My family are long-time (as needed) patients. I knew exactly where I needed to go tonight when I kept feeling worse but am a stay at home mom with young kids to care for. I was having a resurgence of ENT issues while on vacation. II was referred by a friend after hours but it was supper quick and easy to go online and make an appointment for the next morning. The staff were polite, helpful, friendly and the quality of care excellent. I left 2 days later to continue our vacation to AZ. I don’t this would have been an option except for the professional attention I reived. Thank Yoy I’ve already referred others to you.

Friendly greeting when I entered, paperwork easy to fill out, got me in at appointment time, only negative was I had to wait about an hour in the treatment room to see the doctor. She was friendly, inquisitive, and very thorough. Overall, very positive experience.

I’d like to specifically comment on your front desk employee. In the past, the front desk staff has not been friendly or welcoming. This visit was the exact opposite. She was very friendly, caring and professional! It totally changes the experience for the better.

Very impressed with the whole presentation: Quick check in with minimal docs to fill out; exceptional facility; knowledgable nurses and a very speedy and experienced doctor in Brandy Strange. She was quite pleasant and responsive...a Pro. I teach a Sr. Adult Bible Class at Grapevine's First Baptist Church. The quality of care for me was immediate! The minute I walked through the door I was greeted with a smile and asked how they could help me today! Check -in was easy and my wait time to see a Dr. was only 10 minutes! The actual examination for my issue was totally above excellent .I was examined by 3 different professional people -all smiling - and answered all my questions so that I didn’t have to have a medical book to understand what my diagnosis was, how it may have started and how they could fix me right up! I left feeling very informed , very comfortable and appreciated those happy smiles that lifted my spirits that I was going to be okay ! I will return to Better Faster Care ! They are good people and truly want to help you get back to good health!

The receptionist was very helpful. She not only found another pharmacy than my usual one the happened to be closed on Easter Sunday, but she also gave me the address do I could easily find it to get my RX. Both the young man, who seated me and took my vitals and my need for care, and the medical professional who examined me were very polite and attentive.
