I can’t believe that I never heard of Better Faster Urgent Care until now, although they have been in business for ten years. When you walk in their very inviting, clean, homey office, you would guess that it is a brand new facility. All of the staff were knowledgeable and friendly and made the visit effortless. The paperwork was not cumbersome. I was called into an exam room within 5 minutes. I was diagnosed with bronchitis, offered treatment options, and the medication scripts were sent right over to my pharmacy. I started feeling better almost immediately. If you have a need for urgent care, Better Faster Urgent Care is THE place to go!

I tried your facility in Southlake Texas several years ago due to the poor customer service at Care Now in Southlake Texas. Your whole staff is miles ahead of Care Now in every aspect of and anytime I need an urgent care facility, you all are my first choice. I especially want to let you know that one of your physicians on staff (Dr. Strange) has EXCELLENT "bedside manners!"

Quick and ease of delivery of care.

When you’re in real pain it’s you feel so blessed this day and age to be able to get right into an urgent care facility and see a caring medical professional without waiting hours. Everyone was kind and helpful. I’d return again and again if needed.

Every point of contact was outstanding. And since I have been there several times over the years, I was delighted to have been treated by a new doctor I hadn't seen before. She was friendly, courteous, professional, and efficient. Great addition. All around successful visit, and plan to return when necessary. Best regards.

Our family has been taken care by Dr Strange for the past several years, including my 90 year old father that was visiting from Michigan. Dr Strange provides excellent care and wonderful beside care. When in need of emergency care, they are our first call Dave Cossu Ps latest event - both my wife and I with Covid!
