I have been coming to Better Faster Urgent care for several years. I have been happy with the care I have received every time. The medical staff are very knowledgeable and thorough. All of the staff are friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this urgent care for your medical needs.

Dr. McInnerney and team did their usual excellent job in treating a dislocated finger. They x-rayed my hand, determined that it was a dislocation and not a break, and then returned my finger to its normal position. They then x-rayed my finger again to confirm that there were no other issues, bandaged my finger in a splint, and sent me on my way. They also printed out instructions for further treatment at home. I can’t thank Keith and his team enough. They are too-notch.

Sunday visit: I didn’t have to wait. My PA was excellent . She took time to ask questions and get a clear understanding of just what was causing my symptoms. She recommended a number of tests which were completed immediately. I was notified of the results by the PA in a short time. This urgent care is the first place I go for care and I’ve never been disappointed. Highly recommended!!

From check in to v/s, assessment & exam, x-ray, lab work, discussion of treatment, injection & discharge plan, every one was so kind, thorough, knowledgeable, professional and talented. I was very thankful for each and every person I encountered and that helped make my visit easy, relaxing, and comforting. I will always plan on coming here when I can. They have everything needed for a true urgent care visit. I have been a few times in the last year and each experience, I feel like the Dr., NP, and all the support staff, are SO knowledgeable and caring! Highly recommend Better Faster Urgent Care of Southlake!! We are blessed to have them in our community!

Everyone from the receptionist that checks you in to then nurses and doctors are very friendly, caring and know what they're doing. My husband and I got in and treated very fast. We had to go back a couple times for upgraded medications. I definitely recommend this clinic and staff!

Thank you for offering physicals. It was easy to bring my kids in and have them seen. Our providers were friendly and asked questions and it seemed they did a thorough check up. They didn’t move too quickly but it also didn’t take forever.

Better Faster Urgent Care is most definitely my first choice for any medical service. Their office location is close by, so is very convenient. I have now started using the on-line appointments facility and just as when I used to ‘walk-in’ are very much instantaneous for that same day or with an hour or so. I have never had to wait more than one hour to be seen. The checking process is effortless and staff members are friendly and efficient, working in a seamless process from entering to leaving the facility. As a returning patient, Better Faster Urgent Care have all my information on file, so there is not the endless filling of forms during each subsequent visit, that seems to happen at all other medical providers I visit. It is a very relaxing process, while in the waiting room with televisions and beverages on offer, which is a complete and total unstressed process from start to finish. I have no hesitation in recommending Better Faster Urgent Care.

Very attentive staff while very busy they made sure my pain was tolerable for me to wait until the providers would see me. The nurses were friendly efficient and kept me informed when the doctor would be in. The doctor did an excellent job informing me on why he could not stitch up my cut and the steps we would go through to sterilize, numb, and cauterization to stop the bleeding. The staff repeatedly asked if I needed to lie down or if I was ok. The doctors reviewed my at home care and I was on my way back home
