Everyone from check in to leaving was wonderful. I have been there 2 or 3 times and it has always wonderful. I have seen Dr Strange and she is wonderful. Explains everything and goes above and beyond. I worked in a pediatric office for 35 years and your UC gets 100%. A UC that has so many things that can be done there with ER docs without having to go to ER Have a great day!

The staff was so friendly and kind with my three year old and myself. I was able to get the care we need and it did not take long at all. They had us in and out in a reasonable amount of time which you want when you’re really sick. I thank the amazing staff and the amazing doctor.

Well, I could say it's all your fault, which it is, but that is a complement. I visited the day after a fall for pain in my shoulder. While there a bump on my head was noticed (which I didn't know I had) and I was scheduled for a CT at another location. What followed was a 5 day hospital stay, 4 of which were in ICU for a subdural hemotoma. I thank your staff for being observant and professionals. I started using you just after this location opened because you take Medicare. I'm grateful. I regret that I'm not comfortable with FB or Google reviews.

The staff at Better Faster Urgent Care is always fantastic. They really care about each individual that comes through their doors and do everything they can to provide the best care possible. I have unfortunately come down with several "bugs" over the last few months and have had to go see them several times. To my surprise, not only do they all remember me, they remember the care I received the last time I was in and what illness I was in for. This to me is a sign of genuine care! They are absolutely the best and I would recommend them to anyone.

I have been to the Southlake location multiple times, and the front desk is always accommodating and kind and happy to see you! They have a great attitude and are willing to go the extra mile to help you out :-) the doctors know what they're doing and are efficient… I've never had a bad experience at this location and I have been a lot of times since I have four kids!:)

I have never been disappointed with my care in the last five years. I have probably been to the clinic 6-8 times and always have been treated professionally and respectfully. The medical issue was always addressed with some resolution - even though temporary and when needed a referral was made which I always appreciated since I was new to Texas. This last visit I was treated by Keith Mcinnerney and he helped me tremendously. Very happy with the results.

Front desk is friendly and nurse was good for vitals. I had an open wound that needed stitches. Evoni Noel did an excellent job closing the deep cut. I felt comfortable knowing she took precautions to minimize infection and showed her high skill level with nicely done stitch work. Great visit. This is my third or fourth visit since moving to Grapevine.
