Everyone was so helpful, understanding, and professional,the entire time I was there. The x-ray tech even made me laugh despite my condition & I really appreciated that. Dr. Strange was so nice. I greatly appreciate her help and knowledge. Thanks to the receptionist & PA too!!!

This is the ideal urgent care! You can book an appt time in advance and pre-register online. The staff is friendly, professional and prompt. There is a high quality of care, and I’ve always received the treatment I needed. Definitely recommend!

From my call to secure an appointment, the ease of completing my paperwork from my phone before arrival, the calm, caring Nurse who did my vitals & initial questions as to why I was there and finally the NP that took care of my exam & treatment plan …. It was a wonderful, caring, compassionate experience. I thanked my daughter for referring them! If I should have future Urgent Care needs, I would make Better Faster Urgent Care my go to for care! I’m sorry I cannot remember the names of those who were there on the evening of 12/20/23, but please know that you were all amazing at a time when I suddenly needed your care!

I have visited Better faster urgent care three times during the interim of finding a PCP. I have gotten excellent care. The doctors have been very thorough and took their time to understand my illness and provided good treatments. I have recommended them to three of my friends so far. Their facility is very clean and their staff are very friendly. I highly recommend this group.

The front desk staff, along with the nurse and Dr Dennington, were very expeditious in caring for my sick daughter today. Not only were they concerned and experienced, but more importantly, they were genuinely kind and kept us well-informed. We are returning patients and appreciate their support and excellent care!

We always receive high quality healthcare from the sniffles to stitches to broken bones! The staff is friendly and caring. They listen to you attentively and ask appropriate questions. The office is always fresh and clean and their location is easy to find! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Melanie went above and beyond to respond to urgent needs, she checked on me several times and communicated quickly between me and the doctors. She showed she cared and hat goes a long way. Dr Strange was amazing treating me and my symptoms. I had to go in there back to back with infection above the eye and she was attentive and personable The individual - I think James- that gave me shots I started to cry and he was compassionate and kind and patient with me. Great staff

Welcome as we walked in door. Very friendly receptionist. PA was very Informative and nice. Dr. Strange was very thorough with explaining what Was going with me. She was very concerned about medication I take before she sent prescription for me. Really liked her very much. My visit was a very good experience.

Better Faster is always very thorough and attentive. They explain situations and always make sure all questions are answered. I love that they provide patients with educational follow up paperwork, to explain even more about the condition. They are also friendly and quick. I also appreciate that they have had many of the same doctors working there for a long time.
