Called ahead for appointment. Receptionist was friendly when I arrived. About a 2minute wait until taken to treatment room. The doctor was very kind and friendly. Very gentle in removing my stapes and stitches from an out of state accident 10 days prior. I will definitely return if conditions dictate. Experience could not have been better. Highly recommended.

The reception area was welcoming and pleasant. I received a friendly greeting and was seen very quickly. The intake person was very friendly and efficient. When the doctor came in, he was attentive and professional. After assessing my symptoms, he had a plan forward. Also, I didn’t feel rushed. He took time to answer my questions. Overall, I felt seen as a person.. I was confident in the expertise of care and was very pleased with my visit.

I have been using Better Faster Urgent Care for several years and these last 2 years they have been the place to go when I did not want to go to the emergency room and the wait to see my Drs was More than 2 months to get an appt. I have not had to wait very long when I didn’t have an appt and when I did make an appt I usually get right in. The front desk is always patient and ready to help get someone registered. The Drs are always caring and spend time getting to know both you and your health problem. I am always quick to recommended them to my friends

The staff is very friendly and the environment is comfortable and welcoming. I feel like the doctor(s) that I’ve seen have always taken the time to listen to my health issues and provide the best plan of action. I never feel like they are rushing out of the room. I have been to this office several times for a variety of reasons. They are always very kind and welcoming. The checkin is extremely easy and the wait is short. The medical care is excellent. I highly recommend.

Better faster urgent care is the best, we always go here when we have a medical emergency that most of the times happens in weekends when we can't see our own doctor. The staff is very friendly and professional and is always doing their best to get you feeling better. Thanks to their professional care I feel so much better now, and I was able to go back to work without feeling sick.

I have been to Better Faster Urgent Care twice, approximately one year apart. I was impressed that I saw the same doctor both times, and both times my health issues resolved quickly, thanks to his expertise. Not only was the doctor extremely knowledgeable, personable, and gave me treatment options which we discussed, but the office was very efficient. Despite two other patients in the waiting room, I was assessed by the doctor, had an X-ray, a splint was applied to my hand and forearm that provided me with instant pain relief, and the entire process took 30 minutes. My career was as a medical case manager, so I feel qualified to judge the care I received, and both times I would rate this facility “exceptional.” There is nowhere else I will go if/when I need urgent care in the future.

This is my second visit to better faster, urgent care. The staff was friendly and the office was clean and comfortable. I really appreciate the care I was given both times. They gave me choices and prescriptions that helped me to feel better soon which I am so thankful for!! I would recommend better faster urgent care to anyone.

It was very easy to get an on—line appointment, the staff was friendly, patient with questions and knowledgeable. The building has easy access to parking and is very clean inside and out. I will definitely use the again if needed.
