BFHC in Southlake is our go-to for urgent care needs. Doctors are very knowledgeable, friendly and go the extra mile to make sure you are recovering. From easy fixes like sinus infections and cuts to more serious issues requiring depth of experience the team has always been on top of my family’s care. Thanks for keeping us healthy!

My symptoms were minor and I usually wouldn’t have bothered seeing a physician and would have let it run its course. However, I had a trip overseas planned and did not want this to get any worse while over there, so I went in. Staff listened attentively, which is not always the case with medical staff and physicians, to my symptoms and my concern and took care of me and advised me how to best prevent the symptoms from getting worse. Much appreciated.

This is my Go to place whenever I have anything that requires quick attention. They have always been caring, kind and will attack what you’re going through any way they can. Honestly wish they were available as my Primary Doctors.

Called ahead for appointment. Receptionist was friendly when I arrived. About a 2minute wait until taken to treatment room. The doctor was very kind and friendly. Very gentle in removing my stapes and stitches from an out of state accident 10 days prior. I will definitely return if conditions dictate. Experience could not have been better. Highly recommended.

The reception area was welcoming and pleasant. I received a friendly greeting and was seen very quickly. The intake person was very friendly and efficient. When the doctor came in, he was attentive and professional. After assessing my symptoms, he had a plan forward. Also, I didn’t feel rushed. He took time to answer my questions. Overall, I felt seen as a person.. I was confident in the expertise of care and was very pleased with my visit.

I have been using Better Faster Urgent Care for several years and these last 2 years they have been the place to go when I did not want to go to the emergency room and the wait to see my Drs was More than 2 months to get an appt. I have not had to wait very long when I didn’t have an appt and when I did make an appt I usually get right in. The front desk is always patient and ready to help get someone registered. The Drs are always caring and spend time getting to know both you and your health problem. I am always quick to recommended them to my friends

The staff is very friendly and the environment is comfortable and welcoming. I feel like the doctor(s) that I’ve seen have always taken the time to listen to my health issues and provide the best plan of action. I never feel like they are rushing out of the room.
