Not only were Will and Katie knowledgeable and courteous, but they were so kind and patient. Will took his time to thoroughly perform the procedure and ensured that all was well with my mom before we left. I have been using Better Faster Urgent Care for several years, when my PC is not available. The staff is friendly, efficient and professional. The online scheduling system is very proficient- the wait time is minimal and you are not sitting in an overcrowded waiting room. I would highly recommend this Facility for Urgent Care.

I have never been disappointed with a visit to Better Faster Urgent Care. The staff, PAs and MDs are courteous, smart and thorough. Getting an appointment is rarely a problem and the wait times are usually shorter than at my primary care physician's office.

Always, when doctors are not available for a week ……. This is the place to go to get X-rays, bandaged, everything. Never a long wait!!! Super nice and competent employees. Very convenient for Southlake, Colleyville, Euless, etc. I hardly bother calling an orthopedic anymore because you can’t be seen for a week. Thank goodness for this facility!!!!!!!!
