I have never been disappointed with my care in the last five years. I have probably been to the clinic 6-8 times and always have been treated professionally and respectfully. The medical issue was always addressed with some resolution - even though temporary and when needed a referral was made which I always appreciated since I was new to Texas. This last visit I was treated by Keith Mcinnerney and he helped me tremendously. Very happy with the results.

Front desk is friendly and nurse was good for vitals. I had an open wound that needed stitches. Evoni Noel did an excellent job closing the deep cut. I felt comfortable knowing she took precautions to minimize infection and showed her high skill level with nicely done stitch work. Great visit. This is my third or fourth visit since moving to Grapevine.

Wait time was minimal, and the quality of care was great. The doctor took his time explaining my x-ray with me and didn't seem rushed at all. He also sent it off to a radiologist, and I appreciated his thoroughness. They called me personally to give me the results of that. The staff was very friendly, and the clinic's environment was peaceful. Highly recommend Better Faster!

I visited Better Faster Urgent Care yesterday. They immediately saw me, listened to my concerns and prescribed the proper medications. It is a wonderful practice. Dr. Mcinnerney was very pleasant. I highly recommend this practice.

I brought my son, who was very sick, in for assessment. I had taken him to a different urgent care a week prior for same symptoms. The two experiences were night and day. Better Faster is by far superior to our precious experience elsewhere. From the ease of checking in to the friendliness of the nurse to the thoroughness and communication of the PA, we felt very well taken care of. I won’t be going to any other Urgent Care other than Better Faster in the future. Thank you for your superior service!
