Dr. Katie was so kind, concerned and patient. She rx'd what I needed for the excruciating pain and called me back within 2 hours to give me the radiologist report which explained the pain i was in.

As soon as I walked through the door I was met with kindness and professionalism! My time there was very minimal which of course is wonderful when you don’t feel well. All the staff there is wonderful and will return next time. Thank you!!

Excellent from start to finish. Friendly check in. Understanding when I notified that I was going to be a few minutes late. I felt that I was listened to and concerns addressed in a caring and respectful manner. I am so thankful to have such a good urgently care clinic close by that my family and I can rely on.

Quality of Care could not have been better. Everyone was so kind and the PA was so reassuring and validated how I had handled the accident until we could arrive. Wait time was minimal. This is always our choice for Urgent Care.

Top notch! Dr. Keith was so wonderful to us today. My husband is 80 and Dr. Keith understood heart issues type two diabetic and still needing the proper inhalers steroids and Care. We can’t thank you enough. Laurie Miller ps. It literally took us 3 different urgent care facilities while visiting our daughter to get the proper care for my husband and Dr Keith was our best gift ever today!

Better Faster Urgent Care has become my go to dr.office! I can Never get into my primary care office. I started coming here before Covid and the care is exceptional Making an appointment on line is quick and easy, very short wait time, and excellent staff.

Better Faster Urgent Care is an excellent urgent care facility. Scheduling is easy. All the staff is friendly and helpful. I always feel confident in their diagnosis and treatment. I would highly recommend this clinic!

Very satisfied with the visit for my son. Making appointment at convenient time was easy. We were seeing fast, easy online paperwork, no delay at the reception, being called in and seeing the doctor. All the tests were done fast, doctor was thorough and we were not feeling rushed. All necessary recommendations and prescriptions were made and sent out to the pharmacy right away. Definitely will be using Faster and Better in the future. Thanks to all the employees for being very nice, attentive and efficient.
