I appreciate this facility so much. They check all the boxes when you have a medical need that requires attention. They practice good customer service and I have been multiple times and it’s the same every time. There is not a feeling of dread about going. Booking on line is easy, wait time is minimal and the care is great. Dr. Strang has helped me several times and she actually listens to what you are saying. Cannot not recommend them enough. Everything was great from check in to when I walked out. The girls and the doctor were friendly and concerned with my health issue. They took time to listen to me and gave me a solution for my problem. I would highly recommend them.

My experience at better faster, urgent care was perfect From the lady that checks you in To the nurse that takes your information, she was so nice and so smart To the doctor that was totally human and smart and funny and kept the situation from getting emotional. I thought I had like a simple conjunctivitis and come to find out had like a scratch cornea, and it is quite painful, but she put me at ease right away and taking care of the of the situation very comfortable environment thank you so much Kelly Brady

Better Faster Urgent Care was a pleasant surprise and particularly welcomed because I was on a family visit in Southlake. From the desk to the clinical side, staff was efficient, welcoming, professional and reassuring. Thank you for timely assessment with lab, and needed prescription. My experience was very positive.

We have been coming to Better Faster Urgent Care since COVID. I can't tell you the number of strep and flu test we've had done in our family but it's been a lot. We most frequently see Keith and while we have a PCP, with the ability to get in same day and the care that Keith provides we honestly prefer Better Faster. I also think Keith recognizes Josslyn and her family members more frequently than even our primary care. He is always kind, patient and since he remembers us, always checks in on how school, sports and other things are going. We really love and appreciate the place Better Faster Urgent Care has in our community and our lives and especially enjoy the care that Keith has provided our entire family.
