Always very quick and on spot to my needs and health. Jordan at front desk very kind and helpful. Dr MciInnerney is very good and very thorough. It is nice to have a clinic and a Dr to rely on for general ailments that come on.

Quick and easy.

Very attentive staff while very busy they made sure my pain was tolerable for me to wait until the providers would see me. The nurses were friendly efficient and kept me informed when the doctor would be in. The doctor did an excellent job informing me on why he could not stitch up my cut and the steps we would go through to sterilize, numb, and cauterization to stop the bleeding. The staff repeatedly asked if I needed to lie down or if I was ok. The doctors reviewed my at home care and I was on my way back home

Better Faster urgent care is my go to place for when I’m feeling poorly or I’ve gotten into poison ivy whatever the problem might be. I am in and out quickly. You can schedule online and get in & out expeditiously. The people are always so nice at the front desk and for medical staff. Highly recommend Better Faster urgent care and Southlake 100%!!!

Personable and helpful

I had a horrific experience the last time I went to Cell in Southlake therefore I switched and became a patient of your location in Southlake. I have COPD so I’m consistently getting bronchitis and pneumonia and every time that I come in for treatment, I get consistent thorough care. Everybody from Chuck in to the technicians and physicians or PAs are very courteous and have impeccable bedside manners you can rest assure anytime I need care. I will come to your clinic because of this. You are welcome to use that you want as far as posting this, thank you.

Comfortable enviroment...friendly and professional staff

Fast and effiecient

I find Better Faster Urgent Care staff to always be friendly and caring. I find the front office to be comfortable and clean. I also have confidence in the caregivers I’ve seen on staff. I believe that they ask the right questions and listen to my concerns. They are great about giving me medicine that will alleviate my symptoms and not giving me medicines that I don’t need. I am sorry to say that the physical environment of the exam rooms, always bother me. I don’t say anything while I’m there, thinking that the staff has no control over it. The rooms do not feel welcoming, they feel cold and like no one cares about them (or the patients). Today there was a big cobweb/dust ball on the kickboard of the cabinet. The cabinets have scratches that need a bit of Olde Gold dark wood treatment rubbed on. The baseboards are dirty and probably need a coat of paint, to look good. All of things make the place look unkempt, old and feels dirty. The floors look a little dirty. And the bright blue accent wall makes me feel like I’m in a preschool classroom. The rooms need to be updated to feel cleaner, warmer and more welcoming. If it were my medical business, I would want people to feel positive about those rooms. No dust bunnies that have been there for a long time, maintain the cabinets, paint the baseboards with a fresh coat of white … and, I would paint over that “kids room blue” paint. I would paint all of the walls in a deeper, warmer color like Maroon or Deep Blue. I know that whoever the owner is, may not care.. but I was very concerned about it not feeling clean, the first time I sat in the exam room. I’ve had plenty of time sitting in that room and thinking about what I would do to change it up, and that’s why I’ve expressed it here. I decided a long time ago to continue coming, because I feel good about the staff and the care I get. But the exams rooms need help.

The online check-in process was extremely easy. There is plenty of parking space and the clinic is clean and comfortable. Staff is caring, friendly, competent and efficient. I’ve been there several times and can comfortably say that the great experience has been consistent!

The check in process went very smooth with minimal wait time. The assistant who took our vitals was quick and kind. Evoni was diligent and efficient at checking over my son and screening for any important information to help her diagnosis. I felt that my son was in great hands and feel good, leaving the clinic with the information I need to make sure he feels better.
