Yes first impressions are very important and receptionist Melissa immediately welcomed me and made me think I walked into the right place.She was very helpful with my insurance questions and very professional.When I returned the following day she recognized me and again greeted me with a smile. My wait time in the lobby was less than two minutes when a very friendly nurse escorted me to an observation room ,she was also very kind and professional. Then enters Doc Kieth ( I think that's his name) and he is very friendly and concerned about my issue. The examination was thorough and he explained options and possibilities well. Returned to work the following day and recommended BFUC to a co-worker.

The staff is always an attentive. For speed and Quality of care, always satisfied. They are also incredibly honest. They refunded some payments that insurance covered. My wife and I have used them for last couple of years.

Dr Strange is lovely! She took the time to listen to my symptoms and rule out anything of concern in a thorough manner. I forget the gentleman's name who helped take my EKG/Blood, but I also want to make sure he gets credit for being kind and patient!

I was from out of town and needed examination before flight the next day. Staff organized & helpful. Facilities very clean and functional. Doctor knowledgeable about my condition and explained various treatments. Called prescriptions in from office and picked it up on way back to my daughters house.

The three biggest concerns patients have when selecting a healthcare provider include: Quality of Care Friendliness of Staff * * * * * * * * * * Comfortable Environment * * * * * I have been exceedingly and exponentially pleased with each visit. Every word in the name of the facility is true. As far as the fine people inside the facility you will find each one presenting a complete complement of admirable assets: Professional, polite, kind, knowledgeable and efficient while imparting compassion, humor and plain fellow-man humanity including excellent, willing listening skills. Thank you, one and all for your comfort and care. My well-renowned, well-loved primary care physician retired over a year ago. I believe I have found his replacement.

I’ve been to a few urgent cares’ and developed this persona that all urgent cares’ don't really care about their patients. Ive waited hours before at some urgent cares’ only to be rushed out once seen by the physician with very little conversation.. At Better Faster Urgent Care they completely turned around the narrative. Briana was extremely helpful during the process of gettin seen and even afterwards when I accidentally gave her the wrong pharmacy. She changed the location swiftly without any hassle. Keith (Doctor) was extremely passionate about his job and was truly concerned about my injury. He even went the step to refer a couple great podiatrist. I really appreciate the job this team has done to insure a speedy recovery. There is no irony behind the name BETTER FASTER URGENT CARE because you guys truly are BETTER AND FASTER than any urgent care i’ve previously been to. Thank you!

Came in at 5:30 PM on Sunday evening and was so surprised how quickly I got to see a doctor and had meds called into the pharmacy. I was back home and taking meds by 7 PM. Was very happy with the service and my wife enjoyed the TV and coffee machine provided in your clean waiting area. You run a tight ship. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We have used Better Faster Urgent Care before. It is close to home, you can check in online, there is very little wait time at the facility, the Receptionist, Physician and Nurse are all very caring and accommodating. We do recommend this very welcoming, clean Urgent Care. Plus, they have coffee while you wait!

Virtual telehealth due ice storm in the Dallas Ft. worth area. Between the actual contact with BFUC & speaking with registration, triage, & Dr it took only 30 minutes. Very support wait time for me as a new patient. I was very satisfied. The Dr. also was very prompt in calling in my medications at my pharmacy.
