It was very easy to get an on—line appointment, the staff was friendly, patient with questions and knowledgeable. The building has easy access to parking and is very clean inside and out. I will definitely use the again if needed.

I was in an accident and needed to know about DVT. The staff examined me and answered my concerns reassuring me that I should be okay. I was relieved. They were prompt and very professional, responding to my questions and providing needed insights. They suggested further tests for me to consider. It was a great experience.

I was greatly relieved to be able to be seen without an appointment. The receptionist, the assistant, and the doctor were all very professional and kind. The assistant that did the procedure was very gentle and knowledgeable. The doctor that assisted me was very kind and explained everything that I needed to know and answered all my questions I am so glad that this urgent care facility is near my home. Better Faster Urgent Care is great! I get in to see the Dr quickly. I really like the Drs there. The staff is efficient and kind. It is a very clean office. I feel fortunate to have a place to go for the minor illnesses that we all get. They give test needed for suspected illness. If medicine is prescribed they call promptly your pharmacy. I highly recommend BFUC!

Quick and easy with a very friendly staff

Walked in and was seen quickly …. Front desk friendly… Doc and assistant were very meticulous and knowledgeable…had to have stitches in two fingers , 13 total, it was painless, very good at numbing and sewing up without being painfull…I would highly recommend!
