I was lucky that my specific injury was very minor and only required a short treatment period; however, that didn't diminish the level of care that I received which was both comprehensive and effective. I must say that I really enjoyed the environment and culture within the building and never had a bad session. I was able to work through at my own pace and the staff were always helpful and very friendly. Overall the professionalism and quality of care was exceptional, at no point did I feel like I was being strung along to continue with unneeded sessions. I will definitely be back if I have any problems in the future and will be recommending it to friends.

Ben Toolson was my physical therapist. He was very nice and thorough in going over my symptoms and implementing a plan for treatment. He always made sure I did my exercises properly so I could get the most benefit from them. And the rest of the staff were very helpful too. They were all friendly and very attentive to make sure I was okay and guided me to my next exercise. I highly recommend Synergy Physical Therapy and especially Ben.

On the first day Lauren spent significant time with me to determine what my needs were and how to meet them. She personalized treatment for me and helped me determine what I could do at home. Whenever I would arrive everyone made me feel welcome. As I was going through my exercises again everyone was very helpful and made me feel they really cared about my progress. Maybe best of all is that Lauren had me come as often as needed and had each session last as long as was necessary, but then concluded my therapy when she saw I had made adequate progress. Synergy has a great group of people. Thank you for all your help. My life is substantially back to normal.

What a great experience I've had at Synergy PT. The caring and cheerful staff make the time spent not only productive, but pleasant. I can look forward to therapy. I'm expecting to get back to normal with all the help they give and the encouragement I get as we move along.

Due to a knee problem, Synergy was recommended to me for physical therapy. After my first therapy session, I was sold on Synergy. It is a quality operation staffed with experienced, knowledgeable, and qualified staff. Within 5 minutes of entering the facility toe first time every staff member approached me, introduced himself/herself, and made me feel confident and at home. Ben was my primary therapist, who developed my personal physical therapy routine, monitored my progress, recommended exercises for me to perform at home, and helped me correct my knee problem within a few weeks. Two of the exercises that I performed at the facility during each session and on my own at home really made a difference in my ability to again participate in my favorite sports without feeling the pain and discomfort I did before I began the physical therapy sessions. I was impressed and I highly recommend Synergy. Other staff who made a difference at the facility were Tony, Nicole, Ashley, and Naomi. Thank you for helping me!

I have been so happy and thankful I chose Synergy Physical Therapy and Lauren as my Physical Therapist. Thanks to thier dedication and knowledge I went from completely unable to do the simplest task after a tough shoulder surgery and in pain constantly, to a very active Grandma who can do almost anything I could do before surgery and with very little to no pain. I feel like they gave me my life back! Lauren is thorough and compassionate and knows her stuff when it comes to rehabilitating the human body. The Quality of care at Synergy is OUTSTANDING and I gave them a 5 star rating for the facility, and especially for ALL of the friendly helpful and knowledgeable staff, who know you by name the minute you walk in the door, and are eager to assist with anything they can do to help you progress in your recovery. The facility is easy to get to near major arterial roads, the hours are convenient, and they are very accommodating. I would highly recommend Synergy to anyone who needs THE BEST care available for rehabilitating their body. They treat everyone like family.

Today is my final visit to Synergy Physical Theraphy. I feel much better now than ever before! This is due to the help that Ben Toolson, my PT, afforded me every time I go to their office. One thing that impressed me much was the friendly atmosphere that transpires throughout my stay from start to finish. Synergy was highly recommended by the home health physical therapist who took care of me the first two weeks after my total knee replacement. The place was adequately equipped, clean and convenient from my house. The physical therapists and their assistants were friendly and knowledgeable. Their dynamic approach helped my recovery. My surgeon and I are satisfied with the results of my physical therapy.

I had ACL MCL knee surgery June 12 2017. I began my rehab therapy two weeks later.I am retired military and have never experienced a more professional atmosphere than Synergy. From the first day they greet you knowing your name, introduce you to staff members then set your and their expectations on your rehab progress timeline. If your a person that wants to work hard and progress or someone that maybe a slower pace the staff will accommodate as professionals. Their policy is the Crawl, Walk, Run plan. They provide professional atmosphere with professional attitude you just supply the will to recover. One of the best decisions I've made in a long time by choosing Synergy. Thanks I definitely couldn't done it without you. Highly recommend!!!!

I have used Synergy Physical Therapy multiple times and each time it's been a pleasure working with Scott and his excellent group of people he has. They make the experience fun, while making sure that your PT needs are met. The entire staff is helpful and friendly. I am a repeat client because every time I need therapy I get excellent care. The thoughtful attention to the issue and what is working most effectively for me to restore the area is ever present. Tarah has always been my therapist but the assistants all help her make sure, in a very positve way, I am staying on track with my program. The attitudes of the entire office are cheerful and upbeat. That radiates out the the patients. I just graduation, once again, with a printed home program which I will follow. Thank you ! Marilyn

Absolutely the best physical therapy I've ever had. As I told Scott & Tony, this was my third round of pt for nerve-related pain. The best results by far! Because the results totally exceeded my expectations, I've decided not to have surgery. I can't think of a higher compliment than that! The whole staff was fantastic. Thanks so much!

My over all experience was very good. I want Ben and his associates to make sure that those they are helping do the exercises correctly. If there is a correct way to do the exercises, they should reinforce those methods until the patient does them correctly. Overall the entire staff were helpful and attentive to working with me and I sincerely appreciate it.

I had therapy on my shoulder after a rotator cuff injury. Care was really great!! I was given some helpful exercises to do at home as well as the great care while I was there. I would heartily recommend Synergy to anyone who needs physical therapy.

I was a little worried about going to PT but after a few times I felt like I was with friends. The staff was great and I was actually looking forward to each session. I had broken my elbow and after 20 session I can do lots of things with my right arm, which at the beginning I thought I would never be able to do. Following meniscus surgery, my Doctor, Ronald Koe, referred me to Synergy Physical Therapy to facilitate my recovery. Upon visiting the website, I was instantly impressed. All of the PT’s were fairly recent College graduates (of 10 years or less), suggesting to me that they were up-to-date on the latest techniques and technology. Additionally, they all held Doctorate of PT degrees, which was an unexpected lagniappe. As a resident of Anthem, I was pleased to learn that they had an Anthem location. I was able to schedule an appointment quickly and easily. The intake process with Dr. Ben Toolson was thorough and informative. I was so blessed to have had him as my PT. He is an exceptional Therapist, with a gentle calming nature. He is professional, yet approachable – he listens well. There were times when I doubted that my knee would ever get better, but Dr. Ben and the team – Anthony, Korin, and Riley, just kept working and encouraging me. Let me add that they do everything timely and in order. Someone had an exercise or machine ready for me the minute I walked in and I was engaged during the entire session. Additionally, the facility is clean (with 2 restrooms) and the equipment well maintained. The feeling of assimilation within your community is important. When I visit my neighborhood bank, coffee shop or pharmacy, it’s a nice feeling to be welcomed and called by name. Well, that’s the environment at Synergy PT. I was always warmly greeted by name - from Lindsey at the front desk to every staff member in attendance. Even Dr. Scott who was not my PT, knew my name. This sense of connectedness also extended to the staff. They all seemed to have a close bond, which created a pleasant environment. After about 3 1/2 months of PT, I have “graduated”. My pain is quite manageable and I have regained my normal gait. Dr. Ben made sure that I was equipped with the tools necessary to support my continued recovery. I thank you! To the owners of Synergy PT, I commend you for assembling such an incredible group of dedicated professionals. They represent your company well and are a great asset to our community. I wanted to thank all of you for helping me with my lower back pain and hip problems. Thanks to you I am able to move around painlessly and you gave me the exercises to keep me in this place. The exercises are easy and don’t require any special equiupment. All the therapy assistants are excellent and know exactly what you need to do and how to do it. My experience at synergy physical therapy was absolutely wonderful. The staff is inviting and friendly and makes you feel part of a family during an otherwise difficult time. The therapists are knowledgeable and spend one on one time answering any questions and providing individualized care. I couldn't have asked for a better facility to help me through my physical therapy needs.

I returned for treatment when I had a nasty TMJ episode, and within a few visits, Ben had me all fixed up!! They also treated my 11 year old dancer daughter for a floating patella with total success.
