I have never been disappointed with a visit to Better Faster Urgent Care. The staff, PAs and MDs are courteous, smart and thorough. Getting an appointment is rarely a problem and the wait times are usually shorter than at my primary care physician's office.

Most always able to secure an appointment within a few hours their staff is friendly, professional, and efficient. Diagnosis had always been accurate and leads to getting well. They are always my next call if my primary cannot see me the same day.

Always, when doctors are not available for a week ……. This is the place to go to get X-rays, bandaged, everything. Never a long wait!!! Super nice and competent employees. Very convenient for Southlake, Colleyville, Euless, etc. I hardly bother calling an orthopedic anymore because you can’t be seen for a week. Thank goodness for this facility!!!!!!!!

I can’t believe that I never heard of Better Faster Urgent Care until now, although they have been in business for ten years. When you walk in their very inviting, clean, homey office, you would guess that it is a brand new facility. All of the staff were knowledgeable and friendly and made the visit effortless. The paperwork was not cumbersome. I was called into an exam room within 5 minutes. I was diagnosed with bronchitis, offered treatment options, and the medication scripts were sent right over to my pharmacy. I started feeling better almost immediately. If you have a need for urgent care, Better Faster Urgent Care is THE place to go!

I tried your facility in Southlake Texas several years ago due to the poor customer service at Care Now in Southlake Texas. Your whole staff is miles ahead of Care Now in every aspect of and anytime I need an urgent care facility, you all are my first choice. I especially want to let you know that one of your physicians on staff (Dr. Strange) has EXCELLENT "bedside manners!"

Our visit was so easy. We got in right away and everyone there was so helpful and friendly. We loved Dr Mcinnerny (sp)?He was wonderful with our daughter who has special needs. Also Will who helped her with hee sling. Great place. Highly recommend!
