I love synergy!!! My 12 year old Grandson broke his femur and after an intense surgery , he needed PT. He went to another place for months and showed no improvement. So we switched to Synergy on bicentennial in Anthem. Well I can say his Physical therapist Celine was amazing . She was so patient, knowledgeable, and she really made him wanna do the work to get better . It was such a pleasure to deal with this office . I highly recommend!!!

Synergy Physical Therapy has treated my family for the past few years and received excellent care. My most recent injury was being pretty stubborn. Nicole, my therapist, and the owner worked extensively with me on individualized exercises. When I had reached the best that the traditional therapy could achieve, Nicole suggested we try Red Cord Therapy. All I can say is WOW! With just a few sessions, I have experienced great results. Red Cord therapy took my healing to the next level, and I am living pain-free for the first time in months. I am so grateful to the entire Synergy team for always providing kind and professional care from the front office to the assistants to the PTs. There is nowhere else my family would go.

Being over 75 I was concerned about bouncing back from extensive foot surgery. Scott put me on a rehabilitation plan to get me back walking my 3 miles a day and we succeeded. When going to Synergy the first thing you notice is how welcoming everyone is. They greet you by name, with a smile they say “have a good session. The team wants to know how are you feeling and what’s your pain level before you start the days treatment. Scott and his staff were amazing. I went to therapy twice a week for eight weeks doing everything they asked of me. Each therapist was gentle as we went through my routine, professional when I needed to do more and supportive on days when it was difficult. I trusted them to do what was best for me and the end result, I’m back walking again. I recommend Scott and his team to anyone who wants their health to return to as close as normal as possible.

I can't say enough about the staff at the Inspirada facility! It is comprised of professional yet caring individuals who are not only efficient at what they do but friendly at the same time. I always felt like my workload was challenging but appropriate. I can honestly say that I would not have the functionality I have now without their help and guidance.

Most friendly staff , from the front door with Melissa, to entering the therapy room! I was nervous and had never had therapy. I walk in and I’m treated like family! Celina is awesome. She knows just what you need and how to care for you! Always has a watchful eye on your progress! When you have a set back she understands and works through your needs and doesn’t take long to get back on track to recovery! They will always be the place I will go for all my therapy in the future!

Alexis and all the staff always make you feel so welcome when you enter the therapy room. They are always professional and do an excellent job in getting their patients to do the best they can to get relief from their pain. Very professional and straight to the point. The attention to detail is what makes the healing process a success. A big shout out to Peyton‘s team for being so attentive to my Physical Therapy progress. My healing success is a direct result of Paytons tailored medical plan she put together for my issue. Once again I would like to thank the whole team at Synergy for their professionalism. As a side note I have been to several therapy places but the leadership and expertise of Peyton has resulted in my recovery and being pain-free. In today’s world it is very rare to find people who care about their job. Well Peyton must be one of the few left!!!!

From the outset I felt comfortable by the scheduling staff and the actual physical surroundings. My evaluation by Peyton and the follow up appraisals of my progress were done in a friendly but professional manner. The atmosphere of the organization is very positive and friendly and the Techs were attentive to my "form" with the repetitive but sometimes challenging exercises. No one was looking at the clock during the sessions which reinforces my belief that the sincere aim was my rehabilitation and nothing else.

Khue Nguyen and Scott Snow were awesome! They were in charge of my therapy and recovery and they could not have made my experience any better. Also the entire staff at Synergy at Inspirada were amazing. They were always professional and hard working. They knew every patient by name and made everyone feel seem and heard. I will never forget coming in for the first time and meeting Tegan. She was so kind and caring that made me feel at home from day one. The staff at Synergy are extremely professional and knowledgeable at what they do. I came in with a shoulder issue and in their care…the problem has improved so much. I had a damaged knee from a hiking accident and was referred to Dr. Tarah Snow, PT, DPT of Synergy Physical Therapy at Valle Verde and Horizon Ridge in Henderson, NV. I was accustomed to physical therapists for previous issues and found Dr. Snow’s approach supportive and professional. Her experience and understanding prevented probable surgery on my knee. During the first hour of our initial meeting, she read comments of my orthopedic doctor and analyzed causes of restricted knee motion and strength. She designed a customized exercise program based on her years teaching general and spinal therapy in UNLV. With her years of academic experience, her consistent support and that of her exceptional staff, the relentless pain and frequent instability in my knee is gone. And so is the necessity of surgery. I am grateful to have found Dr. Snow and her staff. I am thankful for their competence and consistency for relieving me from months of an infirm knee.

I was welcomed on my first visit as if I was already a good friend. The relationship between my therapists, Alexis, Carlee, Drea, Daven, Sam, Trevor, Stephanie, and of course Toni, and me only continued upward from there. We shared pieces of our lives during each hour I was there, which empowered me to fulfill their and my expectations. Each visit was filled with positive reinforcement and encouragement, as well as challenges to help me gain strength and confidence with my normal daily activities. Alexis modified specific balance and exercise routines to help me with walking my energetic pup, which improved my mental security immensely. I "graduated with honors" though the honors go to Alexis and her team. Thank you so much for your guidance, advice, leadership, and tools to help me live and continue improving my physical life!!!

The overall experience was absolutely the finest in all respects. Alexis is the model of professionalism, in quality of care and comfort. In a matter of weeks she has managed to correct my posture, relived me of chronic neck pain that other professionals have only treated the systems for a number of decades. The entire staff is constantly making sure of your well-being. Schedule changes are easily accomplished with a smile and always considerate of your schedule. I can not say enough nice things regarding my experience. If you have the need for physical therapy this is the place to be.

I received excellent care at Synergy for a strained Achilles heel. The facilities were spacious and clean. The staff is exceptional. Sunshine, Jen and the rest of the staff were friendly, professional, and patient. As I rehabilitated, the staff would ask how I was progressing, offering encouragement when needed. I have used the Synergy Physical Therapy Group twice. The first time was in 2017 when I had my left knee cleaned up arthroscopically and then again in September of 2021 with a total knee replacement of my right knee. I found both occasions to be extremely helpful with the quality of care being nothing short of superlative. After my 2021 knee replacement I met with Scott and he showed me around the new facility in Anthem and explained the Exercises that would make my new knee usable and pain free. While exercising on the machines I had the opportunity to observe the staff and watch their interactions with the other therapy participants. All staff members would make sure all the equipment was wiped down to lessen the chance of a patient contracting the Civic virus. I also observed the quality of care each person received. The staff is genuinely concerned about each person and getting their physical well being back to normal. The personalities of the staff are so thoughtful and nice that you cannot help but like them. They make your time spent at their facility not only productive but enjoyable. Scott, Khue, Teagon, and Khanycia were the staff members that I came into contact with most but all staff were from the same mold! I looked upon them as friends! I also have to mention Melissa at the front desk. She was always so helpful in scheduling your visits and would go out of her way to accommodate your scheduling needs. Several of my family members have used Synergy Physical Therapy for their own rehabilitation. They have expressed the same views and opinions like that of my own!

I had a wonderful experience at Synergy Physical Therapy. Celine was my Physical Therapist and I can’t rave enough about her. She took good care of me and made sure I felt good before I left. Besides being good at her job, she has the best upbeat personality. I always used to hate going to PT at other places because of the commitment of my time and the hard work. However, Celine and all the people who work at Synergy were fun to talk to and the time past quickly. They were also very good at their jobs. This Bi Centenial location in Sun City Anthem is also only 5 minutes from my house which is also a big plus.

Synergy is the place I can count on when I need them. My shoulder, my ankle, my wife’s knee and foot. They have always been there to help us get better. When my surgeon suggested PT over surgery with my ankle injury I was thrilled to be avoiding surgery, and knew synergy would be able to help me. Tarah and her team are just the best. Quality of care seems the be top notch. Everyone is so friendly and personable, makes it easy to feel comfortable and want to work hard to get better. I also can say all the patients I’ve met there have always been friendly as well. Everyone just wants to be positive and get better. Such a great place.

Over the past two years plus I have had physical therapy for two knee replacements and a total shoulder replacement with radial nerve damage. Synergy PT was an exceptional experience, the staff is courteous, attentive, friendly and professional. Administrative Services (front desk) is excellent. I started my first session (knee therapy) with Lauren, my recent therapy was with Scott. Synergy therapists care about your well being and the care they give you. They work very hard to improve your progress not only in the clinic but research ways to better treat your conditions. Every employee at both clinics I was treated were exceptional. This was my third surgery recovery with Synergy. Through all of the therapy sessions, everyone--from the front desk people, to the trainees, to the therapists-- have always given me the best, most professional, and most compassionate care. I have recovered from all three surgeries and have never looked back and wondered if I could have done better or more somewhere else. To me, Synergy is the only place I would ever go if I need therapy of any kind.

These guys were amazing! They were all super positive and motivational, and they always helped keep you on task. The stretches they have you do really help you get so much stronger. They always checked in with me to see how I was doing and what was going on in my life, and I feel like I’ve become great friends with several of the people there. I had 2 knee replacements 6 months apart, so I was at Synergy for quite a few months. The professionalism of all of the staff was exceptional. Every person that I worked with was kind and very helpful. The office staff went above & beyond to get me the appts I needed. My two main therapists were Scott & Khue. Both were great! The location I went to was less than a mile from my house, so it was quite convenient. I would highly recommend Synergy to anyone needing physical therapy.

This is the First time I’ve used a Physical Therapist so I didn’t know what to expect. Synergy clearly met the 3 criteria and more! I received excellent quality of care, the facility was comfortable and it was convenient to my home. Celine and her staff ensured that I conducted my exercises correctly and I was not encountering any discomfort. They all are knowledgeable “coaches”. I came to Synergy for a torn rotator, wanting to avoid surgery. I couldn't lift my arm. I leave there now not only able to lift my arm, but strengthened to resume regular activities. I'm thrilled with the service and programs I received, and the help they provided for the future - exercises I could continue to do at home. Celine was kind, gentle and understanding, while professional and knowledgable. All of the staff cared so very much that you were OK as you went through the routines they'd set up. Great care! Wonderful staff!! Celine, my therapist, demonstrated knowledge and dedication to providing the best care possible!. She demonstrated an extremely warm and caring attitude! She was eager to make each session fun and effective!!! The assistants were thorough in their preparation of the required equipment, providing a smooth transition from one exercise to another. My husband had been coming here for quite some time and after I had surgery and needed PT it was a definite no-brainer to come here as well. The staff is absolutely amazing. Great overall experience The past few months I have been very happy with my experience at Synergy Physical Therapy. All the Members there were always very friendly. Everyone always made sure that I was comfortable doing my exercises, they made sure I was doing them them the Right way. There were times when I came in with aches & pain and Celine always adjusted my exercises as to not aggravate the areas on my body that were bothering me. When I was diagnosed with Lewy Body Dementia last December (2020) I thought that my world, as I knew it, was ending. It is, after all, a progressive brain disease. My doctor recommended Physical Therapy and I chose Synergy located on Eastern Ave. in Henderson. I started my treatment with Alexis in January of 2021. What a miracle!! Alexis helped me with my balance issues, helped with my muscle tone and worked with multi-tasking. I now no longer fear falling and have a confidence I thought was gone forever. All of the therapists are excellent, friendly, cheerful and encouraging. I owe my renewed superior quality of life to Synergy and will be forever grateful!

I recently finished up rehab on my knee. The staff is friendly and professional. Appointments where easy to schedule with your desired time,. The location is very convenient . My therapist was exceptional, the knowledge, care and friendly environment made my rehabilitation easy and fun! The PT techs, are also excellent.
