Had the opportunity to see the doctors and staff twice personally and once with my elderly mother. I don't live in this area but these folks made me feel like family. They were warm and welcoming. Compassionate and thorough. They followed through with everything promised with regards to getting back to me as told. Great place!

Better Faster Urgent Care is the best medical place in this area. You are able to make an appointment online, there is never a long wait unless there is an emergency, the staff is extremely friendly and the quality care is exceptional. It is a very comfortable environment and very clean. The parking is also very accessible. They treat all ages and are very caring.

My symptoms were minor and I usually wouldn’t have bothered seeing a physician and would have let it run its course. However, I had a trip overseas planned and did not want this to get any worse while over there, so I went in. Staff listened attentively, which is not always the case with medical staff and physicians, to my symptoms and my concern and took care of me and advised me how to best prevent the symptoms from getting worse. Much appreciated.

Called ahead for appointment. Receptionist was friendly when I arrived. About a 2minute wait until taken to treatment room. The doctor was very kind and friendly. Very gentle in removing my stapes and stitches from an out of state accident 10 days prior. I will definitely return if conditions dictate. Experience could not have been better. Highly recommended.

The reception area was welcoming and pleasant. I received a friendly greeting and was seen very quickly. The intake person was very friendly and efficient. When the doctor came in, he was attentive and professional. After assessing my symptoms, he had a plan forward. Also, I didn’t feel rushed. He took time to answer my questions. Overall, I felt seen as a person.. I was confident in the expertise of care and was very pleased with my visit.
