, especially Kayla. I would recommend them without hesitation.

While shopping at Albertson’s I saw the shopping basket advertisement for Synergy Physical Therapy. So I walked over and entered and was greeted by Melissa. She was instrumental in my physical therapy program. Within five minutes my insurance was approved, my primary doctor had been faxed for approval and I had an appointment in three days. Fabulous service. Gina examined my left ankle for range of motion and pain symptoms and designed a PT program just for me. The stretches and exercises evolved as time went on. After about two months I was released with about an 85% improvement that was astounding I regained my stride and was no longer limited by pain. The clinic was always spotless, friendly and welcoming, with a cordial atmosphere. Gina is an observant supervisor making corrections when needed and empowering the PT therapists to work at their highest potential. I gladly emphasize the quality of Synergy Physical Therapy to anybody who might need PT or is willing to listen to me. Congratulations on your success.

This was the fourth time I have chosen Synergy Physical Therapy following various surgeries. All of the staff provided the highest level of care. Everyone did a great job, especially Tarah and Baron. They pushed me to do the exercises correctly but not to the point of pain. The technicians were equally knowledgeable and very attentive to my needs. Office staff quickly took care of any issues I had. The office at Valle Verde and Horizon Ridge is very convenient to me, so close I walked to my appointments. Synergy PT is a great place to get on the road to recovery after surgery. I am sure I will go there any time I need PT.

Back on May 1st, I had the misfortune of twisting my ankle and breaking 3 bones in my ankle in the process. Over a month later, my orthopedist removed my boot and recommended that I receive physical therapy over the following 6 weeks. He gave me a list of PT facilities in the area, but before I left, two of the professionals in his office recommended that I go to Synergy. Even though Synergy was not on my insurance company's list of PT service facilities they covered, I decided to give them a try anyway. After my first visit, I decided to continue with my therapy there, and I've never regretted my decision! I was very impressed with their professional knowledge, therapeutic exercises and therapeutic procedures. I made rapid progress, and am now walking normally! Most of all, however, I truly enjoyed and appreciated the sense of camaraderie that existed among the professionals and between the professionals and their clients. I actually looked forward to every visit! Thank you so much!

The staff and physical therapists at Synergy were awesome! They were all very kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. At all points of the therapy the staff checked frequently to make sure you were not over- doing to cause pain. The friendliness of this staff made the time spent there so pleasant! Synergy Physical Therapy is a place of healing. A professionally staffed and well equipped Physical Therapy practice(with a full range of care) in the Green Valley area of Henderson, Nevada. I have benefited from this environment on three occasions since 2016. As an active 88 year old “things happen” needing special care from time to time . I'm impressed by the professionalism I've personally experienced and observed during my appointments . It is a program that you might call a Sunshine program. It's a happy environment, well-equipped Therapy Center with qualified/board certified therapist and assistants. I would often greet the room as I arrived for my morning session, saying,“Good morning all you lucky people”. That greeting says it all for me, knowing I was about to receive the same quality care and instruction for my particular need . Lauren Andrew made my re-hab as successful as I could have imagined. Her ability to connect with the patient, me, was incredible. It is obvious that she really does care about her patients and their getting better. It's also obvious that Lauren pays attention to all patients at the same time, incredible ability and very important for a patience safety. Her staff that I worked with mainly Joy and Zack also bring high efficiency and kindness to all patients. Also, when you come into the reception area you are always greeted with a kind smile and a welcome attitude.

From day one of my rehab process Ben spoke with myself and wife privately. Ben explained and heard and answered all our concerns. Right after the counseling he had me start my rehab process. From there every day became a little more difficult which was very good. After I would finish all of my exercises either he added new ones for me to do or he would work with me personally working my knee. By the end of my therapy my knee was bending farther than my was expected. He also had my knee as straight better than was expected from my knee surgeon. In closing I would like to say the entire synergy team were great. They were always checking on me and making sure I was doing my exercises correctly. They were always courteous and built some good relationships with them. I was always greeted kindly by the receptionist as soon as I would walk through the door. Today was my last day and I have to say the entire team exceeded my expectations and when I have my right knee replaced I will go back to the horizon location because everyone was awesome. From the office staff to the incredibly caring and helpful therapists, it was a wonderful three months. I have been going to Synergy Physical Therapy for the past six months following my rotator cuff surgery and absolutely love this facility. The staff is beyond amazing...so friendly, welcoming, caring and professional. When you walk in, they greet you like Norm at Cheers...everybody knows your name and they are ready for you...whether it be with your heat pack, ice pack or setting up your equipment. They are so attentive to your needs and truly make your physical therapy experience a great one. My DPT, Ben, was the absolute best...he knew exactly what I needed and knew when to push me beyond my limits to help in my recovery. It wasn't always easy but his knowledge and encouragement got me there. I have completed my required therapy but enjoyed my experience there so much that I am going to continue under their Fitness Program. If you are in need of physical therapy I highly recommend Ben Toolson, DPT and Synergy Physical Therapy. The Therapists...the Tech's...the Office Staff...they are the best! Lauren was my Physical Therapist. With her help My recovery went much faster then surgeon expected. She is so knowledgeable and understanding. I am so lucky to have her as my PT. I have had chronic hamstring issues for years. Dry needling has been a great treatment option when my hamstring has felt particularly tight or sore. The dry needling loosens the muscle and facilitates more mobility almost immediately! Gina and the staff at Synergy are always attentive and ready to help at each visit!

From check-in to the completion of my PT program, I couldn't be happier with my experience at Synergy Physical Therapy. This was my first experience with PT and I'm thrilled with my progress. My Physical Therapist, Ben, offers advanced techniques like Blood Flow Restriction training which helped me build strength more quickly & sped my recovery. The staff is professional, caring, and made the process as painless as possible. Another great benefit is their fitness program. Patients can continue exercising at their facility after the completion of their PT program. This allows patients to heal and build more strength while still under the supervision of a physical therapist before returning to the gym/sports. I highly recommend Synergy!

My experience with Synergy Physical Therapy was extremely positive! I had never done PT before. Although my college roommates were all in the field, I wasn't sure what to expect. Ben and the entire staff were warm and friendly, making me feel at ease from the get go. I am a teacher and they were very flexible with my schedule, especially when I had to switch things at the last minute. Ben and the staff guided me through exercises while allowing me to keep my independence. I am used to working out and not always the most patient of patients! Once Dr. Koe cleared me to go back to the gym, I was instructed what to do on my own and felt confident with everyone's care that I was ready. I did leave knowing that I could return if need be. I would and have recommended Synergy to my family, friends and fellow teacher's!

Today was my last day of Physical Therapy for my total knee replacement and as I thanked my Physical Therapist Nicole Evans and her staff for the excellent care they provided, I started to think about the time I spent at Synergy Physical Therapy. It all started with Nicole evaluating me and laying out a plan to get me to function with my new knee. She started with small exercises to strengthen my muscles and increase my knees range of motion. Over the weeks, I could see the improvement in my knee as she evaluated my progress and included additional activity. My final evaluation included a list of exercises I should continue to do at home. I am not going to say that a total knee replacement is a lot of fun but if you have to get one, Synergy Physical Therapy’s staff will help you get over the affects of the surgery and back to the quality of life we all want.

As a retired UNLV professor and practicing clinical psychologist, I believe that my knowledge and life experience make my evaluation worth heeding. I had major rotator cuff surgery. My wife (a retired nursing professor) strongly recommended Synergy based upon her experiences there. And my experience with the Horizon Ridge facility confirmed her positive recommendation. My physical therapist (Dr. Ben Toolson)was highly knowledgeable and caring. And the entire staff was trained to be highly supportive. The experience was as positive as it can be! Combined with my diligent home exercise and the social support + knowledge of the staff yielded a highly positive outcome. I cannot stress how important it is to receive the encouragement needed to adhere to the needed physical therapy regimen. This office provided the expertise and social support needed!
